Seulement 4 miles à toute l'action du centre-ville sur Broadway. Belle maison moderne avec 3 suites séparées, chacune avec sa propre salle de bain privée. Le premier étage comprend une chambre, un grand salon avec bûches à gaz en hiver, une salle à manger et une belle cuisine avec des comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable. Le deuxième étage comprend deux chambres avec salles de bains privées séparées par un deuxième salon appelé "Jungle Room", un thème emprunté au thème Graceland d’Elvis Presley. La maison est décorée avec des photos de musique et des affiches des Beatles, Hendrix et Elvis. Le propriétaire est un musicien local et ajoute toujours à la collection. Les deux salons ont une nouvelle télévision à écran plat avec Comcast WiFi et un service de câble. Deux chambres ont des lits queen size, une chambre avec un lit complet et un lit jumeau. East Nashville est la partie branchée de la ville qui abrite de nombreux musiciens, artistes et simplement des gens cools. La plupart des habitants ont un chien ou deux et vous les verrez promener leurs animaux tous les jours. La célèbre brasserie Southern Grist Brewery, récemment utilisée pour une séance photo pour Nicole Kiddman, se trouve à environ 50 mètres. Hubby Keith Urban a également assisté à cette journée. En face de là se trouve le Vinyl Tap, spécialisé dans les disques et les brasseries locales. Au coin de la rue, un restaurant haut de gamme appelé Cafe Roze sert le petit-déjeuner, le déjeuner et le dîner à des prix raisonnables. Environ un demi-mile dans la rue sont plusieurs restaurants bien connus: Two Ten Jack, Rosepepper, Pomadora, Eastland Café, Portland Coffee Company et Wild Cow pour nos clients végétariens. Les habitants de la ville se rendent en voiture à ces bons convives. Un arrêt de bus est à proximité avec des manèges pour le centre-ville de Broadway pour environ 3 dollars. Uber est partout. Nous avons une laveuse et une sécheuse mais le détergent n'est pas fourni. La cheminée à gaz est disponible d'octobre à avril. Beaucoup d'endroits à visiter: le Grand Ole Opry, le Parthénon, l'Auditorium Ryman, le Panthéon de la musique country, les musées Johnny Cash / Patsy Cline et le tout nouveau musée d'État du Tennessee, GRATUIT. Il est situé juste à côté du marché fermier ouvert toute l'année qui a en saison des fruits et légumes ainsi que plusieurs restaurants. N'oubliez pas d'essayer le Nashville Hot Chicken lors de votre visite. Pepperfire est bon et situé à mi-chemin du centre-ville sur Gallatin Ave. Croyez-moi, Medium is HOT. FYI après avoir mangé du poulet chaud, c'est une bonne idée de bien se laver les mains. 😄 passer un bon moment. 🎸🎵🍸🍷🍺

I expected the house/rooms to be small, but was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The rooms are large and roomy. Each room had plenty of storage with dressers and large closets. The freezer had plenty of ice for us and the kitchen was updated and well stocked. I thought the location might be in a sketchy part of town, but it was not. It was in a very swanky part of time and easy to get to and from downtown. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay again myself in the future.

We planned a 5night trip to Nashville. My friends and I live in different states so it was nice to get away together. The places the host recommended eating were all delicious and highly recommend. The host, property were amazing, looking forward to going back in the future.

This was a great property! We had six in our party. It was clean, great suite type set up, communication was great with host, and there were restaurants within walking distance. It was a short Uber/Lyft ride to downtown/Broadway.

This quaint property was an excellent choice for our 4 night stay in Nashville. The house was spacious, very clean, conveniently located and close to Broadway. It was in a safe neighborhood. Check in/out was easy. Loved having a washer & dryer on site. It was perfect for three couples to getaway.

The property was great! It was perfect for 3 couples. Each bedroom had a separate full bath which made it easy for everyone to get ready for dinner and a night out. It was a quick drive (Uber ride) downtown to all main attractions including restaurants and bars. Checkin/checkout was smooth and communication with the host was detailed and responses were quick. We will definitely stay here again!

