This apartment is very well located, especially for those attending shows at the Mart. Margaret is extremely responsive and accommodating. I would recommend this condominium without reservation. Beautiful views and very spacious, and the building is very secure with 24 hour concierge.

We spent New Year’s Eve weekend in this condo. It was perfect. Having the fireplace was nice as it was cold. The outdoor patio has fantastic of downtown Atlanta. Short Uber to the Fox for Widespread Panic. Margaret was amazing, quick to respond during my inquiry and our stay. Thanks for a wonderful weekend!

Lucked out that I picked the one place that was directly across the street from the Hyatt which was where 99% of the events took place for the weekend. All the restaurants just a short walk as well as local attractions. Only slight downside was first night building was cold as weather came in and I guess building Super did not swith on boiler in time but great owner let us know of space heater coupled with fireplace took care of that issue. Awesome morning and night views, great concierge staff too.

This flat was an amazing start for our roadtrip. The view was stunning and we had all we need. Like a second home far away. We had a great time and most things are in walking distance.

We had an amazing time. Margaret was absolutely lovely to speak with and was so sweet. Our penthouse wasnt ready when we arrived so Margaret asked if we would mind staying in a different room for the first night. We agreed and the 2 bedroom she put us in was so cozy and clean. Our penthouse was beautiful and the balcony with the view was a great way to relax after a day of walking the zoo, aquarium, and coke factory. Would highly recommend!

Overall I had a pleasant stay. Some of the furniture is beginning to show its age and the wear and tear for being a rental property. But everything was clean and serviceable. The area immediately surrounding the building was nice enough, but there was a high number of pan handlers and homeless people. This seemed to apply to most of the downtown area I explored on foot though and should not be taken as a comment on the building or rental specifically.
Pros:
-Cost compared to con hotels a block and half away were much better.
-View was awesome.
-Included parking was wonderful to have.
Cons:
-There was some confusion in the check in process. the information that was stored in the app with the listing was not accurate. This caused some confusion with the building concierges.
-Concierges where thurogh to the point of being abrasive. I had guests visit me and the security process was somewhat arduous and felt a bit hostile.
-Listing and photos do not reflect the state of the living room. there is a sofa with a chase lounge but there is no twin day bed.
-Water pressure was less than optimal, but serviceable.

This is such a great place to stay in Atlanta. Margaret is great and very easy to communicate with. We were only going to have a couple of days here and wanted to stay near a lot of the Citypass options, so this was perfect. Very walkable area, especially great for anyone flying in who doesn’t want to rent a car. I highly recommend breakfast at Atlanta Breakfast Club - get there early to avoid a long wait.

Great Location
Great location near many attractions and food, so we were able to walk almost everywhere we went (Centennial Park, World of Coca Cola, Georgia Aquarium).
At times there were homeless people congregating outside the building that approached us and asked for money.

Lovely Apartment
My family (kids age 6 & 13) and I visited ATL the week leading up to Christmas, The apartment was updated nicely. The view from the 24th floor was amazing. The heat and fireplace kept us nice and warm. It was great that we were within walking distance of the Cola Experience and the Aquarium. Being unfamiliar with the big city and our location we didn't venture out at night. Having the parking included was a great perk.

Great stay for holiday weekend visit
We absolutely loved this condo for our stay in Atlanta to visit friends & family during Labor Day weekend. We also ended up attending DragonCon while there and had a great time as this unit is in a great location. My only qualms were that there was some confusion about parking as the listing says it is free, but some of the communication after booking says that it isn't. To be safe, I ended up parking elsewhere as I wasn't clear on if parking was indeed free or not. I loved that this property has a balcony so that you can sit outdoors, and the fireplace is also a very nice and cozy feature.

A little different than pictures
Was recently updated, but still could use some work. It was an older building. We stayed in November and this building has a boiler room, so it can only be on AC OR heat and can only be changed by the building manager. It was switched to heat and it got up to high 70s during the day. The owner was very responsive to our concerns and suggested opening windows and the backdoor and adding the fan in the closet, which helped. The building was secure, but the smell of weed was always in the halls and going outside was a little sketchy due to tons of homeless people. I wouldn't want to go here with women only (which is more of a comment about downtown, not her property), but wanted to add that for safety purposes. It was also very loud all night with constant sirens and music coming from outside. The condo could use some additional towels, kitchen towels, and knives, Everything else was great. The bed was very comfortable as stated in the listing and the appliances and TVs were new.

Wonderful location, with an amazing view! Very clean, helpful front desk and convenient parking. The tvs/remotes didn't work very well, but everything else was perfect for us! Would recommend and stay again.

