We enjoyed our stay, the owners think of the little things, extra sugar, towels, the little things that are often overlooked at rental homes. We had a great time!

My family and I visited New Smyrna to celebrate my Uncle who passed away. While the reason for our visit was sad, the home we stayed in was lovely. The space was open and bright and I did feel like I was at home. I’d love to come back for a family vacation.

I loved the property. It had a fenced in backyard for my dog. Everything was very clean. Would highly recommend

Our family enjoyed our time! We took advantage of the beach, walked/skateboarded to Izzy’s Island for tacos, and enjoyed the shops around town. Great location!

I really loved this VRBO. It’s super close to the beach in a cute little neighborhood. The beds we’re very comfortable and there were a lot of nice details there. There was coffee and everything you could want to go with it and a washer and dryer with soap, fabric softener etc. The attention to detail made the trip much easier. The house is decorated in a super cute beach theme. It is also updated with a nice kitchen and very spacious. I will definitely stay there again.

Nice duplex house with short walk to beach and a handful of restaurants. Rooms were very clean. Fenced yard allows a small, mostly sandy, area for dogs to go out. Appliances in good condition. Some walking/biking trails also nearby that were good for giving dogs on leash exercise. Pleasant neighborhood. Even though a duplex, we did not hear sounds from other side. Owner was very responsive to our one issue and had it resolved next day. Visitors to NSB should be aware that cars are allowed to drive and park on the beach. The dog beach is not near the house.

We rented this VRBO for a quick weekend in new Smyrna Beach. Very cute home and very well-kept and clean.

Inside was updated, clean, and nice. Two chairs on the front patio which was nice to drink some coffee on. Kitchen had all the supplies needed. Beach access literally across the street. Only 5 minute drive to Flager Avenue. Neighborhood super quiet. Only suggestion as I had several teenage girls with me is mirrors in the bedrooms for makeup but they made it work.

Talked to the neighbors and they were nice, house was perfect for me and my friends stay.

Nice place, close to the beach. Very comfortable. Only little issue was some dog or cat hair on floor. No big deal..

Stayed 4 weeks. Could not hear neighbors in adjoining unit of duplex. Back yard fence very secure for dogs. Very nice property.

It is a great little property right across the street from beach access. It was super convenient to go back and forth from the beach.

The location of this property is great. We enjoyed being a short drive away from Flagler and all of the shops and restaurants. The place was clean and had plenty of room for five of us.

When our family set time to come together we need a comfortable place to rest in between our many adventures. This property provide a spacious place for all of us to rest and relax. The neighbor hood is quite and just 7 min walk to the beach. The local hot spots to shop and dine are within 15 to 20 min drive.

We made a mistake to book this place for two weeks it is a great place for the weekend but for longer than that is totally unsuitable it was very clean, except the shower curtains liners that were thick with the soap scum, and perhaps nicely decorated but not functional at all neither bedroom had drawers meaning no dresser or nightstand drawer there are shelves in the closet so that where you put your underwear and socks only one bathroom had functional shower Kitchen poorly supplied one very small frying pan only two coffee cups and only 2 burners working on the electric stove The set up of he living room is a little strange as the TV is facing the kitchen and the sofa and two arm chairs are perpendicular to the tv We contacted the owner and she was very responsive and brought the coffee cups and another frying pan but I found it troubling that her response to our difficulties was “How am I supposed to know if nobody tells me “. The fact that the owner relies on her paying guest to inform her what is wrong with her business is very hard to accept we had to waste our morning to wait for her to arrive and than go through the house to take inventory There is a small patio but not one chair to sit there So if you plan to stay there longer than weekend you should look somewhere else We did not receive one work of apology for the inconvenience

Location is excellent. Duplex is a little dingy. New paint would help. The yard could use a spruce up too. There were 4 people staying and only 2 coffee mugs. The beds were very comfortable and overall we had a great time.

Condo was fully furnished.... Stayed 3 nights. Beach access was a nice 2 block stroll.

Make sure you take your own toliet paper etc but overall very clean and close to beach short walk across the street

House was very clean perfect for the dogs with fenced in backyard. Close to everything would definitely stay again, just wish we had a longer time there.
