Cette unité de condo est un spacieux 1100 pieds carrés qui comprend 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain complètes, une cuisine complète, une salle à manger, un coin bar, un salon et un balcon extérieur. Cette unité de condo est pleine de charme et en très bon état. La chambre principale a un lit queen size, une grande commode, une télévision 42 ", un placard et une salle de bain privée complète. La deuxième chambre comprend une taille normale et un lit double avec un placard, une grande commode et une salle de bains avec couloir juste à côté. Chaque chambre comprend tous les draps et couvertures. Il y a un duo laveuse et sécheuse dans l'unité disponible pour votre commodité. Le salon spacieux comprend une cheminée, un téléviseur à écran plat LED de 60 'et deux confortables canapés pour se détendre. La salle à manger a une grande table pouvant accueillir 6 personnes confortablement avec une télévision afin que vous puissiez regarder vos émissions préférées. When we arrived the unit was absolutely disgusting. We had to wait several hours for it to be cleaned and essentially lost our first day. The beds are horrible, pillows disgusting. Guest parking at the bottom of the mountain is a nightmare and frankly ruined our trip as the shuttle routinely made us very late. One night the shuttle wasn’t running and I had to walk from the front gate to the top of the mountain… Don’t stay here if you’re attending the Highland Games. It’s not worth it.

This place was the WORST I have stayed in for cleanliness. Floors had food on them, dishes in the cabinets were dirty ( food still on them), beds sheets were dirty.
This unit hasn't had work done from the day it was built. For the price I was expecting a little bit of quality. Everything about the place was bad. To much to list as you can pick anything about it and it was broken or dirty! TV remotes don't work, garbage disposal doesn't work, lights not all functioning, fireplace has the power cord coming out the doors.
I don't like leaving reviews this poor as i try to work with the owners if an issue with the property but this owner was dismissive of my concerns when i asked for a broom so we could clean it ourselves. They also took our booking for y people and gave us 3 wash rags and 5 towels.

The location was very beautiful my only disappointment is the place really needs better mattresses in the rooms. They are really hard/outdated. The bathroom needs some upgrades. I put a towel on the towel rack in the master bathroom and it fell down.

Had a wonderful weekend celebrating my sister's birthday. The place was beautiful and so clean. A wonderful wonderful veiw. I just can't say enough about it.

The condo was nice and cozy. Very intimate and inviting. The morning views just before, and during sunrise are amazing! Sunset is just as beautiful! I don't think the host could any better. Well, maybe a few extra towels 😉. I will definitely be using this host and their condo in the future. I'm already planning for fall break next year ❤️

The property was just like the pictures showed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at sugar top resort. Love looking out at the view of grandfather mountain every day. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Very cozy condo with spectacular views. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities and very nice appliances. The host made sure there were plenty of pillows/blankets and the beds were very comfortable. She even had a Christmas tree waiting for us. The building requires distant parking but the shuttle waits were never long. The Sugar Top staff was fantastic. We would definitely recommend this location.

We had a great time visiting the mountains with our kids (2 under 3 years old). And FYI a pack n play can fit in any of the different rooms. We’ve stayed at several condos at Sugar Top over the years and this was is the nicest. With little kids, I really liked that it was on the second floor. The view is still just as beautiful from the 2nd as it was from any higher floor we’ve stayed in before! The pool is nice and has great views from it, too. The host is very communicative and hospitable. We would definitely stay again.

My family and I were in the area for a golf tournament and a chance to getaway for a few days. Hurricane Ian created challenges for us getting to the place but the owner was very understanding and even offered late us check out. If there was anything that could make our stay better, it would have been not having to deal with the stripping and repainting renovations of the exterior of the building where the unit was located, but that is neither the unit owners fault nor within their control. Thank you so much for your hospitality as e had a wonderful time!

Me and some ladies from church went for a get away. The room was gorgeous. It was spot on with the description. The views were amazing. We checked in with no problems and never left our room until check out. There wasn't anything we needed that wasn't there. Thank you for an amazing place!

Views from the condo was amazing. Condo was very nice felt like home. Not exactly there to watch tv but after skiing all day, turn on the tv and signal was in and out, maybe the wind. The pool and hot tub was nice to relax after being out in the cold all day. Close to some nice restaurants, sugar mountain ski resort, and grandfather mountain.

Only 1 set of bathroom towels & washcloths provided for both bathrooms ( so have to wash, no big deal), we used the hot tub (no pool towels provided), a little dated but definitely not a reason to not return, both bathrooms need some TLC (deep cleaning), kitchen too. Bedroom linens didn’t smell fresh
I am extremely picky, however we would definitely stay again. Worth the money! We never contacted owner, she did update us with messages prior to arrival

The property was also well stocked with everything you needed and the resort staff were so friendly. The checkin process was extremely simple and easy. I have nothing bad to say about this property and resort. We will definitely be staying at this property again real soon.

She dreads birthdays so much that we’ve officially named them “unBirthdays” so I knew we needed to go somewhere so nice that it overpowered any thoughts of her getting older. We also have 5 kids and very busy work schedules so I knew I had to nail it! This place did not disappoint. She was all smiles all weekend...and so was I!

Great get away
My family and I thought this was the perfect spot for a mountain get always very close to many trails/activities and a nice place to start and end your day! We didn’t know about that back patio till the last day- wish we had known earlier- the view is magnificent!

Hot tub was nice and view from pool/hot tub was awesome. My only issues were that there were not any large pots for cooking a big meal and I never could figure out how to use the electric logs in the fireplace. Instructions should be available for guests. The other thing was that I did not like having to park on a lower level and ride the shuttle van to the top, although, I wouldn't let it deter me because that view was awesome!!! So overall, I do recommend this unit!!!!