The rental was very clean and located in a nice area. However you will need to Uber to downtown Nashville. It's not in walking distance. I definitely would consider renting there again.

The property worked great for our group. With each couple having their own bedrooms and bathrooms. The house was very roomy. The train was a bit annoying at times (especially if you couldn't sleep).

This is a really nice house, each bedroom has its own bathroom, which is extremely convenient and plenty of room in the common areas to congregate. It is close enough to downtown Nashville if you enjoy the hustle and bustle of Broadway, yet far enough to escape the madness. There are plenty of really cool restaurants and bars in the area to enjoy a more subdued meal or drink. The Pearl Diver is an exceptionally cool spot. Would definitely stay here again.

This home and location are so incredibly welcoming. Everything you need is in the home and the surrounding neighborhoods have so much to do. It’s only a short 15 minute drive to downtown Nashville. We’ll definitely be back as we still have so much to see and do in the area!

Crystal's place is just what you would want for a getaway to Nashville. Excellent space and the location is great, we loved being a walk away from the coffee popup Weak Coffee. Far enough away from the craziness but close enough that its not inconvenient. STAY HERE!!

This house was absolutely beautiful! I would definitely recommend staying here! Neighborhood was very quiet and nice and was only minutes from the downtown activities.

Great trip
The owner was very accommodating and communicated well. There are a lot of places to eat close by and Broadway was awesome! We were celebrating my son and his best friends 21st bday. I definitely recommend this place. It was in a good neighborhood and you could walk to some of the places to eat. We ubered most of the time. The house was clean and we had a lot of space to spread out. We sat on the front porch to drink our coffee. The only thing I would change is there needs to be some black out curtains for the bedrooms.

Really wonderful space- plenty of room for everyone- only complaint was no smart TV or fire stick- we wanted a movie night with the girls but that was a no go

House is exactly as pictured. Very Nice!! Safe neighborhood. Great layout w 3 private bed & baths and 2 common areas. Nice to have 2 off-street parking spots. Easy check in. Quick Uber ride to downtown 5-10 minutes depending on traffic. A critique would be to have the house cleaning crew actually dust door ledges, bed frames, light fixtures & vents. The vents and cobwebs in ceiling corners are visible which for those w/ allergies does cause issues. Touching up paint on the walls too as there are multiple scuff marks and stains. This is from rude visitors not respecting their home and hitting walls with suitcases and taping things to walls and door frames. I am sure owners are not aware and have a cleaning crew which probably doesn't care. Upstairs queen bed could use some adjusting to prevent the squeaking when moving. House is very well maintained and water heater was great for 4 ppl daily w/ having hot water. Loved having all hardwood floors. Kitchen sink faucet lever is backwards for hot water, pull down forward not push back. Recommendations: leave a broom and dust pan, we wanted to sweep & more non stick pans. Also, cleaning spray to wipe counters off. We cooked daily and 2 pans was not enough when cooking breakfast for 4. Salt & Pepper shakers were empty. Also, an outdoor grill would have been awesome for grilling out a night. A thought.. Maybe it could be offered for visitors that would like to use. We were tempted to ask the neighbors.

We had 3 couples who came to Nashville for a concert(bought tickets 3 years ago). We stayed 5 nights. The location is excellent, never been to this part of Nashville before but it was perfect for our visit. We all loved the house, had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and couldn't have been better. It is decorated with the Nashville feel. Very clean also. The train was somewhat bothersome to some of our group but not so much for myself. I grew up near a train so it did not bother me one bit. I actually enjoyed hearing it! Our highlight was going the The Jack Daniels Distillery. It is a little drive but so much worth the trip, and spending time in Lynchburg. If you go be sure to eat lunch at The Barrel House BBQ and order the Grilled Cheese with pulled pork sandwich, it was amazing...we all still talk about it! We would love to come back to this amazing city and the cool place!

The house was as advertised. We loved the location and it was decorated beautifully. The kitchen was complete and the downstairs living room was perfect for relaxation.

This was a quick get away for us. It was kind of hard finding the drive to get to the back of the house. But once we found it we were pleased. The house was spacious! It is a great location! Close to pretty much everything in the area. The only downside is the train!
