Beautiful Ocean Village Condo - Private Beach/Golf/Tennis/Pool
Villa de golf (1BR) récemment rénovée, avec vue sur le golf. L'unité peut accueillir de 2 à 4 personnes. Dans Ocean Village Resort.
Entièrement meublé, draps et serviettes fournis, cuisine entièrement équipée avec micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur avec machine à glaçons, A / C central, laveuse et sécheuse, 2 télévisions LCD (avec câble) et DVD, Internet WiFi. Patio blindé.
La station dispose de 3 piscines (chauffées en hiver), 10 courts de tennis, 2 courts de paddleball, parcours de golf exécutif 9 trous par-27 (trou le plus long 175 mètres - trou le plus court 70 mètres) qui est gratuit en hors saison et a un green fee de 3 $ du 20 décembre environ à une semaine après Pâques. Le complexe possède également son propre restaurant 4 étoiles à Ocean Village, situé à côté de la plus grande des 3 piscines. À côté de la piscine se trouve également un bar Tiki au bord de la piscine ouvert pour la nourriture et les boissons environ 4 ou 5 jours par semaine en fonction de la météo, une "piscine pour enfants" pour les petits enfants, un bain à remous, un terrain de pétanque, et une salle d'exercice avec sauna et douche.

Unit was a little dated but clean. Nice that owners have beach chairs and bikes for renters to use. Did not like the automatic air freshener in bathroom that was on some sort of timer to spray routinely. Not the fault of owners but complex amenities were not as advertised other than the 9 hole golf course. Main pool closed and has been for over a year, seats at smaller pools hard to get and pb courts also closed for year due to noise complaint. Location was nice for eating options.

We found that this condo was spotlessly clean and fully equipped with every item we could possibly need to enjoy a week away from home, right down to the beach chairs and bicycles. The location was ideal with a nice view of the golf course. Maria was very helpful and always available when we had a question.

The condo was nicely decorated. The furnature was not very comfortable, the beds were good, comfortable. The bathroom door needs a new track, it's very hard to open and close. The kitchen is tiny, hard to do much in, so little counter space. We're looking for something nicer, a bit roomier and less expensive, possibly in Stuart or Port St. Lucie.

Beautiful condo. Very clean and the owner thought of all the “little” things that make your stay easy. Provided all items needed for the beach and a complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival as well as flip flops in case you came without. Just an awesome experience!!

Used this spot as a resting place after enduring a 3 month major renovation.
Slept 12-13 hours daily. Then the hot tub right up the block. Can’t wait to come back.

Nice property. A little dated but functional in all respects. Ocean Village is a great spot. Nice little 9 hole golf course. Easy access to beach. Good restaurant and bar within walking distance. Gated community, security good.

Very homey and welcoming condo. We were able to cook meals, walk to the beach, parking was good, Maria has just about everything you need, which is helpful if you're flying like us. It was rainy and she had umbrellas at the ready, beach chairs, plenty of linens, blankets, etc. Two suggestions: a spice rack with simple spices would be a nice addition to the kitchen, however, there was salt and pepper, and the bed closest to the window is really really hard. I'm sure most people wouldn't be expecting a bed quite that hard. A new mattress might be a welcome addition.

This is a wonderful vacation property. The condo has everything you need and more. So much to do along with the beautiful Atlantic just a stroll away. The owner, Maria ,was great to work with. We had a slight problem with the tv and she resolved the issue quickly and even extended our stay for two days due to the inconvenience. What more could you ask for. We hope to be back next year.

Cleanest condo I had ever stayed.Fully equipped and in a great location inside property. Short, 5 minute walk to water.The location is beautiful, full of flowering shrubs and trees. Landscaping is uniqye and exceptional. No other place like it on A1A.Ft. Pierce a short ride over bridge...beautiful harbor, great restaurants, and an amazing farmer's mkt. on Saturday....

It was a great property and the host was terrific. The only complaint (and it really wasn't that big of a deal.) The address you are given is for the entire resort. You have to stop at the guard gate to get in, and there was a bit of confusion. Also be aware that if you have any sort of deliveries or visitors you must call the front gate to make them aware. There was confusion about that also. Maria could have easily cleared that up by letting us know about all that with the check in information.Other than that small item - our stay was perfect and we will definitely look to rent here again!

A very cute condo with all of the amenities. Everything was well stocked, Maria thought of everything. Ocean Village is a great place for a get away. Awesome pools, great beach, nice restaurant all within easy walking distance from the condo.
