Very detailed information was emailed making check in process quickly and flawless. We stayed in B101 last year and A101 this year. My grandsons & daughter always come with us, and they were the ones who requested we return to Waterscapes this year. They love all the things you can do at the pool. A101 was definitely bigger, so each grandson (now that they're teenagers) got their own bed, and our daughter had her own room. We had a mosquito problem initially, but I sent one email, and someone came that afternoon. They returned (we weren't there) and whatever they did worked. The railing on the porch had no exit, which caused lots of extra walking, but the condo was a lot quieter and much less foot traffic than last year's condo, so that made up for the walking.

We loved our stay at A101. This is the first time we have come with a total of ten people and this condo was wonderful. We could not not have asked for anything better. It was very nice and very clean. We have stayed in David's other condo's and they have always been 5 stars as well. The beach is nice, the pools are nice and clean and we love the lazy river. We will continue to come back.

We had a great time, and everything was pretty nice. We loved being on the bottom floor—it made traveling back and forth with babies much easier! Our only real complaint is that the oven was kind of finicky. Two of the burners only worked part of the time. It made staying in and cooking take a little while longer than expected. Overall, it was a good time and a good place to stay!

The Waterscape was the perfect family resort and unit A101 was the perfect unit for our family with a 4 and 2 year old. Ground floor and railing around the balcony. We couldn't keep the 4year old out of the pools and lazy River. The gulf was divine and the weather perfect. Only need to decide on dates to return next year. Great vaca

We really enjoyed the stay at Waterscapes. This is the fourth year we have stayed here. We love the pools and lazy river for the kids. The beach is great here too. I'm sure we will be back next year. Thank you so much for letting us rent your condo.

Easiest rental process - fantastic vacation
Condo was exactly as described. Plenty of necessities as far kitchen etc, exceptionally large laundry area which was handy. Beds were comfy, weather was perfect ! Hope to book again with David as it was so easy start to finish !!

This location is wonderful, we had a wonderful vacation. Not that we spent much time in the room watching tv, but when we were ready to settle in for the night, we could not get the tv in the master bedroom to work, it stayed on one channel and only the volume would work. Also, the tv in the bunk area by the laundry room didn't work, it didn't look like the tv was hooked up at all. Thank you so much!

Waterscape A101
This condo was clean and well-kept. Open and quick communication between the management and renters was much appreciated. We loved being on the ground floor, but do take note of the metal fence that surrounds the patio area. You cannot access the grassy area/beach directly from the patio without going inside through the hallways or jumping the fence. This was noted in their description and not a surprise to us. But it did kind of defeat having a ground floor condo in terms of direct access to the outdoor area. This was one of the best condos we have stayed at in Waterscape in terms of the "roominess". The enlarged laundry area and additional storage/cupboards back in that space cleared up a lot of room in the kitchen and made the condo feel less crowded overall. The bedroom with the double bunks and trundle was large in size and could fit numerous kids and their "stuff" comfortably. The twin bunks were also more spacious than other twin bunk rentals we've had in the past. Overall I would recommend this condo, but just be cognizant of the fenced in patio area (this may be a nice feature for families with small children though, so you can enjoy the patio without fear of them wandering off).

Quiet and convenient
Nice beach facing floor unit with minimal foot traffic outside. Plenty of beds for large groups/families but seating was lacking and uncomfortable if you wanted to visit in the living room and not enough table spaces for eating as a large group either. Granted it was over Thanksgiving and the cooler weather kept us inside earlier once the sun set. Management was great and responsive. Super easy checkout process and we enjoyed our stay.

Christmas Get Away
This getaway is exactly what we needed. The room was nice and well furnished. It was right on the beach and we enjoyed sitting on the patio watching the ocean waves roll in. The only negative is that you cannot access the beach from the room due to a railing. Not sure why it's there as it is the only one that had it. I would've given the room 5 stars had it not been for that, otherwise the room was great.

the property was nice. A few minor issues. The ceiling fans and vents have not been cleaned in some time and have layers of
dust.
This is a bottom floor property but has no direct walk out to the walk path which meant walking down the hall every time we wanted to go to the beach.
There is only a high top table on the patio which means “lounging” was not an option

Living room couch and loveseat need to be replaced ASAP. They were in bad shape. We put blankets over them when seated.
Microwave, ceiling fans, counters, and table-top weren't clean on arrival. We cleaned them, but it didn't give us 100% confidence of a thorough deep clean.
Swimming pools, lazy river, food/drink tiki hut, beach, beach chair service, and ocean were amazing.

Waterscape is our favorite FWB location
The resort is great for families once you learn your way around. There are unposted rules about reserving chairs at the pool, so don't leave your things unattended! The A101 unit is great for a large family, but we were surprised that we couldn't walk out to the walkway directly from our patio. The room could use a few updates, but it's clean and perfect for a getaway week with family! My tip: buy a stainless cup from the tiki bar and save money on refills your entire vacation!

Family trip 2019
The condo was a prime location ocean view, close to pool access and parking garage. We enjoyed the fireworks from the balcony Wednesday night. The condo was decorated very nice with modern decorations and paint color.
If you are sleeping 14, you may want to make sure ahead of time there are extra pillows and blanket for the hide-a-bed. We did not end up using the hide-a-bed but would not have had a blanket if we needed to use it. I’m sure if we needed it and called, one would have been provided no problem .
The condo was clean but I feel for the price per week and my personal preference, a good deep cleaning is in order. With that said, the beds and linens were very clean and comfortable. I’m sure it’s hard to schedule a good deep cleaning in the busy season.
We would recommend this unit and would stay again. Beautiful views. Great location facing the pier.

Perfect location and a very enjoyable stay
Most everything about the facility was exceptional and I loved sitting on the balcony with my coffee while it was still quiet and dark and watch the day come to life.
The dryer took about 3 hours to dry a load of towels and the refrigerator and freezer were not working like they should.
I would definitely return for another vacation.

Great location!
Our week was wonderful. We had 10 people in our group and we were very comfortable. The beds were wonderful and the kitchen had everything we needed. We loved being in the front of the complex. Easy access to the pool and beach and easy drop off to our balcony. All the amenities at Waterscape were great. It was the 4th of July but found room at the pool and no problem with beach chairs. We did use the outdoor grills and they were clean and worked great. We would definitely stay again and we had many other people who were with our group that were staying in Waterscape that checked out our condo for the future.
