Exceptional And 'only True Ski In/out Home On Mt. Baldy.'
Cette maison est le seul vrai ski in, ski out emplacement sur Baldy (adjacent à Réchauffe Ressorts courir / amont de Warm Springs soulever). Grande propriété et la maison sur Warm Springs Creek où il y a la pêche privée et une grande cour pour la luge et de plaisir en plein air. Piscine / Spa privilèges à village international adjacent. Il a une intimité encore est à côté de Warm Springs lodge et près de Apples bar et restaurant. La maison est chaleureuse et accueillante, avec un grand espace extérieur avec des ponts, barbecue et même un petit poney corral. Il est entouré par la montagne de ski et de Warm Springs ruisseau. Les cinq chambres ont leur propre salle de bains privative. La chambre avec lits superposés a un «jeu prêt» directionnellement souple mural TV HD. Le salon dispose d'un grand système HD TV, lecteur DVD et de la musique. Il y a aussi un canapé dans le salon qui fait un lit Queen très confortable.

I don’t think you could print my opinion. There was no AC. I dont pay that kind of money to be unable to sleep because of the heat. Both stairways were very steep and narrow. We saw a couple of mice. It said it was “2 minutes to Sun. Valley”. That’s not true. It’s 2 minutes to a ski lift in Warm Springs - the other side of the mountain from Sun Valley. White carpet in a rental is a terrible idea. We had small children and had to keep a close eye on them for fear of spilling. There were dead flies in the window sills. However, We really did enjoy the back yard

Loved the house and location. First time to Sun Valley so skiing with little ones is aggressive on warm springs side. Should have just gone to dollar with them. Loved the place can’t wait to go back.

Super exclusive location - chair lifts are in backyard! Very clean, beautiful, beds/linens pristine. We had plenty of room for 6 adults, 3 kids - could’ve invited another family! We had a magical time!

We don’t take for granted that this beautiful home is located right on the Sun Valley ski slope. The views from the large windows offered us an up close and personal experience with the mountain. We are a group of family/friends who have skied together for nearly 60 years. Sun Valley is one of our favorites and to enjoy it in this unique way provided a memorable experience. Tom, the property manager, was very helpful. Instructions were clear and detailed. Each room with its en-suite bathroom provided plenty of comfort and privacy. The kitchen was well equipped. We loved gathering around the dining table for meals, games and great conversation. We definitely will book this property again.

Great Property. In all my years renting VRBOs I have never been this close to the chairlift. The house was very clean and stocked well. My group of 40+ year old ski friends had a great time with no troubles. The Hot Pool was basically a big hot tub. The beds were comfortable the fire place was stocked with wood. No issues.

We were in town for just a short stay in August and loved the house. It was particularly nice to have in suite baths for every room, 3 with king beds for extra comfortable sleeping. This place would be amazing for access to lifts for winter skiing but also beautifully landscaped yard with perfect view of the mountain for lovely summer afternoons and evenings. Loved our stay and will look forward to the next visit.

The house was very comfortable and well equipped. Very convenient to Downtown Ketchum. Our 2 year old grandson loved the lush backyard. Since he is too young to sleep in a regular bed, we ordered a pack and play and had it delivered to a friend’s house in Hailey. We did box it up and left it at the property; hopefully, for the convenience of future renters. I would have given overall 5 star rating, but it was quite noisy because of construction with ski lift. Workmen were there from 7 in the morning until 7 PM, hammering and drilling on metal. I realize the owner had no control over this, just unfortunate timing on our part. Since it was cold at night and in the morning, we were thankful for the individual thermostat in every room. The no shoe policy took some getting used to. The decking was adorned by beautiful pots of flowers. Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay.

Our nephew is stationed in Boise. This was our first opportunity to visit Sun Valley and we did it with your beautiful cozy home! Easy to check in. This house is prime location. We have rented many VrBos that tour ski in and ski out. This is truly that as you are right at the base beside two lifts and you ski back on house on Warm Springs. Others are about a 50 yd and uphill cross country ski path. We cooked a lot. Your house is well equipped. It was cold and someone kept restocking the firewood. Friendly gentlemen kept the path to the lift shoveled!! The house was charming and kept us all together and interacting. The beds were so comfy. Everyone adjusted well because of that fact. You can't stay at a more convenient location for skiing Sun Valley. Not having to lug ski gear to and from cars/busses is an immense value. The house is clean and accommodating. We definitely would stay again and recommend for families.

We had a great time! The house was very nice and spacious. The location was fantastic. We had 12 people and there was plenty of space. The wood fire kept the home cozy, without it we would have been cold. Kitchen was well stocked and we loved just staying in and enjoying the winter. Being so close to skiing was amazing, just walk around the house. We will definitely stay again.

