Las instalaciones son pequeñas pero cómodas, la piscina está apenas para descansar y refrescarse y que sea hasta las 9pm está muy bien
Caminando hasta el centro son unos 20- 25 minutos y casi no hay comercio cerca.

Me gustó la ambientación de la habitación. Contaba con baño completo, una cama grande para dos personas y dos camas pequeñas (éramos un grupo de 4 amigas) Contaba con muebles para dejar nuestras pertenencias, además de una caja fuerte que no utilizamos.
El hotel cuenta también con tours y contactos de taxis, así que nos fue fácil organizarnos.
No tengo nada malo que mencionar.

O Hotel é exatamente como nas fotos. Atende perfeitamente quem está em San Andres pra aproveitar a ilha e ter um lugar confortável pra descansar ao final do dia. Funcionárias muito solicitas, inclusive liberam o nosso quarto para checkin antes do horário previsto. Quartos com chuveiro quente, o que é difícil na ilha. Em resumo: Recomendo o hotel e voltaria a me hospedar.
Deixo um alerta apenas com relação a distância do hotel para o centro.. fica a uns 30min de caminhada, entao pra quem nao gosta de caminhar como eu, coloque no orçamento o gasto de COP 20.000,00 com taxi pra cada trajeto Hotel-Centro.. se voltar de taxi, mais COP 20.000,00. Faça a conta e veja se vale a pena pagar um hotel mais caro no centro da ilha e evitar esse gasto ou pagar mais barato no Be Happy e incluir esse custo no seu orçamento.

A acomodação é espaçosa, limpa, organizada e atendeu ao nosso pedido de camas separadas. Muito confortável. A atenção do pessoal que trabalha é excelente. Todos muito simpáticos e preparados para atender muito bem.
A única questão, que pra mim é desimportante, foi o fato da pia ficar fora do banheiro, mas dentro do quarto

Rooms were spacious, staff very friendly and helpful - they organized a trip to Johny Cay Island on a very short notice, always helped with the taxi, etc.c Also no problem with later check-out.

The stairs are not safe for the customers, one step was lost. The toilet was watering and making heavy noises everyday, they supposedly fixed it up but it was not fixed properly. The location was not good for access to the beach. The breakfast was not good.

Very nice venue in San Andrés with clean rooms, good breakfasts, a staff always willing to help and a relaxing environment.
The venue is very close to the airport, which is good, but for the same reason it is not the best option if you're looking to stay very close to the beach. The staff helped us book a visit to Johnny Cay, but the people we've been sent to didn't treat us well at all.
