Bienvenue dans notre maison Ohana! Cette maison personnalisée de Sunset Beach offre une vue fantastique sur l'océan depuis le 2ème et le 3ème étage, ainsi que des vues panoramiques à 360 ° depuis le pont sur le toit avec un grand jacuzzi, un canapé et des chaises longues et une vue incroyable.
La grande cuisine et la salle à manger peuvent accueillir confortablement 10 personnes pour le dîner, et vous pourrez siroter du café ou des cocktails tout en surplombant l'océan depuis le balcon du salon au 2ème étage ou la chambre principale du 3ème étage. Les planchers de bois franc en teck sur mesure rendent cette maison particulièrement unique!
La maison se trouve directement sur le parc de la ceinture de verdure, ce qui signifie que vous avez votre propre cour en face pour pique-niquer, barbecue ou regarder les enfants jouer. Le balcon patio au premier étage de l'entrée est l'un des meilleurs endroits à Sunset Beach pour regarder le monde passer!
Il y a un parking pour trois véhicules, la plage est à quelques pas et la maison est à 30 minutes de Disneyland (18 km), de l'Aquarium of the Pacific (13 km) et d'autres attractions, et à environ 10 minutes de la jetée de Huntington Beach, Pacific City, etc. (10 km).

The house is exactly as the pictures shows; it says 10 ppl can stay, but to be honest, is more for 6 adults and 2 kids; unless you use the sofas then 2 more can sleep there, but no privacy at all.
It says two parking spaces, but you have to park on the street, the garage is not available. There is tons of parking spaces around, but in summer , it´s hard to find a spot.
The cherry of the cake, is the TERRACE, you can enjoy a beautiful view of sunset from it.

This house suited our group of adults and kids perfectly. The rooftop deck was amazing and has new patio furniture. The house is a bit outdated but that's ok because you can't beat the location. Only recommendation to host is to stock the kitchen with more coffee mugs.

Great property in Sunset Beach, CA with the top deck of the home offering 360 degree views of the San Gabriel Mountains and clear Ocean view (across the street). Kitchen and amenities were fantastic as we hosted a small group of Family and Friends for a Holiday dinner + walk on the beach after! Graham was a great host and the entire stay was smooth! Highly recommend!

We stayed for a long weekend to enjoy a local music festival and attend a Football game @ SOFI stadium. Had a great time, exactly what we were expecting. Great location to the concert and a nice little beach town to hang out in for a few days.

This house was in a great location. Most of everything was within 30 minutes or less from the house. You are steps from the beach. The one small issue with the house was the parking.

Fantastic property for a non touristy beach vacation! Met all of our needs and we thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Would stay here again hands down.

My wife cried when we checked in, it was 58° and it was freezing in the house (pouring rain). The house should be warmer when a check in is confirmed, we arrived after 6 pm. Charming home, curious why the owner came 2 times during our stay into the property. We’ve never encountered an owner coming during a stay. We heard the garage door open, just awkward during such a short stay. Cozy lovely home & loved the location. Thank you

Loved the location but property is dated and in need of basic care/maintenance(leaky faucets and roof(water pooling on floor in bedroom) appliances(oven)not working properly. There are 2 pull outs as advertised but in main living areas with no curtains(up at sun-rise)or privacy. Communication was good and again great location.

Loved the roof top to view the ocean and hear the waves crashing. Easy access to the beach.

Stayed here with 10 guys and we made sure to utilize the whole place to its full potential. The highlight was the rooftop deck we made use of it each night of our stay. I wish parking wasn't so unpredictable andthere was more sleep space, but besides that were more than impressed with the place.

This is a beautiful home! Right across from the beach, quiet street, great location. Very well equipped. The floors could use a good clean, but otherwise we were very comfortable. The owners responded quickly to all our questions. LOVED having the piano!

We loved our stay at the beautiful Sunset Beach Ohana Home! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with its incredible views and location - a little TLC and a good deep cleaning would go a long way to make it even more dreamy.

We rented this place for a long weekend with our cousins and had a great time! Plenty of room for the 7 of us and the walk to the beach was just across the street from the property so that made the weekend even better!

Thank you for letting us stay at your house it was perfect for us. The location and views can’t be beat. Watching the waves and surfers from the patio in the morning was so relaxing. Beach walks in the mid morning and playing in the waves in the afternoon was just what we needed. Thank you.

We had a wonderful time. No complaints. Huge house with plenty of room for my family of 8. We will definitely come back and stay again. Grahams home was beautiful.