Property is adjacent to lower Warms Springs Run. Put on your skis/boards and ski less than 100 yards to first lift and lodge to purchase ski passes. Spacious accommodations with soaring ceilings, lots of windows to view the slopes and mountain views, also situated on a creek. This is a great property for every season.

A true Sun Valley ski in/out, perfect for large groups, we slept 12 adults comfortably with no issue. It was super nice to have access to the community heated pool only a few steps away. A great way to end a ski day. Huge comfortable bedrooms, all bedrooms are master bedrooms. We would highly recommend this property!

The property is beautifully and conveniently situated near the Warm Springs lift. Having five spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, was ideal for our 3 couples and single son. Communication with the owner was quick and helpful. Though the house manual might benefit from some added instructions about quirky doors or thermostats (or even some restaurant menus/recs) this was really an ideal house for our stay in Sun Valley, and we had a great time. Would absolutely return and recommend. Thanks for a wonderful vacation.

This was an excellent property for our large group (9 men). We couldn't have been closer to the slopes, we were close to the shuttle stop, and there was plenty of room for all of us. The unit is not new but was in very good shape. The owner was easy to work with. I would definitely stay here again.

The onsite property manager (adjoining apartment) would stack my children's scooters and skateboards on top of my vehicle (scratching it). He would take the propane tank from the BBQ grill claiming we didn't properly clean it. The owner is currently now suing me in court because she claims I damaged the thirty year old rugs (which I paid to have professionally cleaned two days after moving in). The location is wonderful Life is way too short to rent from these people Do yourself a favor and rent anyplace else.

Thoroughly enjoyed my trip and stay and have only positive feedback this property! The Privacy, location, outdoor space, natural beauty and the view directly up warm springs was perfect. House was immaculately clean, comfortable and had everything we needed to ensure a great stay. Kitchen was perfect and all the bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels. Hard to beat if you’re looking for a place for a large group. Will be back again

We loved this house. We loved the fact that each room had its own bathroom. Backyard is gorgeous with views of the slopes. The only tiny thing that wasn’t explained in the listing was that there are two attached apartments to this home with long term renters. They didn’t bother us and were discreet but just would have been nice to know in advance. Less private on the river side. The community pool was a big plus!

This is a very nice home on an exceptional property. View of ski runs from back deck. Warm Springs Creek runs alongside of the house. Lot has lots of big trees and lots of shade on the big deck. Nice large bedrooms, each with it’s own bath. We were thrilled with our choice and would go back again.

Great Stay. Property was as described, nice space for 10 people (mix of adults and kids). Very convenient location to downtown Ketchum and Sun Valley. Beautiful outdoor patio with grill was nice. Proximity to MTB and hiking trails was nice bonus. Overall a great place to stay for our group.

Fabulous property for 7 of us! We couldn’t have asked for a better location to ski. The house was cozy, comfortable beds, and plenty of kitchen accoutrements. One small suggestion would be, since the house sleeps so many but the common area is small, perhaps mounting the tv above the fireplace and adding a sectional or additional seating. Not a big deal, but would definitely open it up and make it more comfortable for bigger groups to hang out. Location was great- enjoyed the warm springs lodge and Apples for Apres. Will definitely book again!

We had the most incredible stay for Spring break ! Skiing out the door cannot be beat. The house was fully equipped and perfect for our 2 families with young kids! It was cozy, clean, and felt like home. We will definitely be back!

I reviewed many properties in Sun Valley and this was, by far, the best location. Just steps from the slopes, chairlift and Warm Springs base area, we could not have been happier with the location. The views of the runs, chairlifts and the stream that runs along the property were great. The free shuttle to Ketchum was an easy walk to the Warm Springs stop and made it very easy to get to town. There is not a hot tub on the property but there is a heated pool with hot tub jets at one end that feels amazing at the end of a day of skiing within a short walk from the house. A couple of things that would have made this property better would be to have a hot tub on the big deck at the back of the house near the slopes and to get rid of the light carpet and get flooring more conducive to a ski in, ski out property so that the deck can be accessed in the winter time. Otherwise, a great location and a great ski trip!

We have stayed in many rentals, and our group of 8 guys absolutely loved this home. True ski in/out. House was spacious enough for our group of 8 guys. Once we parked the cars, never used them again until we left. Beds were very comfortable, owner was extremely helpful. We felt the pride of ownership. Would not hesitate to stay here again, and in fact if and when we return to Sun Valley we hope to rent it again. We loved the house.
