The rooms needs some improvement. There was water leaking from the shower to the sleeping area. Wifi wasnt very strong in the room.

Superb location on playa Bonita, what a pleasure to wake up with the view of the ocean! Surf school directly on the hotel site, very convient and very friendly staff from the school surf. Very good atmosphere, a bit like an hostel! Recommended for solo traveler or group of friends.

It was sometime difficult to get a table at the (only) restaurant of the hotel, because it was “fully booked”, even if we were guests of the hotel (the restaurant and outdoor area are open to the public). Very busy on the weekend, atmosphere of a beach club with loud music all day (it could not be for everyone), but more quiet during the weekdays. The outdoor area could be a bit more clean/looked after more properly.

The guy who checked me in was unapproachable and unfriendly. He was not helpful at all, missed to provide all the info at check-in until I had to find out certain things by myself after. Most waiters were nice apart from Nancy who was very rude. Also I found it very inappropriate that the restaurant staff kept asking for my room number several times when I had breakfast. Even though I had not only told them but also had a wristband. Another bad experience for me was when I ordered something to eat at the restaurant counter and they asked me to pay straightaway and didn’t even get the food yet also I’m a hotel guest. they lacked some social skills and how to welcome and treat their guests.

The bed was really good, as well as the room.

It does get a bit busy, since it is open to the general public.

The resort was adorable and perfect for our family! charming and clean!! What MADE the property was the staff. Yoesel, Edison, Pepe, Carlos, Kenluis made sure we were completely taken care of. They became part of our family and we treasure the time we had and memories we made. They gave us suggestions of places to visit and called a taxi for us when we needed one! We couldn’t ask for better drinks, more laughs and better service! Christian, at the front desk, arranged a snorkeling trip at the last minute for us. All with a smile! We can not wait to visit again! A mojito here will never taste as good as there!

Please make more than one beach playlist! We LOVED having music on but by the third day we were listening to the same playlists over and over. I know that’s a small thing- but it would make an amazing place even better!

The restaurant: The menu is very limited and expensive. they charged services included in all purchases even if they are not serving you. I found that super unethical and unpleasant. I would fire the whole restaurant from there.

the so-called Familly SUITE is on top of the kitchen, bad smell, noises, screaming and we got poisoned by bad fish...terrible experience, this is room 17 at twice the price of a normal room, a scam..by Booking.com

Everything was just great, the service and stuff (Jennifer was just amazing and super responsive to my needs). The place is super clean and they are making sure to keep it that way, the rooms and all the area around. The hotel is just by the beautiful Playa bonita beach so the location is amazing if you are looking for a nice and peaceful vacation The restaurant is nice with very good food and drinks and the service there is just exceptional I've been that for 4 nights and if I had the option I would stay even more!

Generally everything was amazing. Ronal was super helpful and jump started our car for us when we left the lights on - was a pleasure meeting everyone who worked there.

Restaurant staff are lovely but if I had one criticism it would be that they could be slightly more attentive by coming to the tables instead of us having to go to them to order
