Clean property and very responsive owner. Walking distance (1 mile) to historic and tourist districts of Cape May. Thank you for a nice short stay!

Overall this property was great to stay in, was very clean and was in a walkable distance from the beach. There were a few details that I think could be easily fixed/paid attention to that I noticed as a guest:
1) the outlet that sits underneath the cabinet with the dinning plates doesn’t work.
2) there was a light bulb out in the ceiling fan in the living room. But the table lamps did provide amble amount of light in the space.
3) in the bedroom with the queen bed, definitely needs curtains to close off the window that is behind the bed at night time. With the light on in that room, you can see everything from outside or on the wrap around porch and made me feel a little uncomfortable when changing clothing.
4) the ceiling fan in the bedroom with the queen bed, was not secure to the ceiling. You have to put the ceiling fan on low fan speed for it to not make noise and rock. I feel this was pretty unsafe as I thought that fan was going to come down in the middle of the night if we had it in a higher speed.
5) more towel hooks or an over the door hanger could be added to the bathroom for more than one guest to hang their towel.

Liked the quiet neighborhood feel while hanging out on the large corner deck. Very cute beached-out interior, comfortable for all.
Everything was as-advertised, though the doors, floors, and ceiling fans could use some maintenance. Outdoor shower was a big plus coming from the beach.
Owner was very responsive and overall good experience.

The house is within walking distance to the beach and a short drive to the mall area and restaurants. It’s in a quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and the host was very responsive. It was a bit expensive with fees and all but we enjoyed our stay.

We loved the vibe of the property, the peaceful area, the close location to the USCG training center, and the fact that we could just rent for the one night needed. It was a little difficult securing bedding & towels for a cross country flying trip. I asked a cpl of times before our trip about renting bedding in the area but didn't receive an answer. The window blinds in both bedrooms are transluent so if early morning light wakes you, bring eye masks! Otherwise, everything else needed is provided & and is cute as can be!

This place is perfect for a family trip! Rob, the host, is so kind and cool—he’s the best! The property is super clean, beautiful, and cozy. Cape May beach is nearby, and there are plenty of shopping areas and restaurants close by. If you forget anything from home, there are many markets nearby too. There are also bike rental shops and an awesome neighborhood for riding! Thank you again, Rob. We had a fantastic time and truly appreciate it. We hope to visit again next time!

Super cute rental. Quiet neighborhood. We loved the big deck and the outside shower. House was clean and had everything we needed for a three day stay! The host was responsive and helpful!! We would rent again.

A great spot in a quiet neighborhood. Nice house for a short visit. My parents and I stayed here for 3 days. The house provides easy access to downtown and a quick ride to beach access. A great spot for a quiet home away from home feel for a nice price.

The house was perfect for our weekend with two grands. It was just enough space + glad to have use of a washer + dryer after having a 3 +:4 year old out + about seeing the sites at the lighthouse, diamond beach + Wildwood boardwalk. We were visiting to attend the Coast Guard Festival on Saturday + had a fun time there all afternoon despite the rain showers...cute cottage in a quiet location - until the 3 + 4 year old arrived..

Great place for a weekend stay. Residential neighborhood, but nonetheless within walking distance to beach and Washington Mall. Loved the outdoor seating areas and the living room arrangement as both were conducive to long chats with family.

This is a cute house. It's just what we needed for a small family vacation. It's only two bedrooms, bathroom, living room, and kitchen but the simplicity of the house makes it truly delightful. We had a wonderful stay and would stay here again!
