The property and facilities were great, except parking …we were group of 16with multiple vehicles , only provided 2 parking passed

Everything about this property was perfect for our family. Upon entering the unit everything was clean, furniture was tasteful and comfortable, beds were comfortable, the only thing I could suggest is to replace queen/full beds with kings.
We had a problem with the a/c in the main room and I called maintenance, they were at the condo within the hour and made repairs. we also noted that freezer was not freezing and because a part needed to be ordered the maintenance crew actually brought in a chest freezer for our use. We have been renting beach condo's/houses for 23 years and this maintenance team is by far the best ever.!
The balcony was large with a hot tub and bar b cue pit we thoroughly enjoyed both the tub & pit. The complex was perfect with activities for the kids, live music and fireworks on the 4th. Beach access was great

We have stayed in many condos in the past but this one was decorated and furnished better than any of in our experience. Everything worked and the kitchen was well stocked with kitchen items.
The only negative comment I have was the master shower needs a good grout cleaning along the bottom seams. Ther is some mildew present.

This is a beautiful, clean, and very spacious condo. The kitchen is well stocked. The bedrooms are large and there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Would definitely stay again!

Fall Break Getaway
We had a great week and the condo was amazing!!
I have no suggestions except one, the Vaccum cleaner isn’t very useful. But we used the brooms quite a bit to clean up sand!

Not delighted
This particular unit was as advertised. We were a group of 6 so didnt need all the space, but enjoyed it. However, the unit was not cleaned well and the jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom was not working. The oven took 45 min. to get to set temp. and there really was not much info about the maintenance of the unit. We were disappointed in the overabundance of beer drinkers in the lazy river and the lack of any security to insure people followed the rules set for the use of the facilities.

Very large beautiful condo! We stayed for 3 nights with 2 other families (all with children) and were very comfortable. Beds were comfy, tons of seating, balcony is huge.

It's a gorgeous condo, and we loved the views. The shower in my bathroom was not clean. There was mold everywhere. The strips on the shower door were off and caused there to be water all over the floor in my bathroom and the master bath. The washing machine had to be repaired in the middle of the week after we struggled with it at the beginning. It should've been fixed before we arrived. The smoke detector started going off Wednesday night at 2:00 am and went off three times until 2:45 am. The maintenance man disconnected it, which made us all very nervous because we weren't sure why it was going off. My elderly parents were very upset and not able to sleep the rest of the night. My niece was so anxious, she threw up. It put a huge damper on the trip. It's a beautiful place and I know things break, but I'm not sure if I would stay there again becasue of the problems.

Awesome property - enjoyed the stay!
My family had a great experience at this property and location, even though we had a tropical storm at the end of our trip! Everyone enjoyed the stay!! I guess I needed a little more information on ‘what if a tropical storm or hurricane’ occurs. The storm last night was scary, and it may be helpful to know prep activities for outside furniture, etc. The unit was very nice, view was beautiful, and everyone enjoyed the visit.

I am so sorry this took so long.
This property is perfect! It is more than the pictures show. Most of the time pictures on these sites oversell the space. That is not the case for this condo.
The living area and kitchen/dinning room left no one uncomfortable. Each bedroom was beyond spacious and laid out perfectly and each bedroom having its own bathroom was a dream.
The mast bath is undersold in the pictures. It was a room within itself.
Any problem we did have was immediately handled by property management or security (original keys did not work) and with great attitudes.

The layout of this condo was perfect for our family although it was a bit used and abused.
The condo needs some painting and upholstered pieces need to be replaced. It seemed a bit used and abused. The condo layout was fantastic for our family. We enjoyed our stay, but the amount of money we paid for the week, it could be better. The condo needs a deep cleaning and the floors were dirty. Not sure how well it was cleaned before we arrived. We would consider coming back if these issues are addressed.

Rare find when the actual expereince is nicer than the photos! Nice Property and Comfortable Stay!
This is truly a nice property and was so comfortable and easy to enjoy, we were 7 adults and 6 children (USSSA BB WS). There was plenty of space for everyone. There were not enough linens and blankets to accommodate the pull out sofas and beds. We were also short on towels, called for both, but never received any. The appliances were not all working properly, but easy for us to overcome and management responded quickly to our calls for service. Would definitely give this one another go!
