Staff was very friendly, nice breakfast(Egg and bacon!!!)
4.5
Excellent breakfast spread with authentic local specialities and very courteous staff, taste and looks every thing was exceeding the expectations.

Everything else. Courteous staff, amazing food and facilities such as room service were top notch. I thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna.
Gym facilities were broken. A bit pricey.

The breakfast was goof and the room sizes were decent.
The staff was a little slow in service and our TV in the room was not working
3.0
The property was conveniently located , close to the main attractions.
The rooms were small and a bit worn out. No amenities in the bathroom like toothbrush etc. Just the basics.
The red flag was the pillows that had a distinctive odour of sweat . Was only staying for a night.
Won’t stay there again.

Very friendly and helpful stuff, impeccable cleanness, beautiful spacious rooms, tasty food at buffet breakfast/dinner with big choice and live cooking, other restaurants on the premises, nice terrace with a small pool(kids loved splashing there), taxi and tour services — everything is done for a comfy and welcoming stay. We loved it!

At times it’s can take time with staff getting things u had ordered.

Very good breakfast and buffet at noon. When we arrived the receptionist told us that breakfast wasn't included in the price, but it was mentioned on our documents. As a compensation they offered us an upgrade of our room (with suite). Very professional! One of the better hotels in Jaipur.

The staff, the facilities, the rooms.. it was a superb stay.
Our room was big enough with a view and our en-suite had a bathtub and shower. The spa, gym and pool facilities was modern, clean and luxurious.
It was nice to be able to have dinner poolside.
We must also compliment the Aurum restaurant where breakfast was served. The selection was fantastic, service was friendly and efficient and the food simply delicious.
The location of the hotel is outside the historical part of Jaipur. Travellers should be aware that it takes about 30 to 40 minutes by car to get to the historical part.
During peak times it is difficult to get an Uber from the hotel to the historical inner city and we had to order a taxi through the hotel which was quite expensive compared to Uber rates. But again, thankful that the hotel staff was able to order us a taxi which arrived promptly with an excellent driver.

Room was clean.
Two issues
1) water draining was not good and I could not use the bathtub. Water was leaking from the drain and water was all over the bathroom. My family could not use the bathtub because of it.
2)I initially registered for 4 pax stay, and requested extra bed. However all the facility was set for 2 persons and extra bed was not prepared. I asked several times to prepare and it took some time finally got all of the amenities and extra bed.
4.5
Good hotel, and very nice room. The breakfast and dinner were both very good with lots of options.
The room's furniture is a bit outdated.
5.0
The staff were amazing. The facility was clean and well maintained. The food was exceptional with a variety of dishes to choose from.
The surrounding buildings were dilapidated and spoilt the views.

Location is good and cleanliness is decent .. but the cost they are charging, more should be offered
Workforce behaviour . Everyone seems to be going through the motions and have an unwelcoming attitude . The reservation manager was unavailable to pick the call on all occasions . No call back arranged from the reception .unnecessary delays at the vallet . Small glitches can be ignored of the staff is apologetic, owe’s it up. But brushing it under the carpet doesn’t suit a property carriyimg an international name of repute.

2 night stay holiday in jaipur
there is no business center, and only 1 restaurant is open during the day

The staff was very helpful and helped us organise for a car to visit the city. We were given a late check out till 3pm since our flight was at 6pm, which was very nice of them.
We tried both restaurants at the hotel and they were both equally good. The food was very tasty.
The room was spacious and luxurious too. The bathroom had both a bathtub and a separate shower which was very nice. The hotel’s location is quite central as well, 10mins away by car to the main touristic attractions such as the Hawa Mahal.
We tried the spa facilities and went for a massage. However it was very average and not worth the price. The sauna/hammam was not working as well.
4.5
It was great value with nice rooms, service and breakfast. It’s close enough to get to the main sites of Jaipur via a driver, room service and food was really nice.

Really liked the staff, they were really helpful. The rooms were good sized. They had good food options for vegetarians (dinner and breakfast)
The selection of food in buffet was very limited for a non veg lover (dinner and breakfast.)
The pool is not maintained properly, there were bird droppings. The second room where my friend was staying had a stale smell which made their stay quite unpleasent.
The size of bath tub was not for a good sized adult.(They could have had jacuzzi instead of bath tubs)
Fridge was empty and the room service was a bit slow.

The food was pretty decent as well as the staff, there was a celebrity chef there during my stay as well. The bar in the lobby was great...i didn't get a chance to go to the rooftop bar which honestly is one of the reasons why i booked here. Oh, the room boasted this mountain view that i didn't get and when i asked about it, i was told that there weren't any other rooms to pick from. All in All, my stay there was good.
I didn't care for the view from my room.
4.5
Very clean, big rooms and bathroom with shower and bathtub; wide selection of food at breakfast; aside of the main restaurant there is a very good à la carte restaurant on the first floor and nice rooftop terrace with simple food, drink and live music. Very helpful staff. Small but convenient swimming pool and fitness center. There is also sauna and steam bath. No problems in getting cabs on this location. Very close to the city center and train station.
Too much humidity in the room. The floor at the hall of the room was always wet.

Overall the property is good. Cleanliness was good. Some of the staff was exceptional. Enough restaurant options within the hotel.
Communication gap within the staff. We had paid for breakfast in advances but still at 3 times I was interrupted during breakfast and wrongly told that breast wasn’t a part of my plan.
Hotel pool I really small.
Room view is not spectacular.

The room was decent, the carpet was kinda dirty in my room. I can't really say how it was for the other rooms.
1. I raised my complaint with the Duty Manager of Front Office. I was spoken to extremely rude by a Guest Relations Officer at the reception who also took my check-in. Cant remember her name. She was short heighted and wearing a saree. Being a hotelier myself I was shocked to the bones to see her not even wish her guests by the time of the day. Not even a Namaste or any sort of Welcome. She had a dead pissed off look as though she had extended her shift and is fed up of guest's checking in.
2. I saw a couple of other staff members from FO (men) who never had a smile on their faces. Every time I passed by they had this really unwelcoming look on their faces.
3. Coming back to the same girl again, I had an encounter with her the next day as well and very politely asked a question about the lift. She acted as though I have never stepped foot on a lift my entire existence :). Talking about you need to press the card and then go up.
One thing for sure is that the Duty Manager is a gem :). I don't remember his name but but he came all the way up to see me and hear our my frustrations. I know one thing for a fact that she did this to me because I belong to the north east India. One team member can ruin the reputation of the entire department.
I would not recommend this property to any of my friends from the northeast.
Cheers,
Annie

Room service staff, comfortable bed, good amenities (spa, pool, steam room, sauna etc).
Everything else. Overpriced, food was hit or miss, plug sockets didn't fit UK plugs, staff were passive aggressive, stains and strange smells. The whole experience was a bit jarring.
