Cette cabine rustique privée de deux étages a une saveur nautique détendue, authentique et du vieux monde. Le vaste pont couvert est un endroit idéal pour passer des après-midi paresseux avec la brise océanique douce. Venez profiter des sons et des vues des lamantins et des dauphins depuis votre propre véranda arrière. Cette cabane au bord de l'eau unique est idéale pour la pêche, la navigation de plaisance et de nombreuses autres activités en bord de mer. Profitez de plusieurs paysages insulaires pittoresques. Amarrez votre propre bateau sur le quai dans la cour arrière. Courte distance en bateau à la fois l'océan ouvert ou des sources claires pour nager et faire de la plongée avec tuba avec les lamantins. Les étoiles mouchetent le ciel la nuit avec de nombreuses comètes tirantes à voir. Was great to have the ability for fishing guide to pick us up directly on the dock at the house.

The house has been neglected for some time. We were locked into this property due to no other availability after we got there and saw what we saw. There were other scheduled and paid for events we could not change. The cleanliness of the home is not what one would expect at any price. The mold alone is disturbing. There was water intrusion in the lower level from a rotted wall and woodwork to a leaky ceiling. Plumbing fixtures including toilets loose from their base and sink drains leaking under vanities. The home has not been properly cleaned for a long time. I can confidently say this and show examples through the dozens of pictures i took. The listed pictures and description are misleading and it was very disappointing to say the least. The furniture is worn out, broken or just bad and you could not pick up a tv remote without it becoming stuck to your hand from filth. I would never had rented this place knowing what I now know. I also got sick the last couple of days which ruined one diving trip, probably from the mold. This review is what is unfortunately is and VRBO and the Owner need to step up and make this a better place. I can provide pictures and details to anyone who wishes to see this.

The view is indescribable in its beauty. The peace found there is one that that I have never felt and it gave me the ability to “just be.” Jeff was available and a gracious host whenever we had questions. This is a place worth staying at and we are hoping to have the opportunity to do it again in the future.

December break
The property was very quite and perfect for a break between the holidays. The house is supplied with everything you need. From cooking to bedding. It was close to a lot of great shopping as well as walking trails, outdoor activities (swimming with manatees) and state parks.
We seen a dolphin and a river otter from the porch. We would definitely book again.

The home is exactly what you see online and watching the wildlife was amazing. Caught a lot of fish off the dock and relaxed on upper deck while watching the dolphins.

7 Days of Family Time
Great property for a family vacation. The property was very comfortable and served us well. The porches are lovely. The views are amazing. The home is equipped with anything you might need besides your clothes. I hope to come back again real soon.

Million Dollar View
The view from the cabin was amazing. It's great watching the boats go by and the birds feeding along the shoreline. One of our favorite things was swinging on the swing on the upper deck. Wonderful breezes up on the deck.

Perfectly Relaxing
Spent most of the time lounging on the covered deck (rain or shine) viewing the local wildlife. Sea otters, dolphins, jumping mullets, bald eagles, crows, herrings, and the list goes on and on. The only problem was having to leave this paradise.

Amazing location!!
The hardest thing I’ve done this week is leave this property! The listing is very accurate! We saw manatee, the otter, some beautiful birds including two bald eagles! I would live here. Plenty of things to do. Kayaking, fishing, beautiful springs close by. A couple of bars/restaurants within golf cart distance. Just the drive to the house is incredible. It is so peaceful and serene. The house is very well equipped with all necessities and the master bed is so comfortable!! Check in process was simple and Jeff couldn’t have been a better host. I can’t wait to stay here again!

The cabin is amazing!
Magnificent views of the sunrise, and sunsets. All kinds of wildlife around. We had dolphins and manatees visit us several times. Highly recommend staying here. Close to everything you need, and still able to find a slice of heaven here in Homasassa Springs.

The nautical cabin is a dream
Best vacation ever. The house was extremely well set up with everything anyone could need. It was close to all restaurants and tours, but secluded so that you feel you are on a wonderful island. Definitely will book again

Enjoyed our stay
Enjoyed our stay. The location on the water was great. We fished and kayaked almost everyday. The neighborhood was friendly and quiet. The property owner was friendly. He responded quickly to all of our inquiries and rushed to fix an issue we had during the vacation. The interior of the property is a little dated but nothing too bad. The view from the back porch made every morning and evening very nice. I would stay here again.

Great peaceful relaxing atmosphere
This was such a great get away. The place was exactly as we expected, clean, comfortable, relaxing. It was even well furnished with all kinds of cooking utensils We had a dolphin show up a few times in the evening who was fun to watch. We caught fish off the dock and watched all kinds of wildlife. Highly recommend this place. Hope to return someday :)

Charming home on the water
If you are looking for a peaceful retreat on the water, this is the spot. The covered porch is a wonderful place to hang out during the day and the middle of the night. The Freezer and the Shed are a great place to eat and close by. The owner was quick to respond with any questions. I recommend the Nautical Cabin 100 %.
