Wonderful unit with extras like toiletries, ETOH, SPF and non perishable food items! Ice and wheeled cooler for the beach was great to have available! Plenty of towels and essentials. Excellent views from balcony area. Pool area nice, staff friendly and owners helpful. The location was close to restaurants and shopping. I would definitely stay again when in Bucerias!

The actual complex was very nice and well looked after. The condo we stayed in was listed as a five star updated floor to ceiling but is only worthy of 2 stars. The drawers and cupboards were all messy and the dishes in the cupboards needed to be washed. The only appliance that looked updated was the fridge. The pool was closed for maintenance and the owner did not notify us or give us any refund. The owner wanted a 5 star review and wanted input if there was anything that did not meet the standard. I did send an email to the owner but he was very rude in his reply. I would not recommend this unit. We looked at a very nice unit in the same building and it was half the price.

VERY easy access to the beach. Not in a high traffic area which made it really nice and easy to watch our kids. The pool was being remodeled, but the owner offered us a small refund which allowed us to buy a day pass to a water park nearby. The Condo was very roomy and our Family of 7 had plenty of room. Guards at the gate only spoke Spanish, but I speak Spanish too and they were very helpful at helping us get around easily. Several restaurants within walking distance. A small Malecon is also nearby and was much easier to navigate than the Malecon in Puerto Vallarta. Super Market very close by and the neighborhood is really quite safe. My family was a little worried by the looks of the neighborhood as we pulled in, but felt very comfortable once we got settled in. We would happilystay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property in Bucerias. Very quiet friendly neighborhood. Small condo complex and most importantly right in front of the beach.

Excellent location. Beautiful garden area by pool. The bbq area is clean and spacious. Appreciated the private beach area with shaded areas. The condo is well laid out and 3 bathrooms a must for a family of 7. Our family had a wonderful vacation. The only downfall is the construction across the street. The front bedrooms were a bit noisy at night. Thank you, Chris and. Becky.

We just spent 6 enjoyable weeks here and are very happy with our choice. The location is ideal, close to dozens of restaurants, shopping and markets. There is a large heated pool and beach area with plenty of chairs and loungers. The condo itself is well equipped with comfortable furniture inside and on the balconies, new kitchen appliances, a dishwasher, washer and dryer. There are many extras that exceeded my expectations; a really comfortable king bed, good sheets and towels, beach toys and nice glassware and dishes. It’s evident that the condo building itself is well maintained and run by an on-site manager with attentive housekeepers and an extremely friendly and helpful security guard. Checking in and out was a breeze. Thanks, Chris, it was a pleasure dealing with you!

We had a great stay in Bucerias, the location and facilities is amazing absolutely no complaints with the area. The owners we very responsive when needed. The condo was equipped with everything we needed for cooking. Our only complaint was housekeeping, we assumed towels and bedding lines would be wash and changed at least ever couple days and bedding changed during a 14 day stay. It was really hard to communicate with them even with google translate they just seem annoyed. Lucky we had a washer and dryer in the condo however not the best and most fun to be doing laundry on vacation. Also we wished the services would have come as the sameish time each day so we could nap kids without the hassle of being in there way. Overall an amazing place to vacation with great amenities, we would love to go back.

This is a wonderful condo that rarely is available in February. The location to restaurants and the grocery is perfect. Security, landscaper, property manager, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool is heated which is unique in Mexico. Ample lounge chairs poolside and on the beach (particularly due to COVID). Communication with the owner was quick and helpful with check in, check out, and restaurant recommendations. Would love to return and will keep an eye on this one!

We thoroughly enjoy our stay here! The location was perfect for walking everywhere. The view of the beach was lovely. Never an issue finding a lounge chair to dig our feet in the sand. The condo and amenities were everything we could have needed. The owners were very attentive and gave us some wonderful tips...especially to all the great restaurants! Gracias Chris and Becky

This stay was a great location. Plenty of room for us and our 3 adult children. Great family trip. All of the staff were very nice. Met some other very nice people that own there. Tried to book here for 2021 and is already taken. Becky and Chris responded quickly to any questions we had.

