Beautiful views, right on a beautiful beach. Really nice listening to the waves from the inn. Kitchen was nice. We went to the grocery store to pick up a few things. Wifi was good. The property managers we're always around during the day and super helpful and friendly. We will definitely come back in the future!

When ther was an issue not only did they resolve it. They followed up as well. I have stayed there four 5 yrs, seen a few managers. Matt is bu far the best . I think the bike system they have needs to change so we rent our own . The property is beautiful , peaceful and extremely clean and comfortable . Already booking for next yr. Island is easy to navigate with fantastic beaches. Best place and staff ever. GO!

We loved the three bedroom townhouse— it was comfortable and in a prime location, just steps to the pool and the beach. The unit had an elevator in it which was convenient. We loved the decor. There was a bad odor when entering/exiting the unit each time (near the back bedroom) - maybe the washing machine needed a deep clean? I am not sure but it was that type of smell. There were other issues along these lines, and some disappointments in general that I will be following up on. But overall the location was great, and the unit was as pictured.

The furniture is showing some stains and is looking a little worn. Some of the cabinet drawers in the bathroom are hard to open. All in all it was a beautiful stay. I hope there will be a few upgrades or cleaning of the furniture in the living room.

Nice place for our family. Nice to have beach and pool and all the beach equipment. Not close to walk to restaurants. 10:00 am check out was too early for us with a baby who needed to nap and would not let us do any later . Overall, nice place.

Trolley stops are not far easy walking distance. The beach is beautiful. The condos are well-appointed, very clean, updated amenities, and extremely comfortable. You really have everything you need. The property is right on the beach and they provide great amenities for lounging on the beach. The property is quiet , except for the very noisy AC units from the property next door.The staff and team were super helpful from our booking to check out.The room is lovely , had great views but needs a bit of updating as the wear and tear is showing on the furniture , the cabinets and patio furniture .We had a great time and will be back!!!We are very thankful AMI was sparred by Ian and that this wonderful property is just a a great place to recharge !!

My best experience of the stay was getting to rescue a baby sea turtle that was trying so hard to get to the light in the lobby through the doorway. (my only suggestion would be to get some shades for the doors or have the hallway and lobby lights lowered after dark)I did try to find a light switch to turn off to help with the Lights out policy that the signs in your building and everywhere around have posted but knew it was not my place to shut the lights off.. maybe some shades to pull over the bottom doors at night?

Such a wonderful location and the property is true to the photos, however everything is a little worn. The cabinetry/furniture needs to be cleaned and repainted and some small details are just off - like the open top plastic wastebasket in the kitchen rather than something with a lid and larger was a small irritant with a small child. The pool area really needs to be cleaned and some of the furniture updated. I would have also really liked to have a chain or deadbolt on the room door - there is a code to enter the building after hours however the children's room was closest to the door and during the day the front desk was not always there and there were construction workers in and out all day. None of this would prevent me from staying again - however I would price shop some other places nearby first as there are a lot of beach front properties to choose from.

This was our second time staying here and it was once again a great stay. Great location, great views, uncrowded pool and beach. Only downsides: beach chairs are not set up for you and heavy to drag out (plus many times we had to wait for them to get unlocked-guy was busy) and furniture is hard and a bit dirty/worn out

It's a great location right on the beach but I thought our unit would be facing the beach. When I made the reservation a few months ago it was not quite as easy as I would have liked to talk to a person on site and get specific answers to my questions. We had a view looking south down the beach but I thought we'd be able to see the sunsets from our unit and we could not. The unit was very clean and had pretty much everything we needed but it was not quite spotless and overall the place does seem like it gets a lot of use. Check in/out was very easy and overall convenience and safely were very good. I would recommend this location to a friend but would make sure they understand which units are where.

Excellent on-site service. Highest standard of clean and comfortable. Unit 9C has a pretty view of the gulf. Very peaceful. Many amenities included—bikes, kayaks, paddle boards. Stunning sunsets. Bev, John and Manny are available to make your stay easy and fun.

Very nice. Good southeast view from the 2 lanais. Also good view of the sunset. One room has a king with nice big bathroom. Second bedroom has two twin beds. Didn’t realize that. As a family of 6ft+ tall folks somebody had to sleep with their feet hanging off the end. But not a real problem, just be aware second bedroom seems best for kids. Overall great stay
