New High-end Studio Historic Street In Town Featured In Only Nantucket Magazine
Beau studio est situé au coeur du quartier historique sur l'une des rues les plus recherchées de Nantucket, à distance de marche des restaurants, boutiques et musées. Il vient d'être présenté dans le numéro d'été 2017 de ONLY Nantucket Magazine. La maison se trouve sur le site d'origine d'une ancienne caserne de pompiers au début des années 1900. 67 Orange Street a été construite par le propriétaire, un maître artisan avec des touches intérieures par le copropriétaire, un designer, est évident dans tous les beaux détails de la maison.
Le studio dispose d'une entrée privée, de deux grandes fenêtres et d'une porte vitrée, d'un lit double (lit escamotable personnalisé avec lampes de lecture encastrées et bras électriques à ressort pour un accès facile), salle de bain complète avec une grande pomme de douche à effet pluie avec buse à main, canapé, table basse, grande Smart TV, thermostat AC / Chauffage personnel.
Il y a une cuisine efficace: cuisinière électrique haut de gamme, demi-réfrigérateur, nombreuses armoires, table de cuisson avec deux chaises pivotantes. Il y a deux placards, une commode et un petit bureau. L'extérieur a une douche extérieure privée.

We were in Nantucket for a wedding. The studio was in walking distance to everything. It was lovely and well setup!

Our stay was as perfect as a weekend getaway could be. Marianne greeted us so warmly, we felt right at home. The property was spotless and she provided us with everything we needed and more! 10/10 experience and we will certainly be staying here again!

Host was easy to communicate with and has thoughtfully and stylishly decorated this large studio apartment to ensure comfort and a wonderful Nantucket stay. Refrigerator had milk, juices and a few adult beverages, all the dishes, pots, cooking utensils you could need were right there. Convenient location and extremely comfortable bed, couch, and desk. You won't find a better rental choice!

Immaculate and beautiful place. Very close to walk to downtown or the beach. Landlord was very pleasant. She met us and walked us through the facility. She also gave us updates every morning as to activities to do for the day. Only downfall to this beautiful place is if you have problems climbing stairs as the facility is below the street level. Other than that, I would recommend this place to everyone!! A 5 star for sure!!

This is our 2nd time staying at Marianne and Mike’s and it was another fantastic weekend! The place is spotless and just as we remembered. The location cannot be beat. Marianne greeted us upon arrival and gave us a ton of suggestions for our stay. She was also easily accessible for anything else we needed while we were there. We really enjoy this property it’s absolutely perfect for 2 people and is fully equipped with everything you’d need! Can’t wait to see you again next summer!!!

This studio is absolutely perfect and just as described. Incredibly clean and very comfortable. Perfect for two people! The location is great, walking distance to everything you want to do in town and on a very charming street. My 17 year old daughter and I had a wonderful mom/daughter trip. Mike and Maryanne could not have been more lovey, helpful and accommodating. We were planning our next trip to stay there again as we pulled away to head to the airport.

Marianne's place was the perfect home base for our weekend on Nantucket. Marianne greeted me and my husband upon arrival and she was so warm, friendly, and responsive. The studio is just as pictured and described. The place was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed in a really ingenious use of space that is thoughtfully designed and decorated. We were grateful for the few cold beverages in the fridge and the beach chairs & beach towels came in handy. The unit is so private and quiet you wouldn't even know it was there from the street and we never heard a peep from neighbors. You cannot beat the location, just a short walk to downtown. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for a great couple's getaway.

We very much enjoyed a beautiful weekend on Nantucket to attend a friend's wedding. The clean and crisp studio apartment is just enough for two people, and is close enough to walk to the center of town, although we noted that it was a tiny bit "uphill" both ways (LOL).

What a wonderful location to explore Nantucket from. Less than a 10 minute walk to the wharfs via a stroll down picturesque Orange street, it allowed us easy access to town and restaurants as well as catching transportation to everywhere else on the Island. Everything is so much closer than it appears on the map!
Marianne was a wonderful host, communicative when we needed her. When our luggage was delayed, she even offered to drive to the airport to pick it up when it arrived (it was delivered to the house). The condo was a perfect base of operations for people like us who had a long list of activities and sites to see, but wanted a centrally located home base that didn't have to be large but with all the amenities we needed to recharge each night. We would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay. Marianne and Mike were so accommodating and their studio is absolutely gorgeous. So modern, has everything you need, and is very private. I cannot say enough good things. Prime location (walkable) to downtown. Marianne and Mike were also so welcoming, from answering questions we had to greeting us and providing many helpful guides upon arrival. Throughout the trip Marianne and Mike continued to help in any way necessary. We will definitely be back!

Location is good the but property owner / Marianne was trying to get an extra $300 dollars because my other daughter came to visit brought her bag with her valuable I just picked her up from the airport Marianne watches you on camera that are not legally posted she called and demanded I pay three hundred more within 2 hours or I need to vacate I told her my daughter was not staying just getting breakfast in town and she would be staying at her girlfriends she’s creepy I think there’s cameras inside the apartment I vacated packed up in 1 hour and went to she refused to refund me had to contact vrbo and I needed to be at a wedding by 4 pm very a awful experience a horrible business person she looks for an opportunity to extort money from guests

Tucked Away in Nantucket
The studio apartment was just wonderful. It’s in a perfect location to walk to town or a very quick ride. It had everything we could possibly need to make our stay easy. Marianne and Mike were the best hosts from the stay to offering us amazing suggestions of restaurants and bars, they were awesome. We were in town for a wedding so we didn’t get to spend very long there, but we will certainly be back and will definitely stay here again.
