Although it feels like it's in the middle of nowhere, you're only a few short minutes to the main road through Cavendish. The home was clean, and well appointed. Beds were comfortable. There were lots of towels and toiletries. Our granddaughter especially enjoyed the
kids kitchen and spend many hours playing with it! Thanks for everything!

We come to PEI every year as a family to have a single week that we can all be together and reconnect in this very busy world. This house was perfect. Plenty of space to hang out together without feeling like we were on top of each other. Beautiful, quiet location but very close to restaurants and beaches and shopping.
The house was the most well equipped place we have ever rented. Everything we needed was provided. Definitely would recommend this location! Thank you for the awesome memories!

11 of us stayed for three nights. Three sets of parents with kids from 1 to 10. Perfect home for hosting a family get together. Would recommend. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay even for the rain day we had.

We were three families with 6 very young children. This house suited our needs perfectly. We enjoyed the gallery and the immense backyard. There is so much extra provided in the kitchen. We lacked for nothing at all. The hosts are amazing and generous. Toys and beach towels were plentiful. We are planning to return next year.

We had a great stay @ Debbie’s home!! Everything was has pictured and the house was very well stocked. Location is perfect as it’s close to all Cavendish attractions yet far enough that it is private and peaceful.

Gem of place. Owners are as amazing as the place . Right in the centre of the island. Close to everything. There was so much more to North Rustico than I recall over past decades of visits. All three generations and pets had a great stay. Hope to visit again.

Wonderful week. The home was as advertised. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and everything worked well.
The beds were very comfortable, with lots of pillows and towels available.
The yard is large and good for flying kites.

Lovely property well located

Wonderful stay for families
House is in a great location, a short drive to Cavendish. Lots of space inside and out, easily accomodated our 3 families. Hosts were wonderful and the house was equipped with everything you could need for your stay.

Great Location
House was large enough for my family of 4 children and 6 grandchildren. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, huge deck and yard! The location is only 7 minutes away from lots of restaurants, shopping and beaches. Our family had an amazing week vacation and I would highly recommend this home.

Excellent stay!
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the property. We were met by Debbie and her husband and they were excellent. They explained how to clean the hot tub (it had new water as well) and had all supplies needed in the kitchen and towels etc. the BBQ was also new and spotless. The yard was beautiful and landscaped and our dog loved it. 10 minutes from beaches and boardwalk. Will definitely stay again!

Family Holiday
We had a wonderful week with family and friends! The property is beautiful with lots of room for everyone. The home was fully stocked with everything you would need. We loved the covered deck and hot tub….so relaxing🙂. We would highly recommend staying at this property…the home owners were so welcoming and readily available to answer any questions we had. Overall it was a great week!

Great house for our large family
Our extended family of 10 Adults stayed for a week & we found the house had everything we needed. Very clean and lots of space both inside & outside. Short drive to the beautiful beaches. 5 plus for sure,

Ideal for 8 golfers
Debbie and Garner were great hosts. Can't say enough about how they helped with arrangements and went the extra mile. Many thanks! Extra bed along with the sofa bed were set up for our arrival. This was our 30th year of a 8 man golf trip and this was the best equipped house we have ever had across the board, but especially the kitchen and BBQ. Hot tub actually worked and was welcome at the end of each day. There are numerous golf courses near by, all worth playing. Don't miss Anderson Creek!

Plenty of room for two families
Debbie and Garner's place has plenty of space for two families (8 total). Two living rooms gives tons of room for kids and adults. The hot tub was awesome.

Hidden Treasure
Toronto Valley Getaway Home & Hot Tub is a "treasure" waiting to be discovered. Our family vacation, with 10 of us, could not have been in a better spot. Lots of room for everyone including our son's Golden - who loved the large outside yard and adjoining woods. If you're looking for the "perfect spot" on PEI - we'd suggest you get in touch with Debbie or Garner. Great hosts - who own a beautiful little piece of the Island.

I could write a great deal about how wonderful our time was. In the interest of brevity, a perfect location, everything as advertised, plenty of space for an extended family, and wonderful amenities for all ages. This place wants for nothing. It is the perfect homebase for exploring the island.

