Charming Historic Renovated Beach Cottage - Walk/Bike to Heart of Jax Beach

Sunshine Cottage vous attend! 2 chambres, 1 salle de bain charmeur a été construit en 1930 et est situé dans un quartier calme 6 pâtés de maisons de l'océan Atlantique rafraîchissant. C'est une courte promenade de 10 minutes avant que vos orteils frappé le sable! Sunshine Cottage a le caractère et l'attrait que seule une maison historique peut offrir - coeur d'origine planchers de bois de pin, cheminée, fenêtres, portes et boutons, et des armoires intégrées. Alors historique, le chalet a été soigneusement rénové et comprend tous les équipements modernes pour vous garder confortable, sans perdre ce charme côtière vintage.
Profitez de votre café du matin ou de votre cocktail en soirée sur le porche à l’avant. L'intérieur chic côtière de Sunshine Cottage vous accueille dès que vous marchez dans la porte. Deux aires de repos confortables vous accueillent, une équipée d'un «joueur de 48 HDTV et DVD; l'autre d'une cheminée. AT & T U-Verse programmation HD DVR et à haute vitesse d'une connexion Wi-Fi sont inclus.
Sunshine Cottage propose deux chambres pittoresques. Parfait pour un couple ou une petite famille et confortablement accueillir quatre personnes. La première chambre dispose d'un lit queen size et de la télévision. La deuxième chambre dispose de lits jumeaux.
La table de salle à manger peut accueillir six et permet beaucoup d'espace pour la collecte pour les repas. armoires intégrées originales offrent un espace de stockage supplémentaire pour les clients et de présenter le savoir-faire il y a des années. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec l'essentiel de cuisine, de la verrerie et de vaisselle et comprend des appareils en acier inoxydable. Et pas de cuisine de chalet est complet sans un évier ferme. Une laveuse et sécheuse se trouvent directement sur la cuisine dans une véranda.
Tous vos besoins de plage sont logés dans un hangar de stockage dans la cour entièrement clôturée - vélos, chaises de plage, parasol, planches à roulettes et jouets de plage. Il y a aussi un barbecue à gaz et un coin salon pavé.
Vous êtes à pied ou à vélo au cœur de Jacksonville Beach - restaurants, boutiques, bars, festivals, mer Promenade Pavilion, poste de garde de la vie et de la jetée. Mayo Clinic est idéalement situé à 10 minutes et le célèbre annuel Le Players Championship Tournament est un court de 15 minutes en voiture.
Un parking est disponible pour deux véhicules.

Very accurate description online. Charming historic cottage with modern touches. The hosts were so accommodating and friendly. The home is close to the beach and very Walkable to local restaurants as well. Use of the bikes were a plus. Bed was comfortable. Also well stocked. Would definitely recommend!

Sunshine Cottage was the perfect place for a beach getaway. The house is stocked with all the amenities you would need for the beach. Having the bikes and the beach chairs already there, made for much easier travel and packing. The house is conveniently located to great beach access and centrally located to all the needed places in town. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

This home was very nice and we loved all the small touches the homeowners did to make us feel welcome. Very well kept, clean, and convenient. The homeowners thought of everything we might would need! Enjoyed the bicycles provided as a means to get around the area! Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area! This quaint cottage is located in a nice neighborhood good for walking a dog. It's an easy walk to the beach or if you decide to drive, parking during the week in the town parking lots is usually free. My dog loved spending time exploring the fenced backyard.

This was our second stay at this property and was great again. Location is great. Easy walking distance to beach, Maple Street Biscuit Company and Jax Braus House which has best brunch in Jacksonville. House is well furnished and and fenced backyard was great for our dog.

A classic east coast beach cottage, very well maintained, furnished, & decorated. Easy walking distance to the Jacksonville Beach pier. A major grocery store and restaurants are nearby, but it's in a quiet neighborhood. All the appliances work. We would definitely stay there again.

Sunshine Cottage is exactly what a beach cottage should be! The hosts thought of everything including a welcome bottle of wine! Perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood close enough to the beach and restaurants that it is easily walkable to avoid parking. Great fenced in backyard perfect for the pup or children. We will definitely be back!

We had a decent time at the place, very clean, everything is there. We came from Switzerland, took a longer trip and can compare different places now. What you have to know for this one: everything in the USA is XL, the pictures make the place look like an L, but it is actually an S! For our teenagers and us it was a bit too tiny. Having one bathroom with a shower that barely fulfilled it’s needs, we wouldn’t want to spend a whole week. The bigger problem was the neighbor next door. He had his friends over for a nice techno party on Friday night and cranked the speakers far beyond midnight. The other house is so close, that our bed was vibrating. Since he didn’t open the door, we ended up calling the police, what was very effective. Also to mention: everything is getting a bit old, paint coming off the ceiling, the bikes and other stuff in the shed halfbroken or mouldy, the locks on several doors not really functioning. The beds were good and firm, the beach not far, grocery store around the corner….

The Sunshine Cottage was a great home away from home for our family of 4 during our 2 week stay in the area. The owners have decorated the cottage perfectly and thought of/provided every detail we needed. The screened in porch and back patio were favorite spots in the early morning. I appreciated the extra towels and updated kitchen/accessories. The owners were very responsive and professional when we had questions.
The only suggestion for future improvements would be a new Queen mattress. The current mattress creeks when someone moves, which is not good for sleep in a shared bed.

Absolute great property. Owner thought of everything. Left a welcoming bottle of wine. Great location if you don’t have to be right on the beach. Great fenced in back yard which our pup loved. Will definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved the house and especially loved all the beachy decor. This house is decorated just the way I would have decorated it. Everything was clean and ready for our arrival. Lots of towels, supplies to get us through the first days, beach chairs and bikes. Everything was in excellent working order and we had a really great time. Would definitely stay there again.

It is perfect. We can walk to the church, Publix, restaurants, the hairdresser, and the beach. I get up before sunrise and can be at the beach walking in about 5 minutes.

This cottage is delightfully charming! It was perfect for our family of three. Located in a quiet neighborhood, we easily walked to the beach every day. It is close to groceries and dining. The cottage is immaculately clean and modern with all the charm of a beach home with gorgeous woodwork, floors, doors, and tile. We loved the firm but comfortable beds and the plush towels. The fenced in back yard was perfect for our dog and we enjoyed relaxing there in the warm sun. We felt warmly welcomed by our hosts. We could not ask for a better experience!

My wife I loved this property! It's probably our favorite Vrbo rental so far. This older cottage is lovingly preserved with wood floors and lots of charming touches.
It was well maintained, well furnished, bright and clean. Kitchen up to date. The back yard was perfect for relaxing.
The location was very good - very quiet street, just a couple of blocks to the services on A1A, and less than a 10-minute walk to the beach.
We loved staying here and will definitely rent again.

We loved staying in the beach cottage. It was clean, and quaint with the original wood floors. The front porch is also cute with a swing that was a hit with the girls. The owners were great and easy to communicate with if needed. We walked to the beach for a couple of sunrises which was beautiful. We all had a great time.

We thought that was very thoughtful. The home is so close to the beach. It was such a great place to stay and start our summer vacation. Great place!! very neat and clean!!