Perfect little condo
It was a pleasant experience staying at Margaret's little penthouse appointment. We are mostly country-folk and were coming to the Aquarium; staying downtown made it within walking distance so we could eat out less (our preference!) and Margaret's kitchen had what we needed. We had two teens with us and they made the couch bed work by putting couch cushions on top of the mattress (pull out beds are usually a little uncomfortable, after all). The view was great! Margaret's hospitality was a sweet touch! We appreciated the tips she left for things to do in the area....it enhanced our visit. If we go back to the aquarium, we will likely stay here again! Thank you Margaret!

Last minute vacation
We saw this condo only 2 weeks before our visit and were delighted to find it was available. The view from the screened in deck is incredible. Margaret kept in touch about our visit and made some offers and suggestions about the area, she even had a bottle of wine for us when we arrived. This is definitely the place to stay when visiting Atlanta.

Stunning Panoramic City Views!
I brought my daughter to the city in hopes of making it a special weekend before she moves out of the country. The condo was everything and more than expected. It was very clean and comfortable and also beautifully decorated. The comfortable king size bed with the large window of the city was also amazing! I loved sitting on the porch and looking at the beauty of the city skyline and buildings. My daughter loved every moment and most importantly, we were able to make great memories! Wonderful Condo in great location
We had just a fun time while in Atlanta with a cozy home base. The condo is great for two people. The king sized bed was comfortable. The balcony has wonderful vistas.

Location, location, location!
This is the perfect spot to explore downtown Atlanta. Aquarium, CNN, World of Coke, Centennial Olympic Park, College Football Hall of Fame & so much more all within walking distance. The condo is perfect. We loved the screened in balcony with beautiful views both day & night. There are so many good restaurants & bars within walking distance, we ate out all the time though had we wanted to prepare meals, everything we needed was in the condo. The bed was sooo comfy after a day of exploring. Margaret was a pleasure to work with & quickly responded to questions. We did not have near enough time to do all we wanted to do & when we come back we will definitely stay here again.

Perfect location!
This 1 bd condo is in a really good location if visiting downtown Atlanta. Walking distance to CNN, World of Coca-Cola, Aquarium, Children's Museum, and other downtown locations. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby. There is also a CVS - so you can get snacks and drinks for the condo if you want. The views of the penthouse are amazing and it has a small screened porch, so you can enjoy the view (without the bugs).
Margaret, the owner, was also great to work with. She was responsive, and answered my questions about the property and surrounding area. The condo was clean and those that worked at the concierge desk were always friendly and helpful.
I would stay here again if visiting downtown Atlanta.
I guess my only criticism (which is minor) is that the furnishings etc, could use an update. That would not stop me from staying here again, but did stop me from giving 5 stars. Again, owner was great, it was clean, and great location. Those are the most important aspects.

That view......
We loved returning in the evening to enjoy a glass of wine, kindly provided by Margaret, and view the magic of lit up Atlanta from the balcony. Then we ended the night by sleeping in an extremely comfortable bed and waking up to a great sunrise view. Hard to beat.

Homely, clean, welcoming and perfect.
When we arrived at the apartment after a very long day of traveling from scotland, it could not have been easier. From checking in to getting settled, it all went smoothly. The apartment itself was very clean and tidy, we arrived to a lovely bottle of wine and some little notes to help us get settled in.
Dealing with margaret was such an easy experience. Booking somewhere so far away for 14 nights was a big step for us. It involved a lot of trust and communication, which was met warmly by margaret. She was very professional but friendly and really made us feel great about the whole experience.

It's a beautiful building with stunning views. The little touches were appreciated. 10 minute walk to most attractions and fantastic restaurants. The bed was the most comfortable bed EVER and the condo was nice, a little small but it didn't matter when you're constantly visiting the city. Margaret was very easy to be in contact with, even after our stay. Would definitely book again.

Fantastic oasis in downtown Atlanta.
I had a great rental experience. Access to the building is secure and the room was very quiet. Awesome view of the city from the porch, bedroom and main living area. Temperpedic bed and sofa were very comfortable. I would stay here again without any hesitation.

My husband and I decided to visit Atlanta for our anniversary (we live in the suburbs). The location was amazing and the apartment itself was just wonderful. Everything was as it was detailed in the description. We took Uber everywhere and had a great time. The location is close enough to Marta to walk to it from either Civic Center or Peachtree Center. Also there is a Walgreens nearby and a great little bakery practically next door. We just loved our visit and if we decide to do this again we will definitely be booking with Margret again.
