Planchers de bois franc dans les parties communes et tapis dans les quatre chambres. Vous trouverez des espaces extérieurs étonnants dans la véranda joliment meubl�������e avec terrasse adjacente. Au large de la suite parentale, profiter de la terrasse couverte r���cemment meublé. Conçu pour s'amuser en famille sur la plage, la maison offre un barbecue à gaz en plein air, une douche ext���rieure priv��e pour sortir de la plage, cinq télévisions et un accès Internet sans fil. Linge de lit fourni. Interdiction de fumer. Pas d'animaux de compagnie. Les camping-cars, les remorques, les bateaux et les motos ne sont pas autorisés au Wild Dunes Resort.

The house is comfortable, particularly the screened-in porch. The living room lacks enough lighting (only one functional lamp!). Kitchen is well-equipped although we did not do a lot of cooking!

This house was fantastic. The location was central to the beach and the center of Wild Dunes, but it was still very quiet. The house had a fantastic layout with the ability to use multiple porches pending the weather. We have stayed at many properties within Wild Dunes over the years and this was definitely our favorite

This house was wonderful! We loved the location, being slightly off the busy pavilion area but a quick walk to get where we wanted to go! It had all the cooking supplies we could think of. The beds were all VERY comfortable- which is rare in a rental! My daughter’s favorite part was that we never ran out of hot water even when everyone was showering at the same time! We hope to stay at #28 GP again!!

Overall a great place and a great trip. Lots of room and the property was well kept. Location was outstanding with access to the beach. Few points of improvement:
- Locks on the garage access and a code to open the garage would have been great.
- clarity in the listing on which pools we had access to and whether they are heated.
- water pressure in the master bath was very light compared to other showers

What a wonderful experience it was for me and my family staying at this location.
The only drawback that we experienced during our stay was that a neighbor was having their roof replaced, and so at times it got pretty loud when we were hanging out on the back deck. Obviously something totally out of the control of our rental.
Overall, had a really wonderful time, and would do it again.

We had the best week at Grand Pavilion 28! The property was very clean upon arrival and offered plenty of space for our multi-generational family of 6. We enjoyed game nights at the dining table, meals/tanning/reading out on the amazing outdoor spaces, and daily sunrise and sunset walks on the beach. We loved that the house was a quick walk to the pool and beach, yet still tucked away to offer a quiet retreat from the community spaces. We’d highly recommend this house!

We had a wonderful time with our entire family (8 adults 1 baby) in this house. Great location for pool and beach. Very comfortable. Only minor complaints are tvs could be updated (on the smaller side) and water dispenser in the refrigerator was very slow.

This home is right between all the new WD amenities and the Boardwalk Inn / Gazebo classics. Plenty of room for our multi-generational group of 7 and a very well-equipped kitchen for cooking most of our meals including Thanksgiving dinner.

28 Grand Pavilion was a great choice. We loved the location. It was a very short walk to the beach. The house was in excellent condition and very well maintained. Lovely house. We loved that each bedroom had its own private bath. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies. I would highly recommend Island Realty. They were very helpful and professional. We had a great experience with the Realty company and was extremely pleased with the house. Would definitely recommend.

Property was a quick 3-5 minute walk to the community pool as well as the beach which was great for our two toddlers. The area has a great walking/bike path that we frequented and you could rent bikes across the street which we did not do. We did go in off season, so stores like the ice cream shop were only open on Saturday/Sunday and some of the restaurants/markets closed by 5 or were not open for lunch. The house had everything we needed to cook meals every day, do laundry, and eat inside or outside in the screened in porch. We would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our visit to Wild Dunes. The house was better than the pictures. The decorations for first rate and the screened porch, which is hard to see on the pictures, was a great place for all our meals. It is truly very close to the beach, which is fantastic. Island Realty was great to work with.

The house was great--good space, nice to have the TV's, good location--our only complaint was that the light had been pulled out above the kitchen table and it was dark downstairs, tough to see your food. Otherwise, it was a great property.
