Cette belle maison de 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain complètes est située dans une communauté charmante et calme. Proche des commerces, restaurants, à quelques minutes de Winter Park. Idéal pour les vacances Disney, le logement d'entreprise, les vacances, l'UCF ou tout simplement pour se détendre sous le soleil de Floride. En Floride, c'est votre belle maison pour se détendre après une longue journée. Le salon et la salle à manger formels vous accueillent lorsque vous entrez dans la porte d'entrée, ce qui est idéal pour les réceptions formelles. Le combo salle familiale et cuisine est tout simplement parfait pour le chef de la maison. Pendant la cuisson, vous pouvez toujours faire partie de l'action. Le bar du petit déjeuner est parfait pour ces repas rapides. Chambre des maîtres avec lit King Size, salle de bain attenante, dressing et porte coulissante en verre qui s'ouvre sur le porche. What a great home!! Super cute home and a great layout, it’s even cuter in person! Very nice, clean, quiet neighborhood and felt very safe. Host was very communicable and made sure we had everything we needed. Home came very well equipped and even had little extras like snacks and coffee which was very handy. And the fenced in yard was a big plus with our dog. Will definitely reserve this home again. Thanks Liz!

Loved our stay in this home. It's perfectly nestled in the heart of Maitland - a beautiful community - near Publix, Walmart, and tons of great restaurants. Easy access to highways and not far from the theme parks. The house itself is equipped with everything you need for a very comfortable stay and it has plenty of space for seating and entertaining. Liz was an incredible host and responded immediately to any questions we had. She went out of her way to make our stay pleasant and we would love to rent this home again next time we are in town!

The house was just as represented in listing. Clean and inviting. Comfortable beds and fully stocked kitchen. Great neighborhood with easy access to Winter Park. The fenced yard was great for dogs. The host communicated well and was available for any questions. Thank you Liz! I will definitely stay again when in town.

Check-in process was seamless and timely. Accommodations suited everyone's needs. Plenty of room to gather and enjoy each other's company. Outside Patio was a favorite place. Location was extremely coinvent to all our events.

Love the layout of the home and responsiveness of hostess! (We needed a few things & they were delivered pronto!!!)
Card table & folding chairs came in handy too.
Screened in porch & fenced in back yard very convenient. We did not have younger children with us but if we had there are books, equipment & games for them.

This house is in a GREAT location! So close to all the good things. We stayed for our daughter's graduation from Full Sail University, and it was an overall good place. Plenty of room for all 6 of us to spread out, and it felt like we could all have our own space. The owner is very nice as well.

There were a few issues but the owner herself came right out and addressed the issues. She also followed up the next day to make sure everything was good. Even after our stay followed up to make sure we had a good time.

This is a super nice rental. We were in town for a high school graduation, and we spent two nights. The house had everything we needed. The owner was consistently helpful and responsive. The neighborhood is great.
Starbucks, Publix, Walmart are all within 5-10 minutes away. We were very pleased with this rental.

It is a very nice house in a safe neighborhood. This was very convenient to all of the places that we were going to. We were there for a graduation celebration. The owner made it very easy for us to get there and gave us instructions for entry and for leaving. Kitchen was well equipped and enough towels and wash clothes.

Visited to attend a Baby shower weekend for my daughter who lives in the area. The house was clean, cute and comfortable. The neighborhood is not a cookie cutter, every house is the same kind of place, which is our preference. Our trip was short and we were out and about most of the time but our experience with Liz and the house was exactly what we had hoped for when we booked.

This property was perfect for our week long Orlando stay! Everything we needed was close by. The house was perfect for our kids and pups. The owner was in constant communication with us until our arrival. This home has everything you need for a family to stay. The beds are comfy and the kitchen is stocked with all your needs. The neighborhood is beautiful and the neighbors are super friendly. Highly recommend for a nice and relaxing place to stay.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this property. The owner is easily accessible and contacted us to make sure everything was to our liking. The property was clean, spacious, and nicely stocked. We had a nice walk with our dogs around the block. The location is great; close to restaurants, grocery stores, and Starbucks. We had no problems at all and would definitely stay there again.

We loved the open space of this home, the neighborhood, the decorations, the yard, the comfortable beds etc and the communication with the owner. It was a pleasant stay and there was easy access to shopping and restaurants. We're there for a wedding so didn't get to spend much time in the house but the beds were comfortable and the house is roomy. Property is in good condition.

Although we were in town to honor my brother's passing, we were able to enjoy some family time with out of town cousins in this home. Had we chosen a hotel, we would not have been able to relax and share special memories of Andy while making new memories together.

We really enjoyed our stay here a second time. The home is clean, king bed is comfortable, Smart Tvs in every room, it is a spacious well equipped house, great snacks too! Our pets loved the grassy fenced yard and walks in the quiet neighborhood. Its a good location with great restaurants nearby. Liz is s very responsive owner. We will be back!

Cleanliness
The accommodations overall were adequate. Cleanliness needs improvement.
Considering I paid for a significant cleaning service fee, it looks like just the bare minimum was done from the prior occupants.
Floors needed sweeping and mopping badly. My feet were filthy in a very short amount of time, as we take our shoes off at the door.
Barbecue not clean at all, nor surrounding area. Kitchen windows and sliding glass doors have not been wiped down in some time. Kitchen cabinets exterior dirty. Master bed very uncomfortable, very old, very slumped. Sheets smelled like they had been on the bed for some time and/or stored up in the closet getting dusty. Master bath could have been cleaner, especially floors around toilet and in shower. Bathmat seems like it was not washed from prior occupant. Garage has not been swept out in quite some time.
Four adults staying for two nights and we were only left literally two coffee pods, only two cups of coffee! With me personally, of all the things that should have been there it was coffee accommodations. Most, most important. Also, there wasn't a coffee carafe to make brew coffee, until I mentioned it to the owner and she then had it delivered the following day, after we had already resolved the lack of coffee equipment on our own. Having spent more money.
Would I stay at this place again? Unfortunately, no.

Great property in a VERY quiet neighborhood.
Liz is fantastic. Super communicative and made renting her property incredibly easy. The house is in a super quiet neighborhood in a great area. We enjoyed our stay and will be recommending this property to friends and family looking to visit the area. We also found a fantastic Cuban shop nearby and got an excellent Cortadito.
