Beautiful hotel in the centre of dehli. Lovely rooms with a four poster bed. Staff were extremely attentive and kind.

The property is exactly like the pictures, so gorgeous! The bathroom facilities are great, and the shower was excellent! The restaurant was really nice and the staff were so friendly and hospitable
The bar closes at 11pm, which isn’t a major issue but other than that everything was great!

The location is perfect, near the City Center. The restaurant was quite nice and the staff was very courteous. Food was good.
All of the staff especially the front office staff was really rude. Not willing to help at all. They gave us the tiny room and we requested if we can pay more and upgrade but they said there were no rooms available. Upon looking at booking availability for the same day, we could see that there were still bigger rooms available.
There is literally no sound proofing and you can hear everything from other rooms. There were guests making guests shouting in the hall way and the staff was not doing anything about that. When we complained that there was a big party adjacent to our room making extreme loud noises after 1 am, the staff didn’t do anything about. We had to take action by ourselves and shut that down.
The staff needs serious training. The place is not a palace, it’s a palace theme. Place needs a refresh.
ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND IT! At the same price we found a much nicer place in the same neighbourhood.

on arrival we were given an upgrade. Undoubtedly the room was lovely, large too, gorgeously decorated. The whole property is lovely and clean and has been maintained well.
although we were given an upgrade which we were grateful for, the room was so noisy. That in part was due to other very inconsiderate guests, talking, singing, shouting at all hours in hallways, in rooms and with their doors open, oblivious to the fact there are other guests who don’t want to hear their voice constantly! However the rooms are absolutely not soundproofed as listed, the property given the design is very echoey. There was also a puppet show next to the pool where the guy uses a hand drum. It goes on for hours from early evening to about 10pm and no one was watching. Unfortunately my partner was very poorly and was trying to sleep, we were in our room from very early on 2 nights and I thought I was going insane from the noise from the drummer, other guests and also the fact our room was ground floor and pool facing, guests kept sitting outside our room windows having drinks (no fault of theirs, but a design flaw and just meant we had an irritating and non restful stay). As mentioned my partner was very poorly, so much so I asked the hotel to call a doctor at around midnight. I believe it was the night manager who attended to us, and tried to help, but there was no doctor available to come. We asked for directions to a pharmacy the next morning (very early) and were told generally where a pharmacy could be found (a taxi journey away). I did feel the hotel could have done a bit more to help here, even more specific directions as we trailed around a lot of closed pharmacies and ended up going to a hospital pharmacy to get urgent medication. Aside from night manager and restaurant staff, the staff at the hotel were pretty disinterested in helping guests or even acknowledging them when guest asked a question from our experience.

The staff (who spoke no English) were willing but poorly trained. The location. The general faxcilities.
The hotel is not managed effectively. We paid twice the rate that the Indians paid. My local friend was horrified at the rate we paid. The staff were keen to help could speak no English. I managed through perseverence to get fried eggs etc for breakfast and tea etc which is what you expect if you are paying £200 night. It would be so simple to transform this hotel into the perfect boutique hotel but I can't see why anyone would return at the prices charged.

O hotel tinha uma infra estrutura excelente e limpa e o staff era muito atencioso e simpático. Estadia excelente

Room was amazing, so clean and smelt lovely. Bathroom was the highlight, best we have had in India so far. Location was good, near to the station and only a short tuk-tuk ride from everywhere you needed to go. Pool looked nice, but didn’t use. The choice and breakfast was great and everything seemed very clean.
Went up to the spa to have a look, the guy at the desk was extremely pushy and almost dismissed us when we said we would come back later. When I did, he said I would have to WhatsApp to book, and wouldn’t let me book in the a actual spa. Rude when I spoke to him.

The staff were amazing, we were able to check in slightly early, and they took care of anything we needed. Especially staff round the pool checking if we needed drinks/snacks. Great experience all around.
The pool was only open 8-8, I would have liked it to be open longer so I could swim after dinner/in the evenings.its also slightly further out than I thought, but as long as you don't drive in rushour only takes 15m to get into the old town.

Nice decoration and very emphatic dinning room staff that makes our stay wonderful
We have been pressured to book taxis with the hotel and we don’t liked.
The checkin experience could be improved due to they give us the keys without detail on wifi, breakfast/dinning schedule…

Nirvana Palace is a very nice hotel for all tourists. We really enjoyed the last 3 days. The staff was helpful, and the food was amazing. The hotel's price is reasonable.

1.In 10 min after check-in the personnel started to paint walls in the hall. Should ask the reception to change the room because it was impossible to stay in that smell. The room was changed only for me. My colleague that checked in at the same time, should stay in that smell.
2. In the new room everything was OK but first night it was a big noise in the hall and outside (room had the windows to terrace)
3. At check out 10 min should wait for the bill (they disnot understand in english what I ask for). And finally they included 1000 rupi more for room service. And we spent another 20 min to clear the deal. As the final point their terminal didnot work and I payed in cash just in order to catch my flight in time...
P.s. For the hot water should wait 5 min before it comes

The decor throughout was nice. Staff was friendly & accommodating (although, some had limited english), they also made khichdi for my wife as she wasn't feeling well for most of our stay. Also easy to get an auto from the main road.
We were never given an adequate amount of towels despite asking. Also, my side of the bed was unbelievably squeaky for some reason - the frame made such a loud noise with the slightest movements. Minor issues in the grand scheme of things.

Excellent heritage hotel
Location was a bit noisy overnight due to the presence of nightlife on nearby main road

The exterior of the hotel was nice and traditional. the food was also good. The staff was kind enough to pack our breakfast as we had to leave early in the morning. The property is situated very close to most of the tourist spots so accessibility was good.
I was a bit disappointed when we got there. The outside of the rooms were nice but the interiors were quite dusty and dingy. Our bathroom had a drain smell the entire time due to a clogged drain. The staff cleared it up once and promised us that the smell will not return but unfortunately it was there the whole time. The bedsheet covers were not fully clean. I am confused by the good ratings based on cleanliness. Except for one of the staff, everyone else was not very helpful and nice. The breakfast was mediocre at best.

We enjoyed everything but they did not clean properly the room the second day. Dirty cups were not replaced as tea, coffee and we could have used an extra towel and some extra water...