Family reunion
Excellent location and layout for a large family to enjoy time together. Well equipped and comfortable. Large deck and furnishings made for comfortable visiting and eating. Very quiet location but a short drive to the shore. We had a wonderful holiday here.

70th birthday celebration with family
The 12 of us highly recommend this property. Lovely and roomy house with every necessity in the kitchen supplied to make meals (except groceries, of course). The hot tub was a plus! Storage space for recycling etc was handy. Lots of bathrooms and parking. Quiet location with open spaces for kids to play. Friendly proprietors only a phone call away was reassuring. A great place for a large group to enjoy a relaxing time together. And all of this in beautiful PEI !

A Truly Amazing Home Away from Home!
Debbie and Garner we had the most wonderful stay at your stunning home! The minute we arrived we felt welcomed by you.
The spacious, open concept of the kitchen, dining room, and living room made it perfect for our entire family of nine to be all together. The teens also loved escaping to the downstairs family room. The covered deck ran the full length of the house and was the perfect place to lounge for a cocktail or enjoy the hot tub. Everything we needed was provided from a well equipped kitchen, beach towels and chairs, board games to even a lobster pot!
The house was the perfect location with just a short ride to Cavendish and North Rustico for great restaurants, beautiful beaches and family fun. And Charlottetown and Summerside were only 30 minutes away.
Thanks so much to you Debbie and Garner, Haley and we can't forget Milo! You made our stay in PEI a memorable one. We had such a fabulous experience and would recommend your home to anyone visiting PEI.

Wonderful home and wonderful hosts
We were a family of 15 - 2 grandparents, 3 children and partners, 7 grandchildren - celebrating our 50th anniversary with a trip to PEI. The trip was super good and this house and our hosts played a big part in making it so good. The house was immaculately clean, it is spacious, comfortable and well-appointed - from hotel-quality beds and bedrooms to a well-stocked kitchen, lots of towels, even storybooks for the kids. The kids enjoyed the ping-pong table, video game system and hot tub, as well as being able to run around on the big front lawn. The adults enjoyed the kitchen, which was spacious enough for 3 or 4 to be cooking together and the long covered deck with its comfortable patio furniture and barbeque. The house is well-situated, fairly close to Cavendish, very close to the magnificent beaches in the national park and very close to North Rustico, which is a vibrant town with a good grocery store, bakery, active fishery, wonderful restaurants and its own lovely beach. Debbie and Garner were wonderful hosts who were so friendly and generous with their time and knowledge. We really felt welcome at their home and in PEI. Special thanks to their daughter Hailey who took our anniversary pictures. We can recommend Toronto Valley without reservation to anyone planning a stay in beautiful PEI.

Spacious PEI getaway near Cavendish
We stayed here with two families-four children ages 5-8. There was so much room for us to spread out and have our own areas. We loved the large kitchen and spacious rooms as well as the oversized deck and hot tub. Looking up at the night sky with no lights around is mesmerizing.
Our hosts Debbie and Garner were fantastic and kept in contact giving us excellent tips for improving our stay. The house was stocked well above what is normally expected. What a great week we had on PEI and look forward to coming back again!!

Perfect getaway.
This is the perfect vacation home. The location is close to Cavendish and the house has everything you need and more. It is so well layer out that if you have a large family everyone has their own space. There are so many different rooms to relax and lots of sitting areas outside. There wasn’t one thing missing and so many extras that are just too many to mention. We just loved it so much and have been two years in a row and definitely would go back.

Thoughtful small touches in an amazingly spacious house
Debbie and Garen have a well perfected guest house! We visited with small children aged 3-9, and parents and grandparents. Everything we could need was there, from bug spray to colouring books, firewood to hot tub, lobster pot to well stocked kitchen!
The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were great, and there was more than enough space for us all to have some privacy when we wanted.
Would absolutely recommend to friends and family! Will definitely stay again!

Relaxing and Great location!
The location was excellent and the house had all the amenities that our party of 11 needed. We ranged in age from 7 to 75 and everyone had enough space to call their own. The hot tub was awesome and the stars from the deck at night were amazing. Debbie and Garner are terrific and I will be recommending their home to my friends who dream of enjoying Prince Edward Island. Thanks, Debbie and Garner, for being such warm and generous hosts.

