We stayed for 7 nights and loved every minute of our time here. The Villa was kept very clean with a lovely outdoor area where we were able to enjoy time relaxing in the sun and swimming in the pool. There was also a great breakfast provided every morning. The location is perfect as it’s close to lots of restaurants and a supermarket around the corner that are all cheap. The Villa is gated so you can enjoy your privacy. Gianni was the perfect host and couldn’t do enough for us. We couldn’t recommend White House Luxury hospitality enough and we will definitely return.

Wonderful villa to stay! The location is very good, because the centre of Olbia is quite near, restaurants and supermarket by walk 2-3 minutes, location without much traffic and lots of privacy. Its beautiful, each detail is perfect. Amazing swimming pool and rest area! The owner Gianni is very hospitable, helpful and nice person, we just loved him :) We really felt like home! Thank you very much!

the villa is very beautiful and private as it is not designed for too many guests. the location of great with shops and restaurants in walking distance . we stayed in a family connected rooms on the ground floor with entry to the pool area. every day cleaning was provided , fresh breakfast daily was excellent and the owner Gianni is a wonderful person, very friendly and helped us with everything we needed. I definitely recommend and we will be back 😀👍

Really annoying me the fact to book something with pool included and when you arrive the property found excuses for don’t let use the pool. Happened too many times now... is always a case? I will not book the property if I knew before. Very bad and noisy position. I didn’t enjoy my stay

The house is very nice and the swimming pool just amazing. Gianni is very kind and explained everything. The room was very comfortable despite being in the basement. Definitely recommend. It’s close to city center and spectacular beaches.

Excellent garden with pool Very silent

The set up of the room was very lovely, modern and clean. The bathroom looks like a beautiful art work with a big and walkable shower included. The breakfast is great and its assortment very extensive, fresh and delicious. It's worth mentioning, that you get a high quality coffee or cappuccino from a espresso machine. You can enjoy the breakfast very exclusively beside the pool area in a open pavilion, which looks awesome. The location is perfect, because on the one hand you have short ways to the centre of olbia, restaurants and supermarket by walk, on the other hand it's perfect to start your trips, without much traffic, because you can get very fast to the highway by car. The house is very exclusive designed. It's a perfect place to relax and chill outside at the pool, as you can see on a lot of pics. In case of not much rooms, which can be offered, you will enjoy a lot of privacy. Especially the guest-friendship of the house owners was amazing. They helped us to get a car and give us insider tips for this area. So they will help you for every special situation or wish, if you want, too. This service made our stay at this house unforgettable and we got a lot of special moments and happiness! Thank you!

The property is beautiful, the location is nice with plenty of shops and good restaurants around. Nice decoration and style. Good security system and air conditioning provided.

I booked the King Suite for 4 nights for 4 adults, there was supposed to be a king sized bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed for two in the living room. There was no living room in the suite, but the small sofa bed was inside a little wardrobe (There was no photo of this on the accommodation’s page so I uploaded one). I found this really disappointing and uncomfortable, it’s probably fine for kids, but we booked for 4 adults. I think the price of 420 euros/night was way too expensive for this value and comfort. The breakfast was standard Italian style with dry cookies and fruits, they calculated one piece of small bread per person and never got refilled. Even though we’ve never been offered, we asked for omlettes which made us being charged for 50 euros in the end of our stay for 10 portions in total. There are no tea/coffee making options in the room, but you can find this in the lobby for purchase. The owners were friendly and kind of helpful too, but we felt like they were watching us all the time and they were hanging out with their local friends and kids at the pool area many times. Not enough towels and one time no shower gel loaded in the room during cleaning, which they solved after asking. At the end of the stay they charged the tourist tax, and they were unable to provide a proper printed receipt for all the expenses I had in their place. I expected a better attitude and a more luxurious service for this price, so I wouldn’t stay here again.
