Appartement bien placé pour visité la ville et aller à l'auditorium. Piscine couverte chauffée et salle de sport. Stationnement gratuit possible dans le rue. Récupération facile des clés.

Location is the most beneficial point here. The view from the windows is to the school, which was fine for us. There is a pool and a gym on the zero level. Suitable for a short stay. The apartment is worn out a bit (especially the bathroom), not in a crazy way, but that's a fact. It is not an apartment to impress your spouse. The BED is terribly small (we are regular fit people). It wasn't good. But the craziest thing is sound insulation- there was no such thing at all :) . We thought that it was ok until the day when neighbours came to their apartment. We heard everything, and we are not fans of such things :)

Location was great and easily accessible. Host reception at arrival and guide about local place and his help to walk us to nearest shopping market was amazing.Highly recommended for stay.

An amazing and well-maintained apartment in an excellent location.. The hosts are very kind and nice and ready to help with anything. Without a doubt when we return to Tenerife we will rent this apartment again. Thanks to Cesar.

Very good facilities, with a indoor pool. gym and Sauna . No one else seemed to be using. very relaxing. Apartment was was clean and roomy. Market just around the corner.

The internet connection was grate (400/400). There is enough place to work easily. The apartment is in very nice area, close to the market (SuperDino) and quite close to the bus central station and El Corte Ingles.

quiet, safe, good location (near tram/buses, near grocery store, close to path by water to go running). Host was incredibly helpful and kind, replied to questions right away.
only small suggestions: Balcony could use some chairs and a small garbage can in the bathroom would be nice additions.

Fantastic location, very short walk to the main shopping street and the market. Lovely apartment, bright, clean, comfortable bed and nice powerful shower/bath. Great private facilities in the building, indoor pool, sauna and a gym. Very helpful and nice host. Some free parking spaces in front of the building, easy to get them in the evening.

The location is excellent and there was lots of free parking right by the building. Cesar the host met us in person and showed us the gym, pool and the apartment. There is a very helpful folder of information in the apartment which Cesar had put together. The price was very good value.
The balcony is very small and quite dark so we didn’t use it.

Perfect location (market and super market: 5 minutes walk, restaurant: 2 minutes walk, pharmacy: 1 minute walk), wonderful building, very nice and helpful owner of the apartment, very comfortable apartment, well equipped and perfectly suitable for travelling with a small child. Calm and green. We will go back to Tenerife and hopefully stay in the same apartment!

I was here for a few nights; it's great for getting into Santa Cruz and getting bus links out to other towns. The apartment itself is clean, comfortable and well-equipped. I'd happily visit again!

Very efficient check in with the owners. Clean, comfortable and reasonably well equipped, and situated within a nice and quiet development. Nice indoor pool, (although because the weather was so beautiful we opted for the nearby parc maritimo for swimming - highly recommended). Within easy walking distance of the town centre, all the main attractions, the market and the bus/ tram station. We hope to return next year
Balcony is really just for hanging out washing, but this didn't matter as there are so many beautiful parks and plazas in Santa Cruz in which to sit and enjoy a glass of wine or two.

Location was good, near the African Market and La Noria restaurant area. We enjoyed the pool. Dramatic view of Anaga mountains from lounge. Quirion Prevencion Clinic for covid tests was at No. 10 Bravo Murillo, just down the road. Balcony with airer to dry washing. Courtyard garden with benches. Near bus station and tram exchange- Intercambiador.
Balcony too small to sit on. Full cooker but no oven dishes/trays. All the lounge soft furnishings were low so probably more suited to younger visitors.

Everything was great- location, amenities, size, pool. A great place to stay. I would recommend this apartment and would definitely come back.
There was one small thing- there is no chair on the balcony, would have been nice to sit and read outside.

A really great apartment, right in the centre of the town. Five minutes away from a handy tram stop, and about 10 minutes from the bus station.
We had pre booked a taxi from the airport, and Cesar was patiently waiting on our arrival, gave us the keys and told us good places to visit. Whilst we were there we visited the nearby natural history museum, the TEA library, the market, the amazing Auditorio (worth a visit for the gorgeous cafe with sea views) and the Palmetum (again lovely views). We took the tram to La Laguna and visited the science museum there, and then went into the town.
There was three of us in the flat, and it was ideal. Our 7 year old slept on the sofa bed in the lounge. We used the lovely pool (we were the only ones), and my daughter loved the two playground rockers in the little courtyard garden.
Sanat Cruz is great for a sunny city break with children, and the apartment is a great base to explore it from!
Few ants in the kitchen, but we cleared them up with the bug spray that was in the bathroom!
