Great location for attending NFL game and NHL game. Half way between both stadiums. Close to rosedale center for shopping. The house had tons of room for our group. Well kept and clean. Great place to stay. Would stay here again next year !

Very accommodating for large groups.

The Location & # of Bedrooms/Beds was the primary reason for picking the Property. We thought 💭 that the proximity to the State Fair would be good. However, walking there on the roads with no sidewalks & the Snelling Avenue Bridges were a little dangerous, especially for Seniors. So even though we tried to save a little on the Parking 🅿️ fees, it would have been better to stay at a different safer property & parked in the St. Paul Campus Parking 🅿️ Ramp. Good Exercise, but we clocked over 20,000 steps & are all incredibly sore.

This property was perfectly located for all our planned activities!

The kitchen was nice with a nice coffee maker and appreciated the laundry soap and laundry facilities. The parking space was nice and love the location so close to Hamline University. The yard could use some work Would definitely stay here again though.

Clean and spacious

This was a great property to stay in. It is close to everything that we wanted to do. The property was exactly as pictured and owner was very responsive! We loved the board with suggestions of things to do in the area!

We were very happy with our stay here. It was a nice location. Good parking accommodations. Neighbor hood was good. Would stay here again.

The house was clean and cozy. Simple, tastefully appointed. Beds were comfortable. Convenient location to the fairgrounds. Communication was good. Check-in and check-out were easy. Had everything we needed.The neighborhood and yard left much to be desired. It was quiet but not picturesque or desirable by any means. There was nothing exceptional about the house, but the price was good. I'd say the rate was commensurate with the house. If you're looking for a clean, utilitarian place to sleep near the fairgrounds for a reasonable price, this is the place.

There's so much space at this property! It doesn't look like it from the front, but the owners fit an impressive amount into the duplex, including four separate bedrooms, a spacious kitchen and a nice living room. Perfect to spread out, even when it's two of us since one likes to wake up early and work out (and occasionally has to take refuge from the snoring of the other!) Very centrally located to major arterial roads within 5 minutes, which is great since we drove all over the metro to tour and visit friends and family.

This property was nice. The online description was accurate. It is in an “industrial” area of town. It was easy to find and the check-in process was seamless.

Our group of 10 was in town for a wedding and this was a fantastic place to stay. Good location close to the city and shopping and restaurants. Clean and just as the listing portrayed.

This is a great place to stay if you are bringing your family. It is 5 minutes from the zoo, which is still pretty active and largely indoors in the winter. It is also only 20 minutes to the Mall of America. There are plenty of beds. The kitchen is bare essentials. The living room is comfortable. We were there in the winter and the owner was kind enough to provide a snow shovel and salt to keep the driveway and walkways clear.

We loved staying at this property. It was well stocked with everything we needed. It was located on a quiet street and the checkin process was a breeze.

Look at total cost before committing as nightly rate misleading. Property is a duplex built in 1960s, so we heard neighbors thru the wall some. Remodeled a few years ago with value material. The basement shower door won’t shut and is tiny (cruise ship size); toilet lid won’t stay up. Kitchen appliances are better quality with nice coffee maker (bring your favorite coffee brew but some there). Kitchen chair was broken. Living room seats about 7; kitchen max is 6. Pros: Lots of beds for big group (just watch per person fee) Nice kitchen appliances Good TV with Roku for 7 to sit around Good value compared to hotels or similar rentals Cons: Duplex so you may hear neighbors or they steal your parking (happened to us twice) Little group area to hang out Parking for 2 vehicles in narrow driveway with lots of ice in winter (some street parking) Soft beds, low quality finishes

I booked this for my family while in town for a wedding, so we could all be under one roof. It had enough beds for all of us but we were very disappointed in the quality of the place as it was rated five stars and a premium host. It wasn’t, in our opinion, five stars or worth the price we paid. It’s wasn’t the cleanest, furniture was definitely worn down (felt like our queen could fall apart), and the garbage was broken. Pay attention to the price increase per guest — after four people you get charged $50 per additional guest (unless Under 2). The things we enjoyed was having a kitchen during our stay and bathrooms on each level. The coffee pot should get a mention because it made very good coffee (all the adult enjoyed that detail!)! As well as the living room upstairs was a nice room to be in, small, but comfortable. I hope this helps people with their booking experience so they can decide what is worth the money on their trip. Because we had kids and we’re spending more time in the place I wish we would have booked elsewhere.

Nice and spacious enough for small group. Host was very nice and helpful and responded almost immediately to answer any of our questions. Would definitely recommend to others.

First, big thanks to Rachael and Andy for having us! The house was in a well established St. Paul neighborhood, perfect place for my family of four to rest after a day of exploring the twin cities. Check in was super easy, the hosts were great at answering communication (thanks again for bringing me a new coffee maker!), we had room to spread out and chill, and were overall pleased with our stay!

My adult children wanted a trip to Mall of America & this was perfect for our family. Everyone got their own room, and the townhouse had everything that we wanted in a place to stay. The community garden across the street was beautiful to walk through as well.

House was large enough for everyone to have their own bedroom. Living areas were adequate and the kitchen was nice. No problems of any kind. Would stay here again.

Very reasonable. Property needs some updating with dining room table and chairs. Needs to be cleaner for guests.(cobwebs and such). We did find a mouse on Wednesday night under the stove.

Great space for a family of 5 to stay. A room for everyone. Comfortable home away from home for the weekend.

IF YOU USE A GPS FOR INSTRUCTIONS TO GET TO TAYLOR WEST, YOU "MUST BE SURE TO PUT" (W OR WEST) INTO ADDRESS. YOU CAN ONLY ACCESS TAYLOR AVE TO THE EAST SIDE FROM SNELLING. TRICKY BUT NOT SO BAD ONCE YOU KNOW HOW TO GET THERE. COMMUNICATED WITH RACHEAL BY EMAIL ONLY. SHE DOES REPLY IN A TIMELY MANNER.

Definitely a lot of sleeping space, but not a lot of space to sit comfortably. We were able to use the folding chairs, which was not ideal for lounging, but did the job. Property does not have great curb appeal but is a cute neighborhood, give it a chance. Very sweet, nice neighbors.

My daughter and I stayed with her two little boys. The house and neighborhood were great. No traffic since it is a dead-end street. Loved seeing the community garden and local families taking care of it. Our host was easy to get in touch with and always available. Would definitely use this property again.

This rental provided plenty of bedroom space for our family of 5 and a few guests for 5 days. All the essentials were provided. Hosts responded immediately when we had a question. Surrounding neighborhood provided a place for nice morning walks.

Pictures were spot on and the location was perfect for our needs. Very comfy home with lots of space and very clean.

Basement bedrooms were quite cold. Furnace didn’t seem to circulate in basement. Bedrooms good size and slept our family comfortably. Living space small for amount of bedrooms. Great service and quiet neighborhood.
