Upon arrival the staff was extremely friendly. They always went the extra mile assisting in anyway they could. Lydia even paid for my cab as I didn't have local currency at some point during my stay. On one occasion the kitchen staff waited for me to return from a meeting so that I could get my dinner still warm and fresh. Lydia and Mike charged my devices for me in the hotel laundry, helping me avert a crisis due to the fact that I forgot to bring a local plug adapter. The only plug suited to my devices was in the hotel laundry. Each morning They both called the local cab service for me. Speaking to the drivers upon arrival to ensure that they fully understood the trip requirements.

I think due to the weather and surroundings I did spot two cockroaches. The facility itself is otherwise very clean and well kept.

The bed was not very comfortable.

We are return guests. It was a cold night so the heater worked well and was a great comfort. Staff is great. Breakfast was included and was excellent. Location seems like a good safe neighborhood and being near East Park Mall is very convenient.

The bathroom is pretty small but functional, clean and in good repair.

Small double bed, not recommended for couple with a baby. Limited dstv channels.

The location is good - just a walking distance to the East Park Moll but also quiet and safety environment. Jakie - the reception lady was friendly and helped me throughout the stay. When I came back late at night, the guard was responsible to find my key to enter.

The breakfast is good - but just a bit too oily for me.. I enjoyed morning coffee!

Place was clean and restruant staff where friendly and cheerful . Its a simple budget friendly place to be

I had an issue where my laundry was delayed yet I communicated about the important meeting I had the next morning . Unfortunately I had to look for an alternative outfit .
