Nothing. Terrible experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!

The booking listed as the property being available from 3pm onwards. However when we arrived at the property at 4:30pm, we followed the instruction to open the lockbox only to find the lockbox empty. We called the listing agent as instructed by the message they sent us with instruction on entering the unit, and to our HORROR, we were told that the cleaning person would ONLY be coming by after 6:30pm to open the unit for us. We begged to have someone please come and give us the key as it was over 90F(32C) and we were standing on the walkway front of the building with our suitcases. We were told that if we wanted the keys immediate they WE WOULD need to PAY for a taxi and come to their office and get the key. On inquiring if they would be paying for the taxi or reimburse us for the extra cost of this they refused. We asked to speak to a manager or supervisor to help assist since no suitable resolution was possible, but were told that was not possible, and then the listing agent HUNG UP ON US!!! We were left STRANDED in the street unable to get inside of a property we paid for in good faith!!!! Worse of all, the listing agent, expected us to wait in the 90F HEAT in the STREET until the cleaning person came and let us in or pay for a taxi to get the key that should have been available AT 3PM!!!! We messaged booking.com of all of this at the time and attempted to call the listing agent again but they still refused to come and let us into the unit. Given the terrible behavior we felt that we would rather stay anywhere but this horrible place and we cancelled the booking. We were fortunate enough find another hotel down the street that was willing give us a room, and we were able to get out of the relentless heat and the burning sun. This was almost a terrible way to end our honeymoon but fortunately there are some good people in Athens and they did help us. If you need a hotel we highly recommend the Andromeda Suites and Apartments.

The location is very close to major tourist attractions.

They need to get a microwave.

The personal of the company was very helpful and kind. Very clean and the location excellent 😊

no paper towels or tissues available. did not appreciate lugging suitcase up the first set of steps. a bit confusing trying to locate the keys when I arrived. fortunately I knew what a lock box was once we located it.

Clean comfortable apartment in safe area.

A microwave would have been helpful during lockdown.
