Really nice place. Owner (Roger) took the time to answer all questions, check on us throughout the trip, and always provided good advise on things to do in the area. Really a great experience.

Had a wonderful stay at Roger’s house. House was comfortable and large; had everything needed to relax and have fun. Pool, game room, outdoor gym. Close to town center of Rincon and the beaches. Roger was great host and we had a blast surfing with him. Highly recommend.

Location and size of house fit all our needs

This house is amazing and perfect for a big family. Kitchen and common area are on the middle floor making it convenient for resting quietly in the bedrooms. Roger was so kind and helpful, it really made our stay superb. Frieda and Taino were very welcoming ;) We recommend it 100%. Hope we can come back for a lovely family time. Game room and gym area were teenager's favorite hangout place.

We were 15 in our family, we were all comfortable. Space, fun, and good facilities for everyone!!! Beautiful view of fireworks!

Perfect for getaway with family and friends

Nice home, nice dogs, great area, just not for us. We felt like our every move was watched. Probably just us because we are used to more privacy when we rent a home (kind of the point though, right?). Roger actually came into the home when he didn't realize I was there with my 3 sons but my husband and daughter were gone with the cars. After this we were all pretty ready to go. I'd say it was also odd how he stared at my 21 year old daughter constantly during the surf lesson, although kids really did have an awesome time surfing. The city water was pretty much non-existent during our stay and we had to use the water pump which Roger was awesome at setting up and ensuring we had but he also unplugged it alot. There were 9 of us so I felt like all we were doing was running down stairs to plug it in so someone could wash their hands or flush the toilet. By the end we were pretty over it and all ready to take long hot showers. There was also dog poop around the pool and yard we had to keep cleaning up so the kids didn't step in it. We still had a great time though. But when we were leaving back to the airport the kids said Roger was mumbling under his breath and seemed unhappy. I'm not sure why but I think we are pretty respectful guests and it made the kids pretty uncomforable. Anyhow, he has alot of great reviews so different strokes for different folks I guess. Just not for us.

Our family of 13 went to PR to spread our dad’s ashes and have a celebration of his life. Roger the owner communicated with me from the night before we traveled and during our travel day. He was waiting for us upon arrival, took the time to show us everything in detail and was always available to answer any and all questions. We had a wonderful family party with live music and catering. The property was absolutely perfect, even the neighbors came and enjoyed with us! It was an absolute fantastic experience from the beginning to the end. The house is high on the mountaintop and was hard to find at first but thanks to Roger, he gave us exact directions to follow on google maps. Thanks Roger for making this celebration so memorable to me and my family!

I did like the property…very quite, except at night..that’s when the frog’s started there party…LOL. I would have liked air conditioning in the living room as it got hot when we cooked and also a television in each room that worked would of been nice. There where 12 of us and 2 televisions. I thought rogers sister was very nice and the dogs were nice.

Absolutely beautiful house with and incredible view. Can enjoy just as is with the private pool and game room or venture out and about to the surrounding beaches and venues. This house was perfect for our large family, lots of cooking, grilling and eating out opertunities. Will definitly consider renting this home away from home again, but would want to stay longer than a week next time! Roger and his Sister were fantastic hosts and avalible when needed.

The house was in a perfect location and beautifully maintained. Close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. Having the pool was a real joy. The bedrooms are all air-conditioned, but the main floor was not, but we were out most days so that did not matter too much. Roger was a very responsive host and lives next to the property. He takes care of the pool during the day and was very helpful with getting around Rincon. If you are a dog lover - he does have some friendly dogs! Quiet and secluded spot in Rincon. We had an excellent stay with 10 people in the house. It was very comfortable and watching the sunsets each night from the pool or the balcony was a great way to end the day!

We loved everything about the rental and Roger was very helpful. His dogs were also very sweet.

This villa provides all the comfort, amenities, space, privacy, and security required for a family reunion vacation located in a beautiful part of the island. A 5 or 10 minute drive will take you to the best beaches, grocery stores, restaurants, and shops in Rincon. Activities on the property we enjoyed included much pool time, the game room facility, indoor games around large, sectional dining room tables with built-in lazy Susans, and use of the covered outdoor grill near the pool. We signed up for a group surfing lesson with Roger -- his other business -- and had a blast. Roger lives right next door and if you need something he is prompt in coming over or, at least, also prompt at returning your phone messages. For your arrival be sure to get location/driving instructions from Roger. It's a little tricky if you just rely on GPS. Google Maps works best. We hope we can return sometime soon.

The home was clean, very comfortable, and Roger was Amazing. He went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The views on this property were Beautiful! Great Family Vacation Spot! We will be back :)

We had a great experience at this property. It's truly gorgeous up in the hills of Rincon. The view and outdoor spaces are hard to beat. The house itself worked great for our group of 10. Roger was a fun and gracious host - very responsive whenever we had an issue. Thanks for everything!

The house is perfect for a family vacation. It has everything you need to stay over. The kitchen is a very complete one, we have never seen a more completed kitchen. The only problem was the cleanliness. The house has a lot of mold, and the floor was dirty.

The property was absolutely beautiful and large enough to fit a large group. We traveled with 3 families and we all fit comfortably with enough bathrooms to accommodate us all. The home does not have AC but the breeze from the mountains kept the house comfortable. The bedrooms have AC. We spent most of the time outside by the pool or exploring Rincon. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook along with an outdoor grill. The views are spectacular and the location was perfect. Wal-mart was about 25 minutes away but it was not a Super Wal-mart. They didn't have a full grocery store. Other supermarkets are nearby though. Make sure to listen to Roger when he tells you what app to use for GPS as other apps will not lead you to the home. Roger was a great host, he does stay on property in another building but never intruded or invaded our space but will make himself available as needed and answered all questions. He was a pleasure to chat with and his dogs are so well behaved and friendly. I look forward to visiting again soon.

Roger was very friendly, informative and helpful. The house was amazing. Perfect location and secluded. When we arrived the house was very clean, everything was also very organized. We stayed for 3 days and had an amazing time. Thank you Roger for being such a great host ! We will be returning.

If you want to enjoy a vacation with complete privacy this is the place. The "Villa" is super comfortable, spacious, fully equipped, 5 minutes from the beach although we enjoy more the swimming pool, bbq area...everything you need. The owner, Roger, was so friendly and respectfull. He was always accesible for our demands. It was the best vacation of this summer...for sure we'll be back next year.

We gathered four families including kids to celebrate a 50th wedding anniversary, and this house had everything we needed. 7 bedrooms, big kitchen, large family room, pool, and very close to many beaches in Rincon. Roger was a great host, and we would highly recommend this to anyone needing a large house.

Overall our experience was great and the house was amazing and the owner was even better. The only problem we had was finding the house due to no exact address and not having a/c on the main floor other than that we had a great time and enjoy our stay in rincon

The house is very spacious to accommodate our family of 12. Roger call us in advance to give us the exact location and check-in instructions. The view was great!!! Looking forward to come back to this house!

The property is excellent for a large group and kids. It is located in a secluded area with stunning views of ocean and Desecheo (a small Island). However when we arrived we had to clean all the A/C’s (they were not throwing air at all) and certain areas. Certainly this affected our complete experience, which was not expected for a property of this caliber.
