Awesome Ocean View - Beautifully Remodeled - Relax at the Beach!
Bienvenue à Hilton Head Island! Notre villa est à quelques pas de la plage dans les magnifiques villas Seaside I (# 135). Située dans la région de South Forest Beach, notre villa est proche de la plage de Coligny et de Sea Pines. Ceci est un complexe en bord de mer fermé. Notre condo est non-fumeur et sans animaux.
** RAPPEL ** Seaside Villas est une communauté sans animaux selon ses engagements. Tous les animaux trouvés sur la propriété condo sont passibles d'une amende quotidienne de 500 $ évaluée par l'association de condo. (Nous aimons aussi nos animaux de compagnie, malheureusement ils ne sont pas autorisés).
Cette villa d'une chambre (avec une porte escamotable pour plus d'intimité) dispose d'un lit queen-size, d'une cuisine entièrement équipée, d'un coin salon avec un grand canapé-lit et d'un coin repas. Il y a une télévision à écran plat 4K de 50 "dans le salon et une autre télévision à écran plat dans la chambre - toutes deux avec télévision par câble. Inclus est également un matelas pneumatique avec pompe et un autre lit d'appoint. Le condo est livré avec une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite et longue distance aux États-Unis. Il y a un balcon récemment rénové avec une superbe vue sur l'océan. Les installations sur place comprennent également une piscine et une terrasse bien exposée. Nous venons de mettre à jour nos planchers dans le condo et de mettre à jour notre cuisine!

Our stay was wonderful. The condo was very clean and just what we needed. Loved the location. We were close to everything we need. The condo was small but large enough for the two of us. Myself and three kids stayed here for a mini vacation. Awesome location. Had a walk out to the beach, kids playground close by, many resturants. Easily could have walked everywhere. The condo was perfect for us. Very up to date kitchen area, super clean, and plenty of bedding spots available! Laundry on site which was handy after our sandy beach days. I plan to use again next year! No complaints at all!

A friend and I stayed for a little, child free trip. The property was just what we needed! Proximity to the beach was great, especially for HH... Just a short, easy walk. We road bikes to restaurants and shopping most nights so the location was convenient as well. The unit would be a bit too crowded for my family of five, but I wouldn't hesitate to come back with two or three. Totally recommend!

This was our second time at this condo which is located in Coligny beach . It was within walking distance to many restaurants. We rented bikes which were delivered to the condo and we biked all around the island. It is Close and convenient to the beach . Brenda the host was so helpful and made check in easy . The queen bed was comfortable and my daughter was fine on the pullout couch .

We were very pleased with our stay. The unit was clean and comfortable and provided everything we needed for our 4 night stay. The location was excellent as we were able to walk to all of the shops and restaurants at Coligny. We will definately be back.

Our stay at the condo was amazing!! Only a minute or two direct walk to the beach! Coligny was also walkable with plenty of shops and restaurants. The owner was easily accessible but honestly not needed. Everything was already set up and explained. Would definitely stay again!

The condo was just as described! It was super clean, and there were several thoughtful details! We made use of the beach chairs and towels, and it was such a convenient location for going to the beach and local restaurants. The communication was superb. We would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat.

We’ve stayed at Seaside Villas several times because we love the beaches and the location to Coligny with all the shops and restaurants. The condo was perfect for us, very clean and had everything we could have possibly needed! Brenda, our host was most welcoming and checked on us throughout our stay. I thought that was a nice touch. We are already planning another trip back. Thank you for the hospitality.

My husband and our 2 sons had a great time in this villa. It was impeccably clean and very comfortable. The owner provides a rollaway bed and sheets if extra bedding is needed. Great location to the beach with a great view!

Brenda was very informative & accommodating, she stayed in constant contact willing & able to address any concerns, which there were none, place was tidy & clean & little notes everywhere to where you never had to question anything you were doing, the little guardian angel keychain was a very nice touch, her place will hopefully be our go to the next time I’m in Hilton Head

The property manager was so kind and gave clear instructions for entry into the condo and throughout our stay.
The condo was clean and everything inside was easy to find. Beach towels and chairs are provided, which is nice. Once there food and shopping is easily walking distance and from the condo to the beach is about a 5 minute walk.
I definitely recommend and will stay there again!

Villa was exactly as advertised and very comfortable with several extra nice touches. Location was perfect (about one block from Coligny Plaza and a few steps to the beach). Great for everyone but especially for those who want an elevator to the unit and no stairs to the beach. The manager was especially helpful (in dealing with a misdelivered package) and sweet. Highly recommend!

We had the best time! We even brought our bikes and rode around to everything. Great location, very clean and Brenda was amazing with communication. She definitely goes above and beyond for her guests to make sure they are taken care of while on vacation. :) We will be back.

The property was very nice and the host, Brenda, was excellent. It was as described and had a nice view from the balcony. Brenda left a lot of written instructions which was appreciated. Checking in and out was easy. The condo was beautiful, comfortable, and clean. There were amenities you would need if you forgot haircare products or soaps. Bring your own coffee and tea. There is a coffeemaker that's both drip and pods. You might want to bring your own toilet paper if you prefer something other than 1 ply. The location was perfect. The walk to the beach was easy and there was a nice large deck with lounge chairs for sunning if you didn't want to sun on the beach. The beach was gorgeous. I do have a suggestion though for anyone considering staying here. I wouldn't advise more than two occupants. It's listed as sleeping 2-4 but it's small and I'm afraid more than 2 would be very cramped. For 2 adults it's really nice but small and compared to some hotel suites, think smaller. But this is just my suggestion and know that we were very pleased with the property and recommend it without hesitation. There is a community room with washers and dryers if needed. There seemed to be enough parking spaces but during the busy season, I'm not sure if that would be the case.

My husband and I got out of the cold for a few days and it was perfect. Of course it helped that the weather was unseasonably warm but the condo was in the perfect location. I sat out every morning on the balcony and looked at the water. We were so close to restaurants and bars that two nights we walked everywhere. My husband brought his bike and was able to ride the beautiful trails. I'd love to book again next year!

A friend and I rented this property for a girls getaway at the beach. It did not disappoint, just steps from beach! The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Also, was located a short walk from shops, restaurants and a grocery store. Brenda made check in easy and made herself available to us if we needed anything. We will definitely come back to this property in the future and would recommend to family and friends.
