Cette unité de coin est au premier étage sans voisins et est située dans une rue calme, à quelques pas de la plage. L'unité est un deux chambres, deux salles de bains qui ont été entièrement rénovées en 2016 TOUT NOUVEAU. dans un motif de plage relaxante. L'appartement dispose également d'un grand salon confortable avec TV écran plat, DVD, 2 chambres confortables, 2 salles de bains et une grande terrasse privée extérieure où vous pourrez, vous détendre et profiter du calme et de la tranquillité. La copropriété vient de subir une rénovation majeure de la piscine privée et des espaces communs en 2018/2019.
Vraiment à proximité se trouve la plage, où vous aurez le sable à vos pieds et le doux bruit de l'océan pour vous détendre. Le déjeuner peut être apprécié au club de plage à proximité, au Ritz Carlton ou dans le village au célèbre Sir Pizza.

We had a fantastic stay at this unit. It was clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies, towels and sheets. TV and WIFI access. Very easy access to the beach just a short walk away. Ground level unit with a parking spot just steps away. Pool was heated and great to use. We spent 7 nights here, with our 4 kids. Great neighborhood; quiet and safe. Definitely will repeat next year!

We absolutely loved our stay at Rick’s place. He was super easy to communicate with. The unit is gorgeous. We were there on Christmas Day, and the kitchen was a pleasure to use. Very nice high end appliances and everything you could possibly need.
We love Key Biscayne and come once or twice a year. We will be back!

Easy to find and access with direction from owner. Actual living area very nice. Kitchen had basics to fix easy breakfasts and restaurant leftovers. No view at all but amazing access to best beach around with friendly people all around. Family friendly area. Comfortable place to return to each evening.

We are a family of 5 with kids from 2-11. We had plenty of space and really liked the location. The beach is a block away which was fantastic. Close to great food, groceries, cvs. We loved the patio and the kids enjoyed the pool. Everything was great here.

The property is furnished in fun beach decor and has a light and airy feel to it. It is a short walk to a very beautiful beach and many nice restaurants. Highly recommend it!

It was a good stay for what we needed... three sisters ages 49-55... Great location and the beautiful private beach access was a highlight. We did have an issue with the top bunk not having a bunk board to support the mattress from the rails underneath, but fortunately the sofa was a pullout that my sister used instead so it worked out. The owner was responsive to our questions and provided good information. A good value.

It was a good stay for what we needed... three sisters ages 49-55... Great location and the beautiful private beach access was a highlight. Great location on Key Biscayne, super close to the beach! The apartment is set up to ensure a wonderful vacation (well-stocked kitchen, towels) with lots of thoughtful touches. We’ve stayed all over the Key and this is our favorite spot.

A few friends and I stayed here to attend a wedding at the ritz Carlton. The unit was located a short walk along the beach to the ritz Carlton so the location was perfect for us. Rick was very easy to get a hold of and answered last minute questions very quickly. His place had everything anyone could possibly need. It felt very much like a lived in and loved home. I would definitely recommend ricks place.

Perfect for what we needed
A few friends and I stayed here to attend a wedding at the ritz Carlton. The unit was located a short walk along the beach to the ritz Carlton so the location was perfect for us. Rick was very easy to get a hold of and answered last minute questions very quickly. His place had everything anyone could possibly need. It felt very much like a lived in and loved home. This unit was exactly what our family needed for our stay in Key Biscayne. We have a family of six...2 adults, 2 teens, and 2 younger kids. The 2 younger kids slept on the bottom bunk, 1 teen on the top bunk, and 1 teen on the fold out couch. My wife and I slept in the master bedroom. With 6 of us, it was close quarters, but that is what we wanted on our family trip. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed...washer/dryer, 2 bathrooms, towels, bedding, updated kitchen, fridge, dishwasher, etc. The unit is also a very short walk to the beach. If you are not in the mood for the beach, the building has a small pool, which we used and enjoyed. A Winn Dixie grocery store and other retail and restaurants are also a short walk or car ride away. Overall, we were very happy with our stay, would definitely book again, and recommend for anyone needing a place to stay in Key Biscayne.

His kitchen had everything I needed for cooking and storing food, and all appliances are modern and working well. It was spacious of our family of 4. Rick’s place is very clean, pleasant, quiet, and conveniently located in the middle of Key Biscayne. Great Location! Cute beach themed condo!
We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was walking distance to the beach, pool, grocery store, restaurants and local parks. The kitchen was well equipped and we had all essential items for a trip to the beach. We needed to check in with the owner a few times and he was timely in getting back in touch with us. We have already booked another stay at this property.

This little condo was perfect for our family of 4 over New Years. It was clean, updated, and in a perfect location. When we return to Miami we will try and return to it.

Great stay
Nice quiet building with a pool. The beach is about a block away and is gated. The place is clean and recently updated with dishwasher and washer dryer. Nice bunk beds in the one room leaves plenty of sleeping space for kiddos.

Beautiful condo and a great location in Key Biscayne
The only reason the review is not 5 stars is the exterior of the building was under construction during our visit. The owner alerted us that there were delays to the building construction prior to our arrival so it wasn't a total surprise.
The condo itself was very nice and was perfect for our family of 3. Our daughter loved the room with bunk beds and it was nice to have 2 bathrooms and laundry in the unit. It is on a nice quiet street and an easy walk to the beach.
The exterior work looked like it should be done soon so I would anticipate a 5 star rental for anyone looking for a great spot in Key Biscayne in the future.

Wonderful location, kitchen and living areas but only one bed is really good for adults.
We enjoyed the location of this apartment with it's nice back porch. Their is no view but it is within a block of the beach. The kitchen facilities were great. Inside doors are not solid but slats which decreases privacy and increases noise. The queen bed was in it's own room and was very comfortable. The bunk beds need a few more slats for adults to sleep on them comfortably. We arrived to a broken bottom bunk bed which was "fixed" by the owner the next day. The sleeper couch has a thin mattress that is not so clean looking. We choose not to use this and slept on the couch unfolded and the big chair next to it. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance also. The place was 5 star in the day and 2 star at night for our six small to average size adults.

Great Condo in Key Biscayne
I am just getting around to my review...I know, but better late than never. It is only fair that we are giving Rick 5 stars. The condo is beautifully decorated with so many extras. The condo has pleanty of towels, bath and beach, extra pillows and blankets. The kitchen has everything you will need for vacation meals. The patio is beautiful, but hopefully the kids stuff will be gone, so we can spread out. Think the kids had just visited. The grounds, complex and pool are well taken care of...it is just gorgeous. Walking to the beach is easy, shopping is close by and the area is very peaceful. We needed to print some copies to mail out and we found the library that is surrounded by dense tropical foliage....wow....they were very friendly and helpful.
So, here we are one year later 2017, looking forward to our trip once again and a stay at the condo. When you know that you will have a beautiful, clean place to stay with everything you need, well, it sure makes traveling easy. Just so you know...I am a perfectionist and clean freak. I look forward to posting another great review whe we return home in April.⛱
