The host was awesome. She took the time to communicate to make sure we were all set. The condo was clean and very well kept. I will be come back again.

The property was as the listing stated. We had a very short walk to the beach and all the eateries. Luckily the weather was awesome and we had a great time. We were out and about most of the time, so used the listing mainly for sleeping. Overall, very nice!

Great location! Short walk to beach, St. Armands, and Ted Spurling Nature Park where you can rent kayaks and kayak through Mangrove tunnels. Property was clean and as pictured and described. Quiet neighborhood amidst the chaos of spring break. We plan to return! The only suggestion I might have would be to change out the side chair with a recliner or something more comfortable.

Property was very worn. The bedding, linens and towels all needed to be replaced. The leather/vinyl couch was peeling. The unit was very dark because it got very little sunlight. A fresh light coat of paint would have brightened the unit up. Basics like tissue, hand soap, and sponges would have been nice. Great location but this unit compared to others I have seen in this complex needs to updated in every way from furniture , kitchen, bathroom and keyless entry.

Loved the Lido Key area and this condo was perfect for my husband & I. Short walk to the beach & St. Armands circle.

What a great place. Just 1 block to Lido beach in a very quiet friendly neighborhood. Clean and comfortable space, everything in good condition. Armani responded quickly to our questions.

Apartment was as described, steps from beautiful white sand beach! Beach chairs, umbrella, etc all supplied. Short quiet walk to St Armand’s Circle, 5 minute drive to downtown Sarasota. We had a great relaxing stay and would definitely rent again.

I would definitely come back. And I would recommend to my friends.

Everything you needed to stay. Full kitchen and beach chairs/umbrella to use at the beach. Very small coolers-more like lunch totes. Luckily, we brought our soft cooler bag. I would definitely stay here again. Perfect location. St. Armand Square is a good walk but we drove bcuz the weather was so hot. Daiquiri Deck restaurant is awesome.

Cute condo within walking distance of beautiful Lido Beach.

We stayed at this location for 12 days during Christmas. The condo was very nice and clean. It had everything we needed, very well-equipped. The bed was amazingly comfortable. This quite location was within walking of St. Armand’s and the beach. I would highly recommend this vacation rental.

It was a very clean apartment, at a 10-15 minutes walking distance to the st. Armand’s Circle. The two of us enjoyed being able to leave the car at the premises and walk to the Beach and St. Armand’s Circle. The apartment had everything to cook your meals including cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher etc. A washer and dryer was also on the site. Bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay here very much. It was nice to be able to use beach chairs, beach umbrella and cooling box to the beach. Had to contact the owner once and the matter was dealt with right away. Would recommend this apartment to everyone.

The property was perfect for us with everything provided. Even cooking supplies IF we decided to eat meals in. With so many restaurants at St. Armands not a chance ! It is such a nice walk to the beach, St. Armand’s and let me also include Starbucks for morning coffee.

Ideal location, property and base to explore surrounding area. Condo was clean and well equipped. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Overall great experience and recommended.

Excellent

Initial impression was lukewarm but soon realized that the location - about a block from the beach - was great and the accommodations, although not lavish, met our needs. One feature that I felt was missing was a ceiling fan in living area and bedroom. Kitchen was small but sufficient. All in all our experience was favorable.

My husband and I stayed here for six nights and we used it mainly to spend the night as we explored the area. Very convenient to restaurants and to the other Keys. From Casey Key to Anna Maria Island. We went to a different beach each day and although the pool looked quite nice we never went there to swim. Nice and quiet place if that’s what you’re looking for.

We couldn’t have had a better week in Lido Key. The condo was perfect and just a short walk to the beach and St Armond’s Circle. Already looking forward to our next trip!!

We spent a pleasant 4 weeks here. Great location, near to beach and pool.

We enjoyed our stay---condo was very clean, spacious and well equipped with all necessities--would stay there again if visit Sarasota for vacation.

Great location and well maintained property. Very comfortable for my family of 4. Included everything we needed to cook and spend time on the beach.

This was our second long-term stay here. Last year we stayed the month of January; this year we stayed January and February. The condo is perfect for a couple; roomy and comfortable for a short or long stay. The location is absolutely perfect. Short walks or bike rides get you to the beach, St. Armand's Circle, the public pool, and South Lido Park for a nature walk or kayaking. You can stay in the neighborhood some days without getting in your car, or you can take off in several directions for many interesting sight-seeing opportunities. The condo itself is clean and well-maintained. The complex is small and in a very quiet neighborhood. Definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay. The only thing confusing was the actual condo number. We were given the address to the complex, but the number of the house was not on our information. We also had to request the wi-fi password, but other than that things were easy to find and self-explanatory. The bed was a little soft for my preference, and we had trouble with the volume of the living room television, but you can't beat that location! Lovely beaches and great restaurants just minutes away. We loved being able to go to and from the beach several times a day and not packing up a bag for the entire day. It was very easy to reach the owner when we had questions. Thanks!
