Recently enjoyed this beautiful property for a long girls weekend with 5 other moms. The six of us all slept comfortably, enjoyed the pool and appreciated the ample open space to relax. The home was well outfitted and the location made it easy to have a quick run to the grocery store or Instacart delivery. We walked to the beach and around the neighborhood. Felt safe, relaxed and comfortable. Few small things came up during the stay, but property manager was incredibly responsive and got us what we needed quickly. Internet worked well and supported movie streaming and the occasional work emails/demands. Absolutely recommend and plan to book again. Thank you for offering this home up to share. We made lots of memories.

Amazing location, privacy, tranquility and nature! We thoroughly enjoyed the backyard oasis, being right on the canal, watching the beautiful coloured skies after sunset and the herons flying into the mangroves to roost at night. Joel, the owner was quick to respond to any of our needs and was a pleasure to deal with! We did provide the owner with suggestions of a few improvements which would enhance the customer experience. We loved every minute of our stay and have left with wonderful memories!

The property was absolutely great. Very close to the beach, the channel it was on was very quiet and Joel our host was very easy to work with. We plan on coming back.

This is a great property!!! The whole family loved this trip and there was plenty of beds and room for all 12 of us. The pool was perfect, we loved catching catfish from the canal, and hiking to the beach just around the corner. There were plenty of beach towels and toys and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook. We had a small hiccup with one bathroom but we contacted the owner and it was fixed and ready to go by 1 pm!!! I would most definitely stay here again! Don’t pass this one up!

Fun at a great home

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this home and it’s amenities! There were many options for activities such as biking, kayaking, swimming, cornhole, games and many more. Our family spent a lot of time laughing and being together. We rented a pontoon for a couple of days as well and really enjoyed doing that! The avacado trees, limes, and mango were also an unexpected find!

Amazing location. Right on the waterway. We rented a pontoon and boated every day. House was very comfortable for our two families. The kitchen and living area was spacious. The home was stocked with beach stuff so you didn’t need to bring much for the kids. The kids loved the Foosball table. Everything was great if you’re looking for a quiet neighborhood/family type vacation. Such a safe and beautiful area.

The house is much larger than photos. The pool and outside screened area is just perfect for relaxing. It's 2 doors down from the Tigertail beach entrance and has a plethora of beach chairs, wagons, towels, toys . . . everything you'd want. Great stay!! Thank you, Joel.

9 ladies & I booked this home for a long girl's weekend. It was perfect and slept all 9 comfortably. We liked the house so much, we hardly left the property. The pool is solar heated and very warm - we watch manatees one afternoon in the canal behind the house. We loved all the vegetation and wildlife surrounding the house. The house is a quick 5 minutes from restaurants, hotels and grocery stores. The kitchen is large and made it easy to cook for a large group. We hope to stay here again soon!

I recently stayed here with my family for spring break. The house is conveniently located a few minutes walk from Tigertail beach and Collier Blvd where all the shops and restaurants are. The house itself was perfect for our family - really nice pool and sitting area outside, entertaining and kitchen space inside, and room for the kids to take a break from the sun and play some video games upstairs in their own little playroom! Kitchen was stocked with everything you might need, as well as fun games and beach gear. Joel was very friendly and responsive when I had questions or concerns. We'd definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful experience at Joel’s tiger tail beach property. The house was clean and perfect to accommodate our 3 families. It was a great location right on the water. Kids and adults had a blast! Thanks Joel!

Right next door to entrance for Tiger Tail beach. House comes completely stocked with whatever you need for beach (sand toys, body boards, chairs, floats/noodles, wagon, cooler, fishing poles, outdoor games, lots of beach towels, etc. etc.) House was stocked with essentials, even including things like coffee, spices, kitchen condiments, etc. Super relaxing hammock outside to look over canal- we even saw a dolphin swim right by the dock! Kids loved fishing in our down time. We saw lots of fish jumping, but none that wanted to be caught. :) We loved waking up and sitting by the pool in our pjs with coffee. Pool has a pool light for night swims and was super warm at the end of March with lots of bright sun hitting the back screened in area. Kitchen is huge, plenty of living space, 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, extra blankets, pack n play, etc. Really easy to show up and start relaxing. Lets the adults spread out from the teenagers, plenty of space. There were a few pieces of furniture that could use some repair, and the cooler arm wouldn't extend, but minor and nothing that detracted from the stay. Highly recommend and didn't want to leave!

Great location and family friendly home for all ages especially our young grandchildren with park and play structures around the corner. Great kitchen for gathering and meals. A few home care details were noted and Owner was wonderful and very responsive to all.. The walk to open water was a manageable hike but we were aware of that. We’d love to return someday.

After coming from a rental that was much more exposed to other homes, it was a pleasant surprise on how Serene and private this location is. You would never know that you are only 2 properties removed from a public beach . We looked forward to looking over the water and seeing the birds come in at about 6pm every night. Clearly the home was decorated on a budget- which I anticipated from the pictures. If I owned this home I would: replace or fix outdoor dining, start to replace the wall-to-wall carpeting, install a designated light for the BBQ, figure out more food storage space & buy a toaster oven. It would be nice to have the regular pool heater available to use - even if charging an additional fee. Homeowner was very accommodating and responsive. Thanks for a great stay!

My family and another family rented this home for 5 days, and we loved everything about it. It was easy to get in when we arrived. The house is large enough for 2 families. We were able to rent a boat and dock it out back. The internet speed was plenty for our device addicted children. We would come back again!

It was easy

Joel was a great host. The location of the property offered beautiful views and easy walk to the public beach access. After inquiring about a few games that we usually like to play at the beach, Joel ordered the games and had them delivered just in time for our stay. Joel was quick to respond to any and all requests and ensured our stay was enjoyable.

We had a great stay after the tropical storm cleared. Joel worked with us on our delayed arrival due to the storm. He's a great owner and is very hands on during your stay with any issue that might come up. If we return to Marco Island we'll be back in touch to stay again

So tropical and relaxing! The house is so so cute and a great size! It’s nicely spread out for everyone’s own space and a huge kitchen/living area for gathering. Fruit trees everywhere and great fishing right off the back dock. Pool was extremely clean. Tones of towels and cooking stuff which was super helpful.

If I could give 10 stars I would. We absolutely LOVED and enjoyed our stay. The house is even more spacious in person and super clean. They had everything we needed for the beach, used the wagon, beach towels and chairs. The pool in back is so nice and again well kept and very clean. The beach being right there was so convenient and the walk around to the beach was so worth it. We absolutely loved this home and the host Joel was quick to respond and always prompt. Definitely going to come back here in the future when we come back to Marco with family. Thank you Joel!!

Seven ladies convened in Marco Island for a girls trip this April. This house had ample space and everything that we needed for a fun, relaxing trip. It was as close to Tigertail Beach as you can get. We used the bikes, beach chairs, wagon and cooler, and enjoyed time around the pool and sipping coffee on the dock. Joel was extremely responsive to any needs that came up before and during our trip. I've stayed in a lot of vacation rentals and this is one of the best!
