We rented this house for 3 nights during ski season in Jan 2022. Our party consisted of all adults. 4 couples and one single. There are 4 private sleeping areas with multiple bed configurations and one loft area where there was a bed available. 2 full bathrooms. more than plenty hot water, nobody had cold showers. everything works in the house, and heat was more than adequate. Hot tub works and was used. Check in and Check out instructions were very clear, and communication with the owner was perfect. The house is set up very nice. Has everything you could need for a rental (pots, pans, coffee maker, Dishwasher, washer/dryer, etc.) Wifi was available and the owner has a larger DVD collection to keep you entertained at night. Large common area (kitchen, dining, and living room), enough space in kitchen for 2 cooks. Adequate parking for 4-5 cars. short drive to Mt Snow, about 8 miles (although very hilly) and the liquor, gas and grocery store is less than 2 miles away. We plan to rent this property again. (Note to owner: we never had a run in with the blue dragon but the red dragon was very cordial).

Excellent house to use when skiing during the winter. After a hard day of skiing or boarding you get to come home to relaxing dip in the hot tub and then curl up on the couch listen to the fire snap, crackle, & pop!

Just right for the 3 of us - my college roommate and I who are both 78 and my youngest brother who is 66 and does all the driving. Warm and cozy and homey. Great communication with the owner. The leaves could have been more colorful but the house was great!

Just the right kind of rustic. Comfortable, clean and beautiful.

The property was lovely with lots of amenities. The location was a quiet wooded area with easy access to hiking as well as interesting towns nearby. The host was helpful and ready to answer any questions without being intrusive.

We love Vermont, but usually stay in Ludlow and definitely prefer it to Wilmington. House was okay for a rental but I wouldn’t stay again or recommend to others.

The house is perfect for a group to relax, play games, soak in the hot tub, cook some great meals, toast marshmallows and have a great time being together. Better than shown in the pictures. Everything is clean and comfy, no ‘old house’ smells, no surprises other than the closet full of games, stack of DVD’s, and fully equipped kitchen, with spices and condiments. A 3 minute drive to charming Wilmington, and an easy base to explore southern VT and Northern MA. Mass MOCA in North Adams is definitely worth the trip, as well as the coaster and alpine slide at Jiminy Peak. All communication with Chad was easy and quick. A really great family vacation!

We loved this place. The house was very spacious inside, and out on the deck for all 8 of us. And we loved all the décor, games, and activities that Chad had in the house. Chad was also very welcoming and helpful when we first arrived, helping us with any important information about the area and anything about the house. Would absolutely stay here again.

Chad was very responsive and attentive throughout our stay. The house is warm and cozy and is very well stocked. We enjoyed our stay.
