La maison comprend une grande cour clôturée, 3 niveaux finis grande cuisine gastronomique, salle à manger formelle, 1/2 salle de bain, salle de boue, grande salle familiale au rez-de-chaussée avec fplc 60 'écran plat Suite principale au niveau supérieur, lit king 50' salle de bain principale à écran plat grande baignoire, grande douche pour 2 personnes, grande vanité. 2 chambres supplémentaires, une avec un lit queen et un grand placard. La 3ème chambre offre un lit queen et un ensemble de lits superposés avec salle de bain complète et salle de lavage. Le niveau inférieur comprend une grande salle familiale avec une chambre à écran plat de 50 pieds avec lit queen, salle de bain complète. J'ai également 2 grands lits gonflables pour une personne supplémentaire. L'arrière dispose d'un patio extérieur avec barbecue pour ces belles nuits d'été. Le centre commercial Ridgedale est à 4 miles, le centre-ville de Mpls est à 12 miles.

We had a group of six gals celebrating a 70th birthday. The house was neat and clean, the kitchen well-stocked in dishes and cookware, so we could cook in or bring in some items for meals. Lots of room for everything and everyone! Beautiful decor and a nice outdoor area with a firepit and grill.The location is fabulous! A short walk to the lake and beach, with cute shops and a variety of casual and posh restaurants along the main drag. Communication with the manager was great and everything fell into place perfectly for our group. Couldn't have been better!

This home was absolutely lovely, modern, new and super clean. Large enough for our family of 8 adults and an infant. Plenty of living space to hang out, large, well appointed kitchen, and an awesome backyard with fire pit, which we used one night. 4 bathrooms that were very nice! The host provided a drink fridge stocked with water and soda, and snacks upon our arrival. 1/4 mile to beach and super cute shopping area. I can’t say enough about how lovely our stay was!!

Me and 3 friends from college met for golf and some lake time. The house is in great shape and is a 15 minute walk from Wayzata which is a fantastic little lake town with enough restaurants and bars to entertain for days. The owners were responsive and friendly. We had a great time.

Some of my family and friends stayed in this beautiful home for a ladies’ weekend and we had the best time! Dede was so kind and easy to book with! The house is clean and has plenty of space and the backyard with the fire pit is great! It’s also in a great location. We definitely want to come back again!

We stayed for a week for our son’s wedding. Had a number of family staying with us as well as friends coming and going. The house was perfect for this. Large, well stocked and very comfortable seating and beds. Nice outdoor space with lots of chairs and firewood. Wonderful sheets as well. Perfect.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We grew up in the area but moved away and it was so nice to have a beautiful home walking distance to the lake and downtown Wayzata, brought back so many great memories. We were able to enjoy the beautiful weather in the outside area with bonfires at night - a perfect Midwest weekend in the fall! The property manager was very sweet and responsive. We will be back!

The location was fantastic, just a short walk to Lake Minnetonka and several good restaurants. Ot was also only a quick 5 minute drive to Walgreens and grocery store for last minute items.
We had our wedding party rehearsal dinner and the outside patio area was perfect for our group of 30, and the large kitchen island worked perfect for our catered in dinner.
The property was in fantastic shape and the host was easy to work with and very responsive. Highly recommend this place.

Great location, spacious accommodations. We had multi-generation family in town for a wedding and this place was ideal. One family took over the basement suite and others upstairs. Plenty of bathrooms, lovely backyard. Great seating area on main floor for togetherness and private spaces to get away.

Wonderful experience
We were very satisfied with our stay, the house is very beautiful and spacious, we had three families staying over, we all came from other states for my daughter‘s wedding, we liked the design of the house, beds were comfortable, everything was modern and very thought through. We also very much appreciated little perks, like the mini fridge filled with water bottles, sparkling water, energy drinks and other soft drinks like Coke Mountain Dew and more, maybe because we were so thirsty from the trip :) but that was very refreshing!! Thank you. Also I should mention the house was very clean. We will definitely consider this house in the future. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to relax and have a good time with family or friends, The night before wedding we all got our dresses on and had a little runway walk lol, and the night after the wedding we all sat down at the cozy dining room table and had a deep conversations.

Wedding Weekend
We were in town for our son's wedding. We needed a property for our family and be able to host the groomsmen on wedding day. The house was perfect for our needs and I would highly recommend this property. It was walkable to all of the restaurants, shopping and the beach. We had absolutely everything we needed for the weekend. The house has wonderful bedroom space, living space and a great backyard for family to gather. We were so grateful to be supplied with ample coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent and so on. The house is very well stocked with supplies. When we return to the area, we would definitely have this property at the top of our list for accomodations.

Another great stay
The was our second stay at this property. The house is clean, really well stocked with anything you might need plus a few treats & some beverages, close to the cute downtown area as well as the lake for boating or the small beach. It’s also only 25 mins from Mall of America. The owners are quick with responses to any questions and great to work with. We will likely be back again! Thanks Jeff & Dede

Wedding in Wayzata
This property was AMAZING!!! We were in Wayzata for our son's wedding. We are a family of 6 plus we had one additional guest with us. We were in MN for 6 days...it truly felt like our home away from home for that time ~~~~ the house was immaculate, spacious, beautifully decorated and the owners were immediate when we reached out to them with questions ~~~~ Don't hesitate for a second........amazing!!!! thank you Dede and Jeff

Another great year at a wonderful house
We have been coming to this house for 4 years to celebrate Christmas with family and our experience here never disappoints. Dede and Jeff are wonderful to work with and the house offers the best amenities which compliment the perfect winter location walking distance to the skating rink and sledding in the back yard. We look forward to coming back next year!

Came out to celebrate a 90th Birthday - during covid - none of the family that lives in Minnesota wanted out of town visitors :). This house was perfect for 3 couples coming in from 3 cities - large, well stocked kitchen to cook meals, each couple had a bathroom and bedroom area. (this would be good for families as well). The "man cave" in the basement was inviting and the location was close to everything. (Only downside was the major street - and if someone parks in the little turn around it makes backing out onto Wayzata Blvd interesting).
Jeff and DeDe were great hosts - the house was spotless and very welcoming - coffee, muffins, fruit, water & soft drinks as well as great suggestions for local places to go / get take out. Good stores & amenities close by. I would recommend this property for anyone needed a home base in the area.