Outstanding house and location
Just finished a week here with 2 families (4 adults and 5 kids). Layout allowed for families to split with one upstairs and one downstairs so it works great. Location a major plus. Close to everything in Cavendish. Felt like home with laundry, wifi, awesome kitchen and pots and pans and everything needed to cook. Hot tub at night with stars was an A+. Hosts terrific. Would highly recommend.

magnificent house
The house is exceed all our expectation. My friends and I stayed in the house for 5 days. We enjoyed our vacation a lot. After our day trips we came back to the hospitality house to relax in amazing ( really clean) hot tub, eat seafood cooked in gourmet kitchen or BBQ, sit near fire pit in the evening

Family Vacation 2016
This vacation spot had ALMOST everything you'd need. Advertised was air conditioning. This happened to be a portable air conditioner that was not working, owner came and shimmied something in the back to make it run but it did not cool the room it was in let alone call it an air conditioned place. They said not needed as just open the windows and doors and breeze blows through. Not in August heat and humidity and a guest hot flashing. Not to mention at night with a light on, bugs just enter as they wish. NO AIR CONDITIONING in this house. FALSE ADVERTISING. Made them aware and they didn't respond. TV needed the owners assistance to make work. Several electronic things for the kids were missing either batteries or the games or wires to make them work, which was disappointing for them. Owners just said didn't know. It was a large house, good location and great for pets. Do not expect to be cooled off after a day in the sun and heat. A hotel advertising air conditioning would make sure it actually worked, especially when brought to their attention.

A real Gem!
This house is amazing! The photos don't do it justice! We had 12 people in our group and there was more than enough room for everyone to feel like they had their own space. It is in a fabulous location - a beautiful country retreat minutes away from one of the most beautiful beaches on the East coast! We made great use of the free Provincial park pass that Debbie and Garner provided and could drive to Cavendish beach in 5 minutes. The house is also very close to a cute little town called North Rustico. It has a great playground for small children, yummy bakery, fresh seafood and deep sea fishing trips, coffee shop, grocery store and another nice beach (quieter than Cavendish). The house itself is super clean, is equipped with everything you would ever need (the laundry is a huge plus!) and so many activities for kids and adults. We were particularly impressed with the huge selection of board games for kids. The adults in our group loved relaxing in the hot tub under the stars. Debbie and Garner responded quickly to all our questions and were so warm and welcoming. We had such a positive experience and would highly recommend this home! It truly did feel like a 'home away from home'. Thank you Debbie and Garner!!

The BEST homeaway rental...
This is the absolutely the best stocked homeaway! The advertised description and photos are bang on. This home has everything from toiletries (shampoo & conditioner, toilet tissue, make-up cloths to name a few), to cooking needs (special mussel pot, big island counter for making PEI meat pies, lots and lots of dishes, pots, cutlery, glasses) and even baby needs (playpen, highchair, dishes). Now add all those things in with a home that is truly ideal for relaxing (huge beautiful deck with a hot tub), large yard for washer toss, ping pong table, and a fire pit) – who needs tv (but it is there if you need it, upstairs and down). Cooking and entertaining is a dream…what can I say. It is THE BEST! Our hosts, Debbie & Garner went out of their way to accommodate our needs…and always with a smile. We highly recommend this property. FIVE STARS for sure!

What can I say, other than the house was everything we needed and more. It is beautifully decorated and the perfect fit for 6 adults and 4 children. It had everything from the ideal set up for boiling lobster and mussels, to beach towels and beach chairs. The location was great. Just minutes away from all of the attractions, yet remote enough to feel like you were miles away from it all. The kids loved the spacious yard and roasting s'mores over the fire pit , and the adults thoroughly enjoyed the deck and its comfortable furniture. We would definitely rent from Debbie again and recommend her beautiful home to anyone traveling to PEI.

This charming home was right near Cavendish where we wanted to take our family.
We only used 3 bedrooms but enjoyed the spaciousness of the home.
New Brunswick is not far and we enjoyed coming over the Confederation Bridge and seeing all the
environmental exhibits there. We went deep sea fishing and all the people are just so delightful and
willing to tell you stories of the area over a coffee. This was truly one of our most memorable vacations.
The owners are truly just good, down to earth folk and we look forward to going there again next year.
