Terry et j'aime vraiment cette unité. Ce condo au 12e étage, avec un nouveau lit king (mousse à mémoire confortable) dans la chambre et un canapé-lit queen (mousse à mémoire confortable) dans le salon, des meubles sur le thème de la plage, une grande télévision de 60 pouces (avec Netflix) et des comptoirs en granit , les nouveaux meubles Sunbrella et les nouveaux appareils LG en acier inoxydable noir en font une unité de location haut de gamme. Le balcon est carrelé avec de nouvelles chaises pivotantes / à bascule et des oreillers confortables pour les chaises et la chaise. Deux piscines extérieures rénovées et une piscine intérieure rénovée et des bains à remous sont fournis pour votre plaisir. Il est d'une propreté étincelante et décoré dans un style de plage amusant. Il comprend de nombreux équipements haut de gamme mais pas un prix premium. Tous les appareils sont neufs, y compris un grand réfrigérateur à portes françaises, une cuisinière, un lave-vaisselle, une laveuse et une sécheuse, des robinets et des armoires améliorés. La chambre a un nouveau matelas king. Le canapé-lit a un nouveau matelas confortable en mousse à mémoire. L'unité a de hauts plafonds et une vue spectaculaire sur le col et le golfe du Mexique! Jetez un coup d'œil et vous comprendrez pourquoi tant de nos réservations sont des clients de retour. Je suis sûr que vous allez adorer cet endroit autant que nous. . If your looking for the perfect location with an amazing view this is it! The unit is fully stocked and beautifully decorated, and the cleanliness of the grounds, building, and unit were top notch. The view from the balcony is second to none, overlooking the gulf and the entry into the bay, watching all the boats. A great place to start the day, and excellent location when you just want to listen to the waves. The owners have been amazing, no email was left unanswered, and all were answered within an hour or less.
This is the place to stay!

We’ve been to a few condo rentals but this one was one of my favorites. Loved sitting on the patio looking at the ocean, great location, friendly people. It’s decorated cute, very clean and comfortable. Close to restaurants.
We are definitely coming back. Communication with the owner was excellent, everytime I asked a question she answered within 5 minutes, thank you Terry.

Didn't care for the Foam Mattress, furniture was uncomfortable. View of the gulf was good. Didn't spend much time in the unit. Older couple had lived there was our impression, somewhat out dated.

This Condor ist very Clean and it Looks very beachy. The View from the balcony was amazing. Only that ist No Shop or Market near isnt so nice.

Best VRBO ever ! Hosts thought of everything you could want or need . It's a home and not a vacation rental . As someone more mature, these amenities are important for a fabulous stay! Owners always responsive and have taken great care in providing a wonderful holiday.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. I loved all the beachy decorations from the dishes to the coffee table to the furniture. The condo was incredible clean, in fact all the kitchen appliances looked new. You could not beat the balcony. The patio furniture was comfortable and the view was superb. We also enjoyed the large pool. The front desk staff were very helpful and polite. Would definitely stay there again

From the minute we were greeted by the parking attendant until the day we left our stay was incredible!
The condo is in the perfect location and looks exactly as the photo's show. The complex itself was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Communication was superior so we knew everything we needed to bring and do. We will come back here for sure!

This condo was absolutely gorgeous, well-decorated, and very clean. It’s in a very convenient spot right across from the elevators, and the ocean view from the balcony is amazing. Our favorite things about the condo were: the VERY comfortable king bed and the full kitchen with almost any appliance/gadget/utensil you could ever need! Terry was very helpful, kind, and quick to respond to messages. Overall, we had a wonderful trip. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

We loved this condo. It was in the perfect location, beautifully decorated, and very cozy. The bed was extremely comfortable! I’ve had back surgery and usually do not sleep good away from home. Not the case this time. I do suggest bringing your own blanket/comforter if you prefer a heavy cover. The condo has everything you need and the washer/dryer made it so easy to deal with wet towels and swim suits. The staff was helpful and friendly. The building and grounds were clean and well kept, and the amenities were amazing. I will definitely try to book this condo our next trip.

The host was incredibly helpful and checked in on us via phone call upon arrival. I was very impressed with how accurate the listing was. It’s a very charming condo right on the waterfront with an unbeatable view. Everything worked great within the condo and we had zero complaints. We would come stay here again.

The place was great and was in a perfect location. There are 2 things that could have made the stay better.
1. We ran out of toilet paper and when we asked we were told that after one roll we'd have to provide our own. 2. There was no dish washer detergent. Again we asked were told we'd need to provide it.

This is our second trip to Orange Beach. We decided to stay in this same Condo and once again we weren't disappointed. It is decorated beautifully and we just love the view from the balcony. This was our 2nd or 3rd stay in this unit at Phoenix East and we will definitely stay again. The unit is well decorated and clean and neat as a pin. We recommend it.

It was wonderful. Looked just like the picture. Clean. Well stocked. Plenty of dishes, pots, pans, oven cookware, towels. Huge dishwasher. Huge washer and dryer. 3 coffee pots. Crock pots. That isn’t everything. It is more than usually comes in a rental. Comfortable furniture. Comfortable bed. Beach view - wow. Plenty of everything. Had no problems with anything. So glad we had the opportunity to book this condo. Can’t wait to go back. Fitness center - had over the top equipment. A+. Also, sauna. Staff was A+ as well.

The Army Corps of Engineers was dredging in the Pass and running sand through industrial sized pipes in front of our unit the entire week. 24/7. The water was inaccessible due to the pipe.. basically, they were building up the beach. This is the second time we've been to that area and off-season activity was going on. The unit itself was lovely and the owner was very responsive to a few maintenance issues we had.

Great location, clean and nice condo, but the lady on the check in desk on Sunday and the lady on Saturday morning check out were very unfriendly and was not helpful when ask questions. They both acted like we were interrupting them as we checked in and checked out! Not good customer service at all!

Nicely decorated, comfortable, quiet and I loved the newer appliances and the well appointed kitchen. We loved being near the jetty at Perdido Pass where we could see all the boats coming and going.
The only negative was only 1 of the 3 elevators worked for most of our stay. A couple of the days 2 worked but never all 3 and 2 of the days, all 3 were down for short periods. We were even a little late checking out because none of the elevators were working. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful!

Usually a one bedroom rental is skimpy on towels, kitchen supplies, etc. Not this one! More than enough of everything, we only ran the dishwasher once! Unit was super clean, bed comfy. It’s across from the elevator, (which we never heard), so convenient! Would happily stay here again!

The phoenix east condo rental condo was a great condo for a beach trip. The manger/owner communicated good with providing instructions when it came close to the trip & respond at a timely manner when messaged. Excellent location & condo!