We loved this place and would recommend it to all who would enjoy a beautiful setting in Bucerias. The view was over the top. All but food and drink were provided. An excellent experience.

What a great place. It has everything you could hope for. Great restaurants close by. Old town is just 10 blocks. We rented a golf cart for the week we were there. Came in very handy for running to get groceries ect. Condo is tremendous, maids are great, security is very friendly And helpful. Thank you for letting us stay in your paradise. We will return. This is our second visit today this unit. We will definitely be staying here again. It has plenty of room. It is a really nice place and the staff were pretty good to help. Little bit of a communication gap but we managed. It’s nice to see the same staff. We love the area and have our favourites of where to eat but try new one(s) each visit. The owners are available by phone, email l etc. and respond within a few hours. We’ll be back again.

We've been to Bucerias three times now. Always stay at this condo. It is comfortable, clean, safe, quiet, and private. They made sure you have everything you need, even a needle and thread. Located within walking distance of good restaurants, grocery stores, right on the beach and only a 20 minute drive from the busy Puerto Vallarta. The locals are friendly and inviting. The thunderstorms are amazing! Thank you Becky and Chris for opening your second home to us. You are always accommodating .

We had a fabulous week early April 2019 at Chris and Becky's beachfront condo. the condo itself was spacious and clean, and had all the supplies we needed and more. The location was our favorite part about this condo - other than transport to/from the airport (which was fast and easy), we didn't even get in a vehicle our entire week! We loved walking to a selection of excellent restaurants, shops and markets. The area is quaint, safe and still authentic. Our kids loved the pool and beach, and we spent our days back and forth between the two. We would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing, easy and enjoyable Mexican holiday!

Chris and Becky have a lovely condo in a prime area of Bucerias. The 3 bedroom, 3 bath updated condo has a modern flair with some authentic Mexican touches. It met all our needs and was a good fit for 6 adults. Located near many restaurants and an easy walk to Centro it offered everything we needed for our week long stay. Our whole group raved about the comfortable beds and modern furnishings. It has two very large flat screen TV’s, but we did not use them. The view of the pool and beach from the balcony was our screen. They also have what looked to be the best balcony furnishings. Our only complaint would be that some of the chairs in the common areas of the complex could use updating. However, we were always able to find comfortable chairs for lounging by the pool and beach. An added touch is the great welcome letter Chris and Becky send once you have booked with them. Communication is easy with a quick response time. I highly recommend this rental. Just don’t book the time periods I would like. 😃

Our group of 4 well-travelled women - felt welcome and at home in the spacious condo . Each room enjoys its own private bathroom - v cute designs! The kitchen is limited to 1-2 people working in the space - v well stocked and appreciated condiments and other amenities for our use. Lovely deck - hot in the afternoons. A marvelous layout feature: with the door open the cross-breeze kept us v comfortable- never used the AC. Walking distance to many restaurants and bars. The TV was a challenge- but offers Netflix - great option.Pool and ocean facilities comfortable- chairs available under Palapa . No laundry, but right across the street is a laundry -55 pesos - crazy Any requests ,repairs,concerns.were immediately answered -and handled in a timely fashion, to our satisfaction. Beach and pool toys supplied-enjoyed boogie boarding! The building and furnishings are dated - otherwise 5 star . Thank you Chris and Becky for sharing your “piece of heaven”. We love Bucerias!

This is our first time renting a condo in Bucerias after 10 years of all-inclusives in Nuevo Vallarta. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The property is spacious, fully equipped and well appointed. The support staff are friendly and accommodating. It is well located with excellent restaurants and shopping nearby.

