We've stayed in many Bay Villas and this is one of the best! It is in great condition and has everything you need for a week+ long vacation, from storage containers to boogie boards, chairs, and umbrella, it has it all. The check-in amenities are awesome too! Alan and Russ were awesome to work with, they communicated everything on time and even checked in with us after arrival to make sure everything was going well. Could not ask for better hosts. We will be back!

Good place for anybody who likes swimming in the pool or sea. Great possibility for hiking (Kapalua trails). Kitchen fully equipped for cooking. Coffee machine and espresso - great taste. Really nice seaview.

We really loved staying in Alan’s condo. It had everything we needed and the most amazing view from the upstairs bedroom. The bed was so comfortable, it was amazing to wake up to the beautiful sunrises and ocean views. Any questions we had were promptly responded to by Alan and Russell. The complex was quiet and not busy which suited us just fine. The shuttle service made it easy to get to the Ritz and other sites near the villas. I highly recommend Alan’s condo and can’t wait to come back.

We stayed at the Golf Villas before, but this property had a great ocean view and location with just an easy 10 minute walk to Kapalua beach. Property itself was very clean, and the extra touches to think of everything you may need. Staff was great with accommodating flights and checking in during stay.

We really enjoyed all that the property had to offer for our trip to Maui. It is convenient to so many nice restaurants. The beach is a short walk and the scenery is amazing. All of the reviews stating Alan was a phenomenal host are true. He is top notch when it comes to customer service! 😊😊

Highly recommend this property! The ocean views from the master bedroom and lanai were picturesque. We watched wales every morning. Our host was very responsive and the condo had all of the amenities needed along with beach accessories for the very short walk to the almost private beach. Enjoyed our stay!

We were thrilled Alan's villa was available for our dates in Kapalua, our third stay at this amazing location just off the Kapalua Coastal Trail. Communication with Alan and Russell was excellent as always. The kitchen is well-stocked for any cooking needs. We love waking up to the amazing ocean views! Thank you for a great experience! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Kapalua Bay! The views were spectacular and we found the access to Oneola and Kapalua bay extremely convenient to walk to. Everything in the condo was as described and Alan and Russell were more than accommodating during our time. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

Kapalua Bay Villas are the perfect location. Access to beach trail, amazing views. Saw many whales just sitting on the back porch. This unit has everything you need. If you’re particular about your soap and hair products bring your own. Alan and Russel were great to work with and very accommodating. Hope to return to this special place!

We loved the condo. It was as pictured, close to the ocean, beaches, and hiking trails. We had great communication with the owner and property manager. Check in and out was very easy. Would definitely stay there again.

The views and sounds of the ocean are amazing. The accommodations were clean, stocked very well, had detailed instructions for electronics, and, although I didn't call, felt communication was open for assistance from property manager and owner. I rented a Jeep and had no trouble driving around the island. Also, parking right outside the front door was very convenient. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

Kapalua is ideally located to the best beaches and spectacular
ocean views. This place has up close oceanfront views, is in a quiet townhome manicured gated neighborhood. It’s just minutes walk away to gorgeous beaches, snorkeling, and boogie boarding. It I.s furnished with a fabulous king size bed, two big screen tvs and a well stocked kitchen. We will come back here again. The management and owner are easy to
reach, friendly and helpful.

Our stay at this Kapalua Bay Villa property was wonderful. Host and property manager were extremely responsive. The unit is well cared for and stocked with everything one needs. We especially enjoyed the location with the tremendous views and hanging out on the lanai. Highly recommend.

Everything you need is in the kitchen and in excellent shape and working order. The unit is tastefully decorated, the bed is comfortable and the bedding is top quality. The views are extraordinary from the living area and bedroom. All your meals can be enjoyed from the lanai.

Gorgeous views and amazing location
This property was simply amazing! The views from bed every morning are incredible as well as from anywhere in the condo. The location is awesome, less than 2-3 minutes from golf, amazing restaurants and the Kapalua Trail and Bay. We could not have enjoyed our stay here anymore than we did. The condo is super clean and well stocked with everything you need. We will be back!! Thank you for taking so much pride in your VRBO, it is one of the best ones we’ve ever stayed at and didn’t want to leave.

