Had some difficulty accessing the property on arrival, which was frustrating because we'd been traveling all day. We were ready to relax and enjoy. Although unit was clean/nice, it may be time for some upgrading. We stayed in similar unit several years ago and this one looks much the same - - furniture, accessories, etc. One elevator was out of service. Of course, it was the closest to our unit. Difficult because I was recovering from a surgery.

Great week to be in the mountains. Location was excellent and host was terrific. Walking distance to slopes and restaurants. Overall a great place for a family of 4…thank you.

From the start, underground parking was nice and convenient. Staff on property were helpful showing us around.

Great location. A bit dated but comfortable. Deer Valley is very expensive, this is probably one of the best value property that is walking distance to the lifts.

The property was great! The 2x king beds and 3x bathrooms were perfect for my fiance and I to share a place with my parents. It has the basic kitchen supplies and is well stocked with coffee/tea. Nick's communication was helpful and accurate. It is a block away from the base of the mountain. The parking spot was also very nice to have. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you, Nick!

This is a great unit. It's an easy quarter mile walk to the nearest lift. Great restaurants within walking distance. The unit was large, spacious and fully equipped with anything you might need in the kitchen. Most important - it was very CLEAN!!!! I'd definitely stay here again.

I was so enamoured with Nick's condo I didn't want to leave! It is absolutely beautiful but completely comfortable. I would definitely stay again if I was traveling to Park City. Nick was a wonderful host, accommodating and very responsive. I give him and his condo five plus plus stars!

My family and I had a wonderful time at this property. Short 5 minute walk to the slopes mid-mountain.
Bedrooms are close to the elevator and stairs, so can be some noise at night.
We look forward to staying here again next year.
Property manager was very accommodative and communicated quickly.

We enjoyed our stay at unit at Black Bear -- close to Silver Lake and all the amenities that area provides. The unit was clean, the kitchen had everything you could want, the host was very quick to answer any questions we had. Highly recommend this property!

Good place to stay and ski overall. About a 5 minute walk to the lifts. Dryer didn’t work for 1/2 of our trip, which wasn’t ideal. However, the ownership worked diligently to get it resolved. The front desk staff were very helpful, however note that this property is managed by another company/individual, so there are limits to what the front desk can assist with. Bathroom supplies could have been a lot better; no bar soap, minimal shampoo, very cheap toilet paper and no Kleenex. Ownership/management was very responsive throughout.

Wedding and skiing!
We stayed at the condo for our daughter’s wedding at the Stein Erickson. The location was perfect - right across the street from the venue. Absolutely beautiful setting! The condo was clean, easy to access and very convenient to skiing (we skied at Park City) and to downtown. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect location
We loved this property! The location was perfect. The property had a well stocked kitchen, the beds were comfortable, and we loved using the hot tub every morning and night. We will definitely rent here again the next time we are in Deer Valley!

Family Getaway
We have stayed in this unit multiple times and are always pleased. The unit is well stocked, spacious & comfortable. The owner is very responsive and super helpful. We appreciate the extra steps taken during this time with the cleanliness of the unit and supplies of hand sanitizers and masks. Black Bear Lodge is a convenient location in Deer Valley - you can walk for great food nearby, ski rentals at Ski N See and then just cross the street to the Silver Lake Lodge & you are off for skiing!

Great choice
Well stocked with kitchen basics, kurig coffee machine with a variety of options, plenty of paper towels, tissue, and towels. Clean and comfortable. Hot tub ready and easy to use. Location is fabulous. Leave skis and boots at lift thus only a short walk to lift.

Ideal skiing with two king beds
Few properties have two rooms with two king beds, so this was a find. The suite was in great condition, was well stocked and clean. And it was walking distance to the nearest lift. The owner allowed us early check-in and late check-out and was easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Bear lodge is very convenient. Condo was just right with internet and TVs working fine. Nice to have deck with hot tub. Bedrooms have no view. As they face the interior and are dark but not particularly relevant. common areas very comfortable.
