Bienvenue au bungalow South Haven!
Construit en 2012, vous apprécierez toutes les nouvelles commodités dans et hors de cette maison de 3 chambres / 2 salles de bains. Il est situé sur Webster Ave., une rue sans issue tranquille avec accès à la plage à proximité (500 mètres environ). Promenez-vous ou roulez à vélo jusqu'au centre-ville de South Haven (à seulement 1,6 km). Ou mieux encore, promenez-vous sur la plage jusqu'au centre-ville et au phare pendant un coucher de soleil.
Vous apprécierez l'agencement magnifique de cette maison immaculée. Il a été conçu et construit pour être une location de vacances. La grande salle, la salle à manger et la cuisine sont combinées dans un concept ouvert avec un superbe plafond voûté. Les chambres se trouvent dans un couloir menant à une grande pièce / véranda 3 saisons et à une fantastique cour arrière privée avec foyer, balançoire et maison de jeux pour enfants avec toboggan.
La suite principale a un lit king confortable et salle de bain complète. La première chambre a un lit queen confortable et 2 lits jumeaux (superposés). La deuxième chambre dispose de 2 lits superposés (lits doubles en bas et lits jumeaux en haut). Le canapé en coupe dans la grande salle a également un lit queen gigogne.

The house was very accommodating and thought of everything. Very clean and inviting. The kids loved riding the bikes through the quiet neighborhood. Great location to north/south beaches and harbor (5 min drive). We had a wonderful stay and would not think twice about booking again if we decide to come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The bungalow is well stocked with all cooking and beach needs. The host keeps on top of the maintenance and any issues that may arise. Couldn’t ask for a better host.

One of our best vacations in South Haven. The house was exceptionally clean and organized! Plenty of fresh linens and towels for a family of eight. The management team was quick to respond to a small issue we had with one of the toilets. I appreciated the text from the owner when we set off the smoke alarm one morning while making breakfast. He was checking to make sure we were all ok. Short walk to the beach which was the best. The house supplies everything you need for the perfect beach vacation! Beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, etc. We had a wonderful time!!

Property is beautiful! Super clean. Very quiet street with minimal traffic, but still close to downtown. 2 min drive to Packard Beach which is where we went every day. Great spot for little ones. My family and I had a wonderful vacation.

Our family affectionately has stayed in what we call the South Haven “yellow house” multiple times over the years! We love the quiet street, inviting yard, and close proximity to the lake! It’s a great house for kids and grandparents alike! The house is very clean, well maintained, and is very comfortable!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, well-stocked home on a peaceful cal-de-sac, minutes from the beach! There were so many relaxing and fun possibilities this home provided-from enjoying the porch swing or lounge chairs out front and watching the kids play basketball (they loved this!) to enjoying s’mores out back at the fire pit while the kids played in the play house and on the swings. We took advantage of the bikes and beach chairs that were provided-very helpful!-as well as the arcade games and gas grill. So many fun and useful amenities!! We were also very pleased with the oversized recliner that our dad (in his 70s) was able to use comfortably during our stay. The proximity to the clean, quiet beach was also fabulous! A less than 5 minute walk! We would absolutely rent this home again and would highly recommend it to families of all ages!

Loved the house. Good location, well stocked. Wished weather was a little warmer so we could have sat outside. Beautiful backyard seating and play area for kids. Could use cushions on table seats or a good lounge chair for older people, had difficultly getting comfortable after long days.

We enjoyed our week in South Haven and always look forward to staying in this beautiful house. We love the yard, playhouse, swing set, porch, fire pit and eating on the patio. The grandkids love the arcade too!!!

Immaculate and warming environment. We felt like we were in a cabin in the woods without the bears. Enjoyed the peaceful morning and quiet evening. The safe environment encouraged our grandkids to walk to the beach to check the flags to see if it was a swim day. Looking forward to next summer already!

When we arrived to the property it was well kept and beautiful! We came on vacation for a mom’s getaway, and were pleasantly surprised by how much space the house had—it was perfect for our group. Plenty of amenities and extras included in this rental. The neighbors were so sweet and actually invited our group to the block party they were having—such a nice gesture. Perfect walking distance to the beach for beautiful sunset views. Fire pit was stocked with firewood and we spent every evening out back. Even though we were in a neighborhood it was very secluded in the backyard. The front porch was perfect for sipping coffee and chit chatting every morning. The downtown area was close by and the grocery was also within a short drive. Everyone in our group loved the place and we will definitely look into renting in the future. Thank you for sharing such a beautiful home.

The Very Cute Yellow House
This house has great curb appeal, and the inside is just as inviting. Plenty of room for up to 8 people with an open concept kitchen and family room. The front porch is great and has a swing to sit in to enjoy the lovely views surrounding the house.
In the back there is an enclosed porch and a big fire pit with a beautiful seating area. Our grandson loved the tree house and swing set in the back as well. Very comfortable beds and bedrooms. The location is also great; very close to beaches and not far from town.,

Great House and Location!
We all enjoyed our stay! The house is very nice and equipped with everything you need! Very close to Newcome Beach via short walk, but the public beach area is extremely small (about 50'x50') and can be crowded. We ventured to North Beach a couple times (5 min drive) and there was much more room for the kids to play, and also has a concession stand and restroom. South Haven is a wonderful little town and this home made our stay very enjoyable!

Wonderful stay!
Our girl's trip was wonderful! We went the first weekend in June and had great weather (aside from an afternoon sprinkle one day). The bungalow was super clean and spacious! They have soap & shampoo dispensers in each shower (no conditioner but we brought some), toilet paper, paper towels, extra blankets, dish soap, Tide pods for laundry, beach towels, a beach wagon, soft coolers, etc. The beach chairs are the folding camping chairs, so I recommend you bring your own if you're not into that. There were no baggies or aluminum foil, and only a few Tupperware -- so bring some of those things if you want to store leftovers. But that's it—they have everything else! It was so nice to not have to worry about packing a bunch of additional items or having to run to the store. Brad was also excellent at communicating with us -- always responded very quickly and was so accomodating/flexible. It was a joy to stay here!

Incredible Return
This was our 2nd time staying in the yellow bungalow, and it was everything we remembered. The home is cozy and ALL the details are thought of! The beds are comfortable, home extremely clean, and you feel like you’re being spoiled. Brad is a generous and host and very communicative. The walk to the beautiful beach is just 5min. It really is a favorite of ours, and quickly becoming a family staple. Thanks again for everything!

Would happily rent again! Clean, good open spaces for gathering and everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. Beach access is just short walk down the road. Our host was responsive within an hour for any questions.
