Arianna was extremely helpful in providing tips for the trip. Especially the restaurant recommendations. The property is 10 mins on the bust from the airport, (it is cheaper to buy ticket from the airport which is 1Euro one way) than on the bus which is 1.50 euro. The property in 5 min walk to town central which is amazing. The room I booked had air-conditioning and hairdryer. Fridge was full with yoghurt juice and bread. I like that they segregate their waste. All in all, it is in a great location and great value for money.

It could get loud on a Saturday evening as it is near a pub. The breakfast is basic, it is a self service basis, there is a toaster and kettle available. The good thing is, there is a grocery nearby called Superpan and you can purchase cold cuts and fruits to be put in your small fridge in the room.

The self Check in was very easy and organized. The air conditioner was great and helped a lot with the high temperatures. In general, a good experience and great value for money. Location is great as well, 5 min from the Main Street and about 9 min from the train station.

The location was good, right in the city centre. Super easy to get there by bus. The AC was amazing! within minutes the room was ice cold! The host was super friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom smelled amazing!

I wasn't impressed with the breakfast, it was just toast and yogurt, coffee and tea with juice. All of this was in a little fridge in your room and you had to prepare it yourself. The BnB has 3 rooms. All rooms have a private bathroom. However, the one we stayed in had a privat outside of the room which was a little inconvienient. But it was ok.

atmosphere, host was friendly and helpful, very tidy

Breakfast is included, but we missed something like fresh bread, fruits or vegetables, not only rusk or biscuits. .

It was near center, near train station.

I expected sufficient breakfast, not sole crackers and milk+butter in the fridge. especially when the breakfast is in the name of the facility and advertised on booking. Individual room locations did not allow almost any privacy.

We had a lovely time at Arianna’s place. She was a very sweet, kind and responsive host. As the weather was not great during our stay, we spent some time in, and for that purpose our room was a bit on the smaller side. The TV quality was not amazing but it had Netflix so that’s still a plus. And as we spent some time in, we loved the board games available, spent some quality time! Breakfast was good too, and it was super nice to have coffee available at all times.

Such a cute quirky stylish little place. Ideal for those who like a more laid back vibe. Cute little sail covered courtyard with help yourself cafe set up- even has a sharing corner! Really nice little touches everywhere. Slightly too Firm bed ( which we have found is very standard in Sardinia!!- for the Germans apparently!) But still comfy and cozy. Ideal location just a short 5min walk to the main tourist areas. Parking is possible. We parked in a free space right outside. Only about 1.5 miles from Olbia airport.
