Couldn't wish for a better location! Yards away from three of the best eateries in Olbia; quiet neighbourhood despite being close to the lively main street. The apartments are well appointed with all that we required for our stay and furnished and decorated to a very good standard. Our property owner/agent was extremely helpful and prompt with all correspondence. All in all, I highly recommend Residenze Civitas for all who wish to visit Olbia and the surrounding area. Keith

It was a very nice stay in the apartment. Everything was clean and comfortable. The building is directly in the city center, but not noisy at all. You are near all bars, restaurants and shops. However you will find a peaceful sleep at night, because it's a very quiet side street.

There is not much to criticize. The only thing at I miss in the kitchen was oil, vinager and some spices.

The host: Thanks to Laura for being so hospitable and nice. She was always there if we needed something or had questions. We were able to contact her via Whatsapp. She replied very fast and if needed she came immediately to the apartment to help us. She also recommended us some restaurants, beaches and told us where to park for free. The apartment: The apartment was clean and equipped with all necessary items. The hosts have thought of many little useful things. For example there was some detergent for the washing machine and for the dishwasher, sponges, a clothes drying rack, toilet tissues for the first days, etc… and a full equipped kitchen. The location: The apartment is located in the old town of Olbia, just near the principal street where you can find lots of restaurants, bars and shops. The only negative thing we can mention about this location are the noises in the morning. From 6 o’clock a.m. it was quite busy in this street (church bells, waste collection, construction worker), which was a bit annoying sometimes. As the apartment is located in the heart of the old town, which is beneficial for having dinner (by the way there is a delicious restaurant only 50 meters from the entrance of the apartment), there are no parking facilities nearby. But Laura showed us some parking locations in 5-7 minutes walking distance. All in all it was a nice stay and we would recommend this apartment.

I liked everything about this place! :-) Located so close to main street with restaurants but quiet at the same time. Property was clean with fully equipped kitchen. Laura, who met me at the property to give keys, was super nice and helped with parking locations (since it's old town there is no parking near property but she showed me one in 5min walking distance). Highly recommend this place!

The whole arrangement and the welcome by Laura. The location is excellent as it is within a few minutes of all restaurants and cafes. The apartment is very nicely furnished with all amenities and perfect for a stay in Olbia.
