Property just as described. Very happy with location and space.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and all the necessities were available. We walked t the beach several times. The property manager was available when I needed him. We would stay there again and tell others.

The worst experience imaginable. We show up to find a week-old PG&E notice that the power to the house has been shut off due to an unsafe electrical panel. Nobody said anything to us. I had inquired the day before about an early check in and was told "no because we have someone staying at the house." We were left stranded with two young children with nothing more than "we will refund your money." No help finding a place to stay from the manager. I had to scramble to find another place because it was getting dark and cold, ending up paying way more for another rental. After finally finding a place with one bar of cell service and an hour on hold with VRBO, the rep said he couldn't do anything for me because I didn't contact them first. I explained the situation - that I could not contact them because I was stranded with two young children in the cold with no cell service and no internet because the power was out. He said the policy is not flexible under any circumstances - you must contact VRBO first. Honestly, the worst treatment by a company and property manager I can imagine. To let us go all the way out there with two young children and not say a word and leave us completely stranded.

We stayed for three nights while attending a family wedding nearby. The cottage is very clean and welcoming. The kitchen is well equipped. We purchased salmon locally and gilled it on the barbecue provided. The bed was comfortable and if you leave the blinds open you will have a lovely view of the waves in the morning. We would not hesitate to book the cottage again.

The house was clean, comfortable, and just a short walk to the beach. The kitchen had all of the amenities and the bbq was a plus. Very cozy! We will definitely be back.

This was a perfect house for 2 adults, 2 kids, and a dog! Very clean, well stocked with essentials, and very comfortable. Very pleasantly surprised that it had a little fenced in area so the dog could stretch her legs. Our friends were camping at Lawson’s and this was a very convenient location only a minute from the campground. We loved the house and would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable beach house in the village with easy access to ocean and a little view from large windows in the main room. The only negative for me was the odor of the cleaning products overwhelmed my esthetic sensibility for the first day and a half. Heavy bleach industrial smell, but very clean!

Recently stayed here with our small family of three for a weekend getaway to celebrate our 21 years of togetherness and 17 years of marriage. The house was as advertised and enjoyed the short daily walks to the beach. The home is very clean and had everything we needed for a restful and quiet home away from home. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and easy parking. Thanks for making it such a pleasant stay and we look forward to coming back again in the future. -Jane

I’m a frequent Dillon visitor. Been going for over 30 years. My favorite escape location. And this house was perfect. Clean, excellent location and just as advertised. I’ll be back!

This little house was absolutely darling! My daughter and I had a wonderful time and everything we could possibly need or want was in this cute little place! We would rent here again in a heartbeat!

The check in process was super easy and quick. We were able to park and get in the house within 5 minutes. The house was cleaned perfectly. Fresh bedding and towels. It was perfect for my family. Thank you for an amazing fees days at the beach!

We had a great time staying at this home. We had a family emergency and had to leave a couple of days early but we really enjoyed our time there. The communication with the property manager was great. We will definitely be staying at one of their homes agian.

I love the peaceful atmosphere, here in the village. The views from the cottage are beautiful as is the short, charming walk to the beach. Incredible sunsets. Everything I would want in a oceanside escape.

The property was perfect for 4 of us, 3 adults and a child. Great neighborhood, amazing ocean views from house/deck. Kitchen and BBQ were perfect for preparing all of our meals each day. Has all the amenities and was extremely clean and very cute. Couch was very comfy and all the tv's have cable which was a really great addition. Only regret is we didn't stay longer! We had an amazing long weekend and certainly will plan to do it again!

The property is well maintained, clean and accessible. Beds were comfortable. Everything worked. Pet friendly, although neighborhood is full of foxtails. Very tough for the puppy. Wish the little fenced yard was cleaner. Didn’t take puppy there because is was just sand and dirt. But house is easy for seniors. Parking in spacious. And easy to walk to the beach.

Beautiful home had all the amenities we needed. I messaged the owner to let her know the propane was low the first night and she quickly replaced it the next morning despite it being a holiday. Great communication from the owner. Would love to stay here again!

This place was perfect for our annual escape to Dillon Beach for New Years. Everything we needed was there and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time in this very comfortable property - we enjoyed exploring the area and our dog absolutely loved Dillon Beach. We could easily have stayed for more than a weekend and we hope to return!

Great spot near the beach, clean and comfortable, with a well set up kitchen and comfy living room/sitting area.

My partner and I had a completely relaxing stay here for two nights. The cabin is perfectly clean and tidy, with great places to lounge. The bed was perfection. The weather was very NorCal coastal, drizzly and cold in the mornings, perfect for staying indoors in a perfectly sound cabin, with a heater that made it toasty in the evenings. The beach is only a few blocks away, past more cute beach cabins, and the shop and restaurant that are part of the nearby resort had delicious food and great supplies. We did crossword puzzles and watched an old Kurt Douglas movie on cable. Would rent again in a heartbeat.

My family and I vacation here once a year and this house became an instant favorite! Very clean and everything was so pretty and up to date. It was nice not having any steep staircase in the house with having a little ones as some of the other houses we've stayed in have. We did miss having a balcony but it wasn't a deal breaker with how nice it is on the inside! This is probably the first house we have stayed in in this neighborhood that we will probably book again!

This place is small, but had beyond everything we needed. Clean, and comfortable. Walk to the beach and the little store. WiFi and TV for when its time to wind down. Perfect kitchen. We loved it!
