Beautiful private end unit! Featuring 2b/2b near swimming pool.
Les photos ne font pas ce condo justice à tous. Ce point de vue golf condo est un 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains appartement au rez-de-chaussée nouvellement décorée dans la section nord de Magnolia Myrtlewood Villas. Nous venons d'acheter haut de gamme, des meubles haut de gamme et des matelas! Chaque chambre dispose d'une télévision à écran plat et un lecteur blueray / DVD, et un lit confortable qui peut passer dans un grand lit ou deux lits jumeaux. Les deux chambres ont accès à une salle de bains aussi bien! En plus des chambres, nous avons un nouveau canapé-lit. Ce condo peut accueillir jusqu'à six! Parfait pour six golfeurs, trois couples, les familles ou les retraites.
Le salon est spacieux et ouvert à la salle à manger et une cuisine entièrement équipée. Le salon dispose d'un énorme 60 'TV à écran plat et blueray / lecteur DVD.
Chaque matin, vous pourrez profiter d'une tasse de café à la table et des chaises sur la terrasse!
Certaines des commodités qui sont fournis comprennent WIFI gratuit, laveuse et sécheuse, fer, planche à repasser, et sèche-cheveux. Une autre mise à niveau que ce condo a est entrée sans clé. Un code d'entrée sera remis avant votre arrivée. Aucun long processus d'enregistrement des touches ou pour suivre avec!

Juste une courte distance à 1. 5 mile drive à la plage avec beaucoup de stationnement public. Les plus aventureux peuvent y aller à pied. Myrtlewood est au cœur de Myrtle Beach, mais dans un cadre calme et relaxant.

My husband and son needed a centrally located condo to stay in for the World Am Golf Tounament. This condo was perfectly located, two bedrooms with their own bathrooms, nice kitchen, and comfy recliners to relax in after a long day! Condo was clean, plenty of towels. Only glitch was that the week they were there the roof on this particular building was being replaced. It prevented them from parking close to the building, and access to the pool from the back door was prohibited.

Loved that it was on the first floor. Was clean and everything was as described. Owner communicated well. Kitchen was well stocked. Loved the location. Easy access to everything if you don’t have to be super close to the beach. Definitely would stay again.

Great location. Condo is spacious. There was a couple of hiccups but the property manager Heather was AMAZING and very attentive. If it wasn’t for her this review would be completely opposite. Definitely will to stay again. Suggestions to the owner get rid of cable and allow streaming for guests!

Loved the kitchen remodel. We only had 5 towels (6 guests), so we were constantly having to do laundry. The kitchen is not well stocked with utensils (great on dishes and pans). We had to call for linens for pull out sofa, (and had to go purchase a foam pad) for pull out couch, as the mattress was so thin, it was hurting the kids. Also, the cleanliness of beds, and linens were lacking. Instead of having a king foam mattress on one of the beds, the foam was cut in to pieces to fit on to the bed.

Great stay and great communication.
Stay was great as well as communication, but the cleaning was a little less than par. The dish drainer had cereal in it from previous guests, the carpet under curtains was not vacuumed very well as there were dirty looking stains on the carpet.

Exceeded my expectations

Very sore and bruised
Property was very nice but there were new grab bars in the shower and I fell. I hurt myself pretty bad. The pain affected my trip my hip was so bad I had to have a wheelchair through the airport on the way home. The tile and the dining room and living room I had pieces sticking up there very uneven and you kept tripping on them be kept stubbing your toes on them. I told the property manager about them she said she had 85 year old snowbirds that came down there every year and they never complained about anything. She never had anybody fall in the shower. That was like telling me that I've been through that intersection a hundred times I can't believe another car hit me. I will never rent that particular condo again Evelyn Sexton

Beautiful end unit. Very quiet, clean, good kitchen supplies and very comfortable. Caroline communicated quickly with parking pass, WiFi, and check in code. Highly recommend.

Amazing !
We absolutely LOVED staying here. This was our first time ever going to Myrtle Beach and I was so nervous about the cleanliness with Covid and everything. Let me tell you it was perfect ! The place was clean and smelled clean. Clean towels, bathroom everything ! It was decorated beautifully my family absolutely adored the whole stay ! Caroline was so helpful , even offered to stay on the phone with me the whole time I figured out how to get into the place. So nice and her email to me was so helpful.
It was a added bonus the pool is literally in the backyard you can walk bare foot thru the grass right there. I didn’t know exactly what to expect but we were blown away it was so nice. The location is perfect in the middle of everything. The beach wasn’t too far. We had an amazing first time visiting and would definitely stay with Caroline again ! Thank you so much ❤️

Great place and location.
The location is on a golf course and is close to lots of things to do. It has great accommodations including a pool right outside the patio. We needed to contact the property about a few things and were promptly responded to and all issues taken care of. Very understanding and friendly host. Would easily stay here in the future if we come to this area again.

The property was so close to the beach/boardwalk, Broadway on the beach, and grocery store which was a major plus. All around we were always within 20 minutes of wherever we wanted to go.

Spotless and Immaculate Property
Property is very clean with new furnishings and in a very quiet area of Myrtlewood Golf Community. Unit is close to many attractions including the pool within steps of the covered patio of this unit. Looking forward to another stay here in the future.

Lovely Decor
This condo was very well presented and decorated beautifully and was part of a nice golf community not far from the beach and several recreational options. I would have liked to see better quality linens and convenience products. The condo also had 3 large TVs that the cable was not working but the property manager was prompt in getting a number to call. The remotes were dead and some of the light bulbs were burnt out which was a tad bit inconvenient but not enough to completely derail our trip. The area was beautiful and it was overall a very much needed vacation and home away from home!

Not satisfied with our stay
Our experinece here started out horrible. We checked in and found the entire unit was never cleaned! After a long 8hr drive my husband and I had to clean the mess! I contacted Caroline and she called the cleaning service. Cleaning lady came in and agreed the unit was never cleaned. All we got were apologies. Just to mention a few things that we dealt with; floors were dirty, dead bugs and hair everywhere, carpets were not vacuumed, comforter had some kind of white stains all throughout, ( cleaning lady took the comforter but never brough back a clean one), blinds were never hung just left on the floor, scews and hangers were left on window sill, sink had leftover food from previous guests. Dishwasher still loaded with dishes, refrigerator was dirty with stains, towels had random stains, dressers had trash left in them, and bathrooms were also dirty. I emailed Caroline everything with pictures. In addition to the above we found other things not up to par like the outlets in the bathrooms never worked. Remotes don't work, patio door moldy around the trim. Beds were two twin beds pushed together. Headboard in master room was broken. We dealt with it all and tried to enjoy our vacation. The icing on the cake was the construction going on right next to us. Parking was limited due to construction equipment taking up space. We hope Caroline takes this review seriously and does her part in compensating us for this major inconvenience.
