Choosing this property to stay at for our vacation was the best decision we made! I truly needed to go nowhere else to enjoy my stay in Puerto Rico as this property is that beautiful! The pool is just perfect and the gazebo with a grill and fridge was icing on the cake. Only recommendation I can make is to upgrade the stove/oven combo as I had to light the burner with a match to use it. Diana is so incredibly helpful and was so patient with my questions. Would stay at this location again!

Propery was immaculate and exactly as listed. Plenty of pots, pans and kitchen supplies for cooking. AC was on point! View was breathtaking, neighborhood was quiet. Grocery store and great restaurants 5 minutes away. We highly recommend this property.

In spite of some minor issues with being the first renters post renovation we had a great stay, Diane helped us quickly resolve any issues , the view the wildlife and the new pool made this a 5 star property.

We loved the property, close to good beaches, restaurants and a supermarket. Upon arrival, the jacuzzi was not working well, but Diana very kindly supported us until she sent the electrician and fixed the situation and it worked perfectly for the rest of the stay. The sunsets look spectacular. I definitely recommend the place.

The house was just as we expected, and the views were even better. Waking up to such beautiful views of the palm trees and ocean, and relaxing to the beautiful sunset were all breathtaking. We explored some of the island and beautiful beaches, and surprisingly the teens enjoyed being at the house so much more. Diana was great from beginning to end. We've shared the listing with friends and family, and hope to book it again on our next trip. Enjoy!

Beautiful property with fabulous view. Well maintained grounds. House is 3 bedrooms with many beds in the 2nd and 3rs bedrooms. Master bedroom king bed. The kitchen is dated but fully equipped and fully functional with a great view to the pool, grounds and the ocean. very nice pool and hot tub. Secure property in small culdesac. Not easy to find without Google maps. The Gazebo house was equipped for barbecuing and outdoor entertaining. We didn't other than photos with the view of the ocean. The one negative was the tech. The TV, Cable, Xbox and WiFi didn't work. The wifi was restored in a couple of days. The other things were not. But I must mention that the property manager did everything she could to help and did. Always responsive and available to help. She is a credit to the home owner in the job she did in assisting us with anything we needed. Diana thank you. You did a great job 👍. I would stay again.

Being a family of 7 my wife and I were a bit worried we would not have enough space for everyone. In addition I have been to the island many times and was concerned about not knowing the exact location if it was safe or not. When we arrived we were blown away. The pictures do not do it justice. We had more then enough room for everyone. The property is very well kept. It’s located on a dead end with all gated homes so we felt safe. The landscaping is beautiful. The inside of the home was very clean and well kept. The kids had an absolute blast playing in the pool everyday. We will definitely be using this property again in the future.

Beautiful view from the house, gazebo & top of the pool area that we were allowed to sit on. There was some sort of a issue with the tile that was marked "do not step" so more than half of the best viewing area was off limits...bummer for sun bathing.
The house was nice had everything you needed. Good starter supply of the necessary toiletries ect..
Plenty of space throughout the house. We didn't watch the TV at all!! It was great.
There was some molding in the guest bathroom wall. The air-conditioner stopped working in the back bedroom & we were going to be gone by the time a new one would be installed (I know this was out of the homeowners control) thankfully the ocean breeze definitely helped at night.
While in the pool you didn't have any view of the ocean. Just a suggestion that if the little palm tree in the middle and the hedges were to be cut down it would make it 10xs better. And to watch the kids play in the pool while relaxing on the raised covered porch you couldn't.
The gazebo was a great place to hang out & grill. Whale watching was great!!! Take your binoculars!!!
Diane was great, didn't get to meet her in person but she was quick to respond to any questions & respond to my calls.
All in all it was a very pleasant stay. The minor downfalls wouldn't keep us from staying here again.

Couldn't have asked for anything more
This property is more beautiful in person than in the pictures. We stayed here for a week and everything from the house, the pool and the gazebo exceeded our expectations. The property manager, Diana was very responsive throughout the stay.
The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, blenders and we cooked quite a bit with groceries purchased at a supermarket (Econo) that is a 10 min walk from the property.
The gazebo was a perfect spot for morning coffees and grilling in the evenings.
We already started making plans for our next trip!

Amazing Stay
The property was beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures. The property manager was very responsive and accommodating. There were multiple restaurants, coffee stands, and fruit carts within walking distance of the house. We loved laying by the pool and cooking dinners on the grill. There were multiple beaches within drinking distance, overall a great and relaxing area to stay. Would absolutely recommend this property, can't wait to go back!!

Great spot. Kids loved the pool. We loved the privacy. Kitchen nicely equipped, and AC worked well. Great grill in gazebo house at the end of the lawn, and lots of extra propane tanks Some of the patio around the jacuzzi (it’s not a hot tub) off the pool is unstable and marked off limits with orange cones and do not walk signs, hopefully that is repaired/reinforced soon. We would stay here again, and look forward to doing so!