Great place with a wonderful view
Wow, this place was great. Every morning waking up to great views of the whales while we enjoyed our breakfast on the lanai. The place was clean and well-represented on the site. Alan and Russel go out of their way to make the place enjoyable. The place was furnished with the essentials for a great beach time - umbrellas, beach chairs, and snorkeling stuff. I felt like the place had a little nicer upgrades, better towels, thicker toilet paper, and even a few supplies that you need occasionally. We love the location walking distance to Kapalua Bay. My wife’s favorite beach. We saw turtles, whales, dolphins, and fish in the bay. It was a great week but too short. We will have to go back.

This was our second time staying at this property - each time was just over a week.
We continue to be pleased with all aspects of our stay. This property is so perfectly located in Kapalua, the views are amazing & the management team is fantastic !
We literally were able to watch the whales from our bed every day. Everything one would need was there for us including beach accessories & even a pack-n-play for our daughter.

Stop looking and just rent this place!
This condo has everything- including an amazing view from the living room and bedroom. Just 50 yards (or so) to the ocean and a short walk to a relatively unused beach. They thought of everything - from laundry detergent to blenders to not only a coffee machine but a Nespresso machine too. Smart TVs, binoculars to watch the whales with and all the beach gear you need as well. Our hosts made the process seamless, from booking to check out. The property manager met us on site when we checked in to give us a quick orientation- wonderful service! The neighborhood is upscale and a pleasure to drive into. You will not be disappointed!

Second stay at this amazing condo!
We had such a wonderful experience with our 2020 stay at this lovely condo that we looked no further when planning our recent vacation to celebrate our anniversary. We especially appreciated Alan's responsive communication and attention to detail. Russell greeted us at the condo and encouraged us to reach out with any problems or questions during our stay. We love the peaceful location and spectacular oceanfront views, just steps from the Kapalua Coastal Trail (which we walked every day!) and several beaches. Listening to the waves crashing into the rocks was so relaxing, especially on the lanai with a cup of coffee or glass of wine! We echo other reviewers comments on thoughtful amenities and well-appointed kitchen. This condo has it all! We cannot wait to return to Maui and would definitely book Alan's condo again. Paradise!

One of our Best Vacations !!
Just two words - Breathtaking views !! This property has it all -One of the best ocean views , fabulous set up inside the condo, spacious and well furnished and a great location. Everything that we saw in the description and more. Kitchen is well stocked up and we enjoyed our daily cappuccino in the Nespresso machine watching the waves in the Lanai!! Waking up you have an option- you can look ahead and see the vast ocean with waves or turn to the side to see a picturesque sky with palm trees . The owner Alen was super responsive to our needs . We would highly recommend this property to anyone!

Amazing Location - Amazing Host - Amazing Trip!!
To start - I have rented several VRBO's over the years and have never worked with a host as gracious as Alan. He was extremely accommodating, responding to all our messages/texts/emails within minutes and had such great information on things to see and do.
The Condo itself is in the perfect location. I'll never enjoy a cup of coffee the same way after sipping on the patio listening to the waves, taking in the ocean breeze and gazing off at the view. It was very well stocked with everything we needed and super comfortable. My wife and I were there with our 5 and 8 year old and we had plenty of space. The condo is a 1 minute walk to the pool and sits perfectly between the bay (calmer for kids) and the beach (more fun for dad to ride the waves).
Beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, sand toys, cooler - you name it, this condo has it. It sits in a very quiet neighborhood that is gated, beautiful and super safe. A quick 15 minute drive to all the shopping and dining in Lahaina and everything else you need is within walking distance.
I will be back - and soon! Don't hesitate on this one, if you're going to Maui and it's available - BOOK IT.

Great experience all around! Visiting for a short getaway and milestone birthday. Unit was beautiful with stunning white water ocean views and Molokai in the distance. Property was clean and well equipped. Alan and Russ provided concierge like service being available, professional, and responsive.