We were fortunate to find Chris and Becky's condo on VRBO. It was perfect for our 6 guests (2 first timers) Condo was beautifully done with full size fridge and 6 burner gas stove. The beachfront view from the balcony was spectacular for morning coffee and evening sunsets. For us being centrally located allowed us to share with our 2 newbies some of the reasons why we love this area of PV. We will be back. Thanks a million. Missouri, USA

The Condo was lovely and clean and had everything we needed and more! What a Fabulous location in a quaint, friendly little town. We walked most places and had incredible meals. The weather was great and we met some of the most amazing people. We are already trying to get our entire family back soon. The Halstead's gave a very informative and helpful Welcome letter that we used everyday! Thank you so much for helping to make this such a wonderful experience!!

This is a wonderful condominium with friendly and helpful staff in a great location. There is a private beach area, great restaurants within walking distance, and a tour agency next door that can connect you to any activity you’re interested in. We booked a tour to a number of beaches accessible only by boat, kayaked in the ocean and hiked to a waterfall all at a very reasonable price. All considered we had a wonderful relaxing vacation and staying here made it easy because everything we needed was so close at hand.

We loved sitting on the porch and watching the ocean with nothing between us but a small garden and the pool. The condo and the grounds were clean and beautiful. The water was just right for swimming and playing in the waves. This was a great vacation spot for our family!

The town of Bucerias is an amazing find. It contradicts the touristy cheesiness of PV. There are dozens of amazing restaurants, bars, shops, and galleries. The condo is located right on the beach in the heart of it all. The owners were nothing but helpful and courteous. Overall, this was one of the best trips in my life. I will definitely return.

Becky and Chris thought about everything! The condo is fully supplied for making a meal and a drink at home or packing it up to take to the beach. They even have toys for the beach and the pool. Filtered and bottled water available in the condo. Bring your hydro flask. The beds were wonderful. Air conditioning cooled the condo for evening movies and games and a comfortable nights sleep. It’s modern, new, nicely decorated and plenty of room for our family of five. We each had our own bed to sprawl out on! Restaurants are walking distance and we never felt unsafe, even further away from the beach. It’s quite, clean and the staff were very helpful. Most importantly, my husband is immune suppressed and we had no problems eating, drinking, playing and thoroughly enjoying our vacation. We rented a car from Gecko and took a short drive into Puerto Vallarta. Experienced the warm daytime sun and amazing afternoon thunderstorms. The ocean is like a bath. Just jump in! Rode horses, swam with the dolphins, boogie boarded, paddled kayaks, visited San Sebastián del Oeste, snorkeled around the Marietta’s Islands, and slept on the beach. Strongly recommend sun shirts if you are going to spend the day on the water. Make sure you have plenty of pesos. Sometimes the internet is down and the restaurants and stores can’t take your credit card. Some of the restaurants are cash only. You’ll need pesos to ride horses on the beach, rent kayaks, and for the street vendors. We ran out and got more at the ATM at La Mega. First night in, we just dropped off our bags, changed our clothes and walked next door to Karen’s via the beach. Sat at a table on the beach and ate well. They only take cash and they’re slightly more expensive, but a great way to end a full day of travel. The next morning we walked only a couple blocks to La Postal for breakfast. Chemma (our waiter) was fantastic. He and another waiter sat and talked about fútbol, surfing and great places to visit while here. The locals are friendly and fun. La Mega for all your groceries and more. On the way out they will attempt to sell you activities. Be aware, there’s a catch, maybe a time share or something. We didn’t bite. Instead we walked over to Gecko and made arrangements with Adam. Taco Linda’s is AMAZING!!! Only open for dinner. Authentic homemade, mama’s cooking. Overall, you will have a great time here! Brisas de Vallarta is a lovely condo in a perfect location! The condo is large, updated and nicely decorated. All the bedrooms are a really good size and the master bedroom is not only huge, it has great ocean views and a private balcony. We saw whales, dolphins and a sea turtle from there! The location is right on the beach and you still have easy access to everything: it's close to many shops, restaurants and the Centro! The staff at the condo were very friendly and the grounds are well cared for. The owners, Chris and Becky were very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!