Wonderful home with stunning view
We were looking for a home base on the north or west coast of PR for a family vacation with our teen and adult kids. We could not have picked a better place. The house is well appointed and comfortable. There is a nice deck and pool area. But the best part is the view. The house is on a cliff overlooking a nature preserve with the ocean in the distance. I could not pick the best location for viewing as there were so many. The house is raised so that one can see the breaking waves from the kitchen. The spa tub has a phenomenal view as does the entire deck area where the covered grill area is located. Even at night, the view is spectacular. We were there for a full moon, and we could make out the white foam and different shades of green in the trees below. The walk down the long dirt road to the beach is worth doing once, but for good swimming or surfing it would be better to make the short drive to Crash Boat Beach or Playa Jobos. There are plenty of great restaurantsss vc a short drive away, but you won’t find a restaurant on earth with a better view than this place. Very quiet neighborhood. Loudest noise you’ll hear comes from beautiful song birds. A few huge and beautiful iguanas cane sometimes be seen in the trees. Grocery store is very close with everything you need, although it’s no Whole Foods or Wegmans. We stayed once in a cliff in Kauai, and my kids thought this view was better. We hope to return. But if we don’t, I’ll be happy to have seen this once in my life.

Beautiful location
The entire booking process was so easy and to check in was seamless. The house was very clean and we really enjoyed our privacy. The property and view was absolutely beautiful. It was perfect for the range of ages from adults to teens to young children. We all really enjoyed ourselves and can’t wait to go back there on our next trip to Puerto Rico.

Beautiful property
What’s certain is the property is beautiful. It is very private with a fantastic view. We’d give it a 5, but until check-in we were not given the information as to where exactly the property is, and that there is no physical address to the home. You have to be guided to the house by the manager. We had never experienced that in 12 years of renting properties globally. She was friendly, the manager, but also told us the moment we got there that we’d have to check out earlier than normal check out on our leaving day. We were actually a little offended as we were only 2 people, not occupying every room and we had planned to enjoy long evenings, but found out our last night would have to be cut short. Also, the coffee maker had a previous guests’ coffee grounds in the filter so we thoroughly cleaned that ourselves. In the master shower there was a plastic razor cover and a part of someone else’s soap there. These items made us question overall cleanliness.
The best part of the property is the exterior, especially the back and grounds. We wish we didn’t feel pressured to leave early and that there were no maintenance surprises, but we did make the best of it and enjoyed our stay.

This was a jaw dropping view Better in person than the pictures
We enjoyed our stay for sure it was an amazing scenery and great location hearing the sound of waves in the morning and night & hearing the coquis & seeing iguanas in your yard is the coolest especially for kids. I wish we could walk down to the ocean from the house, but it’s just a 10-15 min drive away. The only bad thing I have to say is the house looked clean but it was gritty on all the tables glass, and the floors were the same bathroom toilets weren’t cleaned either so we cleaned when we got arrived. I would stay again

Fantastic place to stay!
As others have posted, the house was fantastic! It was a great place to stay as a family and located near so many great restaurants and beaches. Kids loved the pool and the grown ups loved lounging and taking in the view. House literally had everything we needed when we got there. Owner and property manager (Diana) were great to work with. We have already recommended it to family members.

This house delivers what it promises.
Sometimes the photos of a house are able to make it look better than it really turns out to be.
In this case, however, the photos are true to the house and are actually unable to capture the true grandeur of the view of the ocean from the clifftop that the property sits on.
Everything was easy and the amenities were as promised.
Diana welcomed us to the house and showed us everything quickly and efficiently.
She even brought some fresh flowers for the table.
So glad we chose this house.

The home was lovely and the location wonderful. So much ground space.
The only complaint is the lack of household necessities. Lack of washing detergent, kitchen trash bags and general every day items that you expect in a home with sleeping for at least 9 people. With a Costco on the island I would think it would not be an issue to have plenty of supplies for the home. When paying the cost of the home rental, those are the necessities you expect . We had to purchase a lot of every day supplies that should be standard in a home rental.

Incredible & Amazing Views to wake up to everyday!!
We rented the Gazebo house for 10 days and it was amazing!, just as you see it on the pictures! From day 1 of my vacation planning inquiries both Matt (owner) and Diana (Prop. Manager) were amazing to deal with, very responsive to questions and very professional and personable.
The house has everything you need for an amazing stay, the kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans and glassware, etc.
And then there is the incredible pool, jacuzzi and the Gazebo, we spent a lot of time outside. There were days that we were supposed to go to the beach but decided to stay at the house instead because it was that nice! it felt like you were in very high end and private resort!!
Very Quiet area and privacy in the backyard were keys to a great Relaxing vacation!
We'll definitely will be back and we will work our schedule so we can stay here again.
