25th Floor, Custom Designed, Sunrise Facing 3BR Unit at Turquoise
Paradis et luxe inégalé vous attendent! Notre toute nouvelle unité conçue sur mesure (l'affaire vient de se conclure à l'automne 2012!) a des plafonds de 10 pieds, des téléviseurs intelligents LED améliorés, 3 grandes chambres et 3. 5 salles de bains. Deux chambres ont des rois, une troisième chambre a 2 pleins et il y a un lit gigogne dans le salon. Chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain haut de gamme, et il y a une demi-baignoire dans le couloir. La cuisine est le rêve d'un chef gastronomique avec de vastes comptoirs en granit, des appareils en acier inoxydable, y compris un énorme réfrigérateur / congélateur SubZero, une cuisinière à gaz à cinq brûleurs, un four avec tiroir chauffant, un mélangeur / processeur Ninja, un lave-vaisselle, un micro-ondes et un Cafetière Keurig VUE. Les marques incluent des élites telles que Viking, Wolf, Jacuzzi et SubZero, entre autres. Il y a aussi une machine à glaçons et un réfrigérateur à vin séparés dans le bar, et une laveuse et une sécheuse HE à chargement frontal haut de gamme dans la buanderie privée. I've been a property owner in OBA a couple of times so this was my first time at Turquoise Place.
25th floor. Great unit. Everything worked. Unit stays busy and has Everything from beach chairs to cleaning products already there. Only thing I bought extra was toilet paper and paper plates.

We had a wonderful time with our young kids, and we can’t wait to go back again. They are installing a new waterslide, and my kids are thrilled. They are removing some of the hot tubs from the balconies, but they still have a huge bathtub and spa.

We had a great time at this condo. The owner is great to communicate with and quick to answer any questions or concerns. The views off the balcony are gorgeous and we loved having our own personal grill that we didn’t need to share. We will definitely be back!

The property was is great shape and everything worked. I stayed here for week and it was a great time. The property manager was quick to respond. I hope to stay next year in the same unit as it was such a great time.

Check-in was easy. The cleaning service was finishing as we arrived. We had no issues, and the few questions we asked were answered promptly.
The place was beautiful, and the views were amazing! We will be back and definitely stay in this condo again.

The pictures in the listing of the condo didn’t do it justice. It was much more than we anticipated... beautiful, spacious, well appointed, stunning views of the beach, and easy access to parking, amenities, and the beach. Owner was very helpful and extremely responsive to any questions/concerns.

Wonderful stay at 2502! Nicely furnished & plenty of room for our family and Nana. We were happy to find chairs and some beach items to use since we flew into Pensacola. Owner and staff were available and attentive for any questions during our stay! Love Turquoise. Great experience!

Hood lights still don't work. Most of the skillets need to be thrown out and replaced with new non stick skillets. Still don't have a toaster. Mattress in master needs to be replaced. Others should be checked. Whoever is doing the cleaning is just doing the bare minimum basics. Especially around the stove. Since we are paying a heafty cleaning fee we should not have to clean around the stove before we use it. Otherwise, we really did enjoy ourselves as we usually do. Thank you!

Others should be checked. Whoever is doing the cleaning is just doing the bare minimum basics. Especially around the stove. Since we are paying a heafty cleaning fee we should not have to clean around the stove before we use it. Otherwise, we really did enjoy ourselves as we usually do. Thank you!

This condo was fantastic! Very well maintained. The owner were excellent. We would definitely stay here again! The kitchen was stocked more than any other condo I’ve ever stayed in. The beds were comfy. There was plenty of room. We truly can’t wait to go back.

We had such a great time in Orange Beach! The condo was perfect! There was no shortage of anything in the kitchen...just about anything you would need is in there. Also, so many things for the beach-chairs, coolers, crabbing lights, floats. Super comfy beds. Great sound system. Great place to stay! Plan to go back!!
