In the last day, the resort was blocked due to the huge snowfall so we weren't able to get to the airport. The Host offered to extend the stay until the roads were cleared. The apartment was conveniently placed, next to restaurants and bars. It was clean and comfortable. At times it was so hot thar the radiators needed to be switched off. All in all, it was a perfect stay with great powder days on the mountain. Thinking about coming back to Gudauri and staying in the same accommodation. The skis locker was also a big plus!

All was in perfect order

The apartment #440 in Loft 1 is well equipped with all necessary kitchenette and household staff. The room is not spacious but the interior is pretty well designed, the power sockets are located on each corner which is very handy. We were with 3 years old kid and all was well in terms of safety. We visited other apartment in loft 1 in February this year but the interior there wasn’t that well thought out like here, we had enough room for 3 people thanks to compact furniture. The location is also great, right beside Gondolla station, with ski in and out, it has a compact and clean ski depot at -1 level. The staff was very friendly and kept the apartment clean.

It was too hot when we checked it in the room, but the staff explained how to control the heating shortly.

Location! Location! Location! You just cannot wish for a better place. Plus, the room is very stylish and super comfortable.

Nothing I can think of ... everything is just perfect!

Located in the center of Gudauri, it is close to all the main ski trails. location is really great. The apartment itself is very cozy and the hosts are nice and very helpful.
