We walked into the cottage to calming music playing...like entering a spa. The cottage was wonderfully decorated and surprisingly spacious. It was clean and had all the things we needed for a great few days in Tybee. The location was perfect. We could walk to restaurants, and to both the active and more quiet beaches. We really enjoyed our time.

We enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable in the cottage. Our only problem was it advertised wifi. The wifi didn't work and we communicated with the property owner on more than one occasion without resolution of the problem. Otherwise it was a good stay.

It was our third stay at Inlet Breeze. We love the porch and close proximetry to the pier. We picked up food at Fin’s next door-great pizza! We will be back for another stay hopefully sometime soon!

We had a great time at the cottage. Just a short walk to the beach and tons of shopping and restaurants along the way. Located near south beach area. Outdoor live music just around the corner on the weekends. Plenty of room for our family of five. Had the best time!!!

This was a girl's trip for my 70th birthday! It was the perfect location . We could walk to shops restaurants in the beach. It was very clean and very spacious. The pictures don't do it justice. We all had a great time, especially out on the front porch

The pictures don’t do it justice. We went for a bachelorette trip. Literally next door to pier 16 & the main strip. Basically 1 block from the beach. My sister said it felt like she was having a sleepover how it was decorated. Bigger than you think inside!

Great place with everything we needed and a short 3-4 minute walk to the beach. Check in couldn’t be easier which was nice.

The pictures of this house do not do it justice! The house was much bigger and spacious than we expected. And the location, perfect! Next to everything on the south side of the island. Just perfect for our family!

We loved our stay! The house is huge inside, with tons of space for us to all relax. The kitchen has pots and pans, coffee maker, dishes and a large table. The Master bedroom is toward the back of the house adjoining a little room with a bar and access to a season room. Both showers had great water pressure! The location is just as good as the house itself, with shops and food just a few steps away. We found this bagel and coffee place and walked there every day. (Surfgoat?) the beach is only a few blocks but is very easy to access and very clean. The owner of this property has been exceedingly helpful and responsive. The other thing we were impressed by were the out duties - they were minimal! We will stay here next time we visit Tybee! I can’t recommend this place enough. Especially if you have kids.

Quick weekend girls trip and the house for all of our needs! Check in was super easy and close to everything! Much more roomy than the listing suggests. We looking forward to coming back next year!

This cottage is an oasis! It had a great vibe, beachy decor with plenty of room for our family. The owner thought of everything from a multi-phone charger in the entrance way to beach towels, well appointed kitchen, and suggestions on where to go, things to do and places to eat. The owner seemed to think of everything a guest would need. The cottage location provided easy access to all Tybee Island had to offer- the beach, the town, restaurants, the lighthouse. We brought our bikes and never had to get into our car. We had a fantastic week! We highly recommend this cottage!

Beautiful cottage, and lovely spot, centrally located to all that Tybee has to offer! Matt offered great dining and beach recommendations prior to our stay. Hope to visit again in the future!

We had a great weekend stay. The cottage was beautiful and was much roomier than the pictures showed. Had all the necessities and was super convenient to walk to restaurants, etc. Will definitely be back! Host was super responsive!

Cottage is great, really worked well for us. Owner clearly cares about the place and has managed to update nicely while maintaining the old cottage vibe. Spacious and comfortable, well set up. Recommend.

The property is much more spacious than it appeared online. Great location to south side shops, restaurants and beach. House is a little dated but provides everything needed for a nice stay.

Inlet Breeze is a great place. Much bigger than it looks in pics. We used the screen porch alot during our stay, but it could use some more comfy furniture. The owner, Matt is very easy to reach and gave us great info when we were concerned about the weather impacting our trip. The house is located close to Butler Ave, near Arby's. A short walk to either the main beach near the pier or the back river close to the sandbars. Great shelling on Tybee! We were pleased to have the beach wagon and barely used our rental car. Walk for breakfast to either Sunrise or Breakfast Club. Also an easy walk to AJ's Dockside. Thanks Matt for a wonderful stay!

We loved the property. Easy access to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and stores. Love the lay out of the house. Really enjoyed our stay, more than enough room for family. Highly recommend this location.

The property is very cute. It has enough space for a large family or group of friends. Very close to the beach, bars/restaurants, shopping, liquor store, etc. but isn't loud or obnoxious at the house. It is quiet and relaxing. We overall greatly enjoyed our stay. A few areas of improvement include: offering nicer amenities for the guests for the price: usable beach stroller (the current one is broken and we couldn't even use it), offering the guests a few beach chairs (no one is wanting to travel with a beach chair and they cost a lot there to buy just to leave), fix the light in the patio (it's a great space and we wanted to use it but after dark it's useless), cheap body washes in bathtubs, put larger tv in the living room and couches were uncomfortable. Overall like I said we enjoyed our stay tremendously and the house is adorable but for the price per night, the amenities were lacking.

This property was the perfect blend of vintage combined with all the modern conveniences. We enjoyed the screened-in porch and front porch. Interior was very clean and the beds were comfortable with fresh, clean linen.

We loved Inlet Breeze. It was very spacious for our family of 7. It was nicely decorated and comfortable. Everything we needed was here. The kitchen was well supplied with tools to prepare simple meals. Washer dryer very helpful for washing beach attire. There was even a wagon available to take our stuff to the beach. The beach was only a few minutes walk. There are restaurants located within walking distance however, getting reservations was a challenge.
