Really enjoyed our stay at this sweet 3bd/2ba home. The owner was excellent- very prompt and helpful with a couple items that popped up. The location of this home is fantastic- walkable to many places including the main strip. Pool and spa surpassed expectations. Really enjoyed overall and would stay again.

We are frequent visitors to Palm Springs. We want the house to be the centerpiece of our stay. This house met all our needs. A large kitchen and eating area, 3 king size beds, and a beautiful pool and side yard for the dogs.

So easy working with Michael. Everything was as promised and very easy to access. The outside spaces are amazing - pool and hot tub perfect temp and feel - and the flow of the house was perfect.

Wow. This place really exceeded our expectations and the view is absolutely breathtaking! The house was very clean and full of supplies. The backyard and pool are private so you get to enjoy your stay to the fullest. The host was also very responsive when I had questions and made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. I mean - you get the views, a nicely decorated interior, heated pool and spa, a fire pit, bbq, stocked kitchen, AND a fast WiFi... what else would you need? We will definitely be back soon!

The location and home were great! Exactly what we were looking for to get away for the weekend with the family. Michael was very communicative and helpful! We’d highly recommend this and look forward to coming back again!

We were two adults with our small Maltese pup. We enjoyed the amenities and layout of the home. We especially enjoyed the open kitchen and living room space with the beautiful fireplace. We used it every night in late November as it gets chilly at night in the desert. The daytime temperatures were perfect (high 70s to low 80s) and we used the amazingly clean pool and hot tub every day as well. The bocce ball court on the side of the house was a lot of fun and our dog enjoyed romping around the side and front grass area that was well kept and fully enclosed. Great Wifi connectivity and communication with the property owner. Thanks for a great stay over Thanksgiving!

Our family really enjoyed our stay overall, especially the heated pool and jacuzzi. The beds were very comfortable and the location was peaceful and quiet. We also enjoyed riding our bikes in the beautiful surrounding neighborhoods and found the location to be convenient for accessing downtown. We were disappointed that the lawn areas were brown for reseeding, so the property did not appear as lush as in the photos, although this is a seasonal issue and didn’t make or break our overall enjoyment. However, we think the owners could make some minimal upgrades that would make the experience even better including new umbrellas with stands weighted properly to the umbrellas. The ones they have now tip over and are not stable on the existing stands. Also, the pool towels seem very old and many of them are quite scratchy. Finally, the garage area could be better organized with shelving and could use a good cleaning. The white interior floors are beautiful to look at, but could use some small rugs or runners given how easily they pick up dirt and how slick they become if any water (such as from the pool) touches them. We used towels on the floors to manage this issue and it was workable. Again, overall a great house, location and pool. Michael was very responsive and our arrival and departure was very smooth.

The house is beautiful! A wonderfully maintained mid-century modern home. My family and I loved staying here. My kids had the best time swimming in the pool. We also loved going for walks in the darling neighborhood.

Stayed at this wonderful home at the hottest time of the year in Palm Springs. There was plenty of space for our family of 4 with a teen, college student and dog. Our dog especially enjoyed the cool tile floors and air conditioning. The bedrooms were roomy and well decorated, the kitchen was well stocked. The absolute highlight of the home is the pool and hot tub. During the day we would lounge in the water to stay cool and in the evening it was still 90 degrees so we could continue enjoying the water without the limit of pool hours when we stay at a hotel. There was also a large grassy area for our dog to run and romp. Each room has direct access to the outdoor area which is great, even the bathroom which is very convenient when coming out of the pool and going into the shower. The location is beyond ideal, 5-7 minute drive to the best restaurants in Palm Springs, we went out each day we were there (Farm, Tac/Quila, Trio, Boozehounds, Grand Central, Ernest Coffee) too many good choices. It's also less than an hour drive to Joshua Tree National Park which I highly recommend visiting. I was wondering if I booked at the wrong time given the 110 degree heat but we stayed indoors during the peak early afternoon and was able to go in and out of the pool without the dreaded chill but instead the comfort of the warm air. Absolutely loved staying in this home and Michael the host was super responsive when I had questions but I didn't really have any since everything was perfect.

The host made our experience stress free and the home was the perfect place for a weekend getaway in the sun. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Palm Springs :) GREAT location as well

This is a great property with nice grounds and pool. Well appointed and nicely decorated in mid-century style. The hot tub was not working when we arrived but the host had it working remotely within a few hours. Close to downtown shops and restaurants but not walkable for us in Palm Springs heat.

Michael the property manager was wonderful. He helped us when we needed to reschedule earlier in the year, his follow up was immediate. The home was well appointed and comfortable. The pool was lovely and we spent most of our time outside. It’s very close to downtown so you can Uber quickly. This was a girls trip for a 60th birthday and we just had the time of our lives. Would recommend this house to anyone.

The house is wonderful , in a great location, nice yard and pool, could use a few more cooking items for dining in ! Since we did not eat out much with Covid ! More casserole glassware , salad spinner , rubber spatula

We were a little worried about being on a corner, but you really did not hear the traffic at all. It worked out great for our family.

We had a great time in Palm Springs. This house is in an amazing area and it is so private. Michael the owner was so great and really quick responsive to any questions we had. We will be back soon!
