This was a very pleasant process and stay for us. We had to book last minute because the original house we booked proved to be very unsafe for our child to stay at. When we arrived at this house we were thrilled with the upkeep and the accuracy of the photos. Being next to the main road makes it a little noisy outside but barely hear anything inside. We would definitely stay here again..thank you!

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was spacious and clean, with many amenities. We did have an issue with cold water temperatures in the showers on day 2, but that wasn't enough to "rain on our parade". The high vaulted ceilings and decor make the home very welcoming. It's centrally located to grocery stores and attractions.

Good amount of space for 4 adults. The property was clean and in a good location. Other than the cars on the main road it was very quiet. Great views of the lake.

Had a great time!
Good location, short drive into McHenry. Pizza, sandwiches, coffee a few steps away. Townhome has a great view of the lake and layout worked well for our family. Management very responsive to our occasional needs. Would definitely stay again.

Great winter getaway with kids
Great winter getaway, nicely maintained, with a decent view of the lake, and very close to shops and attractions. Hot tub and whirpool bath were very relaxing. Fireplace was easy to use and kitchen equipment was plentiful, as were provided bath towels. Highway noise was loud on the deck, but sounded like white noise when inside. Management was very courteous and responsive to inquiries. Our only major issue was with the WIFI router (initially not working, then after troubleshooting with a technician, able to provide extremely slow speeds). T-Mobile cell reception is challenging in this area (Verizon is fine). Wooden furniture needs some tightening (i.e. dining table and chairs, bunk bed, foosball table), as do the screws for the window crank handles. Creaky front door could also use some lubricant. No recycling available. Hot tub outside could use a side table or hooks to lay towels down, otherwise they'll get sandy on the ground or wet on the hot tub tray. Lots of fun games for the kids, although Monopoly was missing all the money. Worth the visit and would consider staying again.

Problem with parking
Very disappointed in the parking situation. The parking spaces and parking lot were totally covered in snow and ice. Called the rental office and they said the association did not plow but they would send up a plow so we could park. They never did. My brother’s car slid down the hill while parked in that snowy icy mess and missed hitting my car by one foot. Not good customer service. The place had a great view and was nice but the sleeping for 8 should read sleeping for 4 adults and 2 children. Luckily there was only 6 of us and not 8.

Off season stay
Property was as advertised - made for an extremely relaxing weekend! Kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. Location is central to all activities and was very easy to get around. It was still off season so traffic wasn't bad.

We enjoyed our stay here and they house was perfect. Unfortunately the time that we went there was nothing open because everything ended for the season or wasn’t open because of the weather.

Deep creek get-away
It was very nice stay. The place was clean spacious and just as advertised. The only problem was it close to the main road and was very busy so hard to fall asleep with the noisy traffic all night long. Otherwise great experience and stay.

Busy area, would not stay here again
The house itself is nice but it is on a VERY BUSY highway where the speed limit is 50mph with many large trucks coming through. Walking kayaks back and forth was a bit dangerous. The traffic is so loud that you can barely carry a conversation on the deck. The traffic sounds will also wake you up every morning so I suggest bringing ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Also, there is not much privacy. This is a townhome, not a single house and when both neighbors are on their decks it is awkward. The hot tub is also in a bad location, it is 5 feet from your neighbors front door so any time they come in/out you are right in everyone’s view. I wish the owners would put up some type of lattice/privacy fence there and between the decks. We arrived to 5 large boxes from amazon/Walmart on the island. Have no clue what this was all about. There were no garbage bags in the trash cans, no hand soap and we were given 6 towels for a house that sleeps 8. We also found popcorn and bottle caps on the floor so I am not sure how deeply the place is being cleaned. Other than all of that, we were still able to enjoy our time together as a family

Hot tub
The hot tub was unable to be used and was a prime reason for choosing this place. It was green, it smelled and it was disgusting. Not happy at all for that reason!

Great Central Location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. It was clean, neat and organized when we arrived and provided everything we needed for an extended stay. We enjoyed the central location of the property and took advantage of renting slip right across the street for our boat. The enjoyment of spending any time on the deck can be cut short from all the road noise but the house itself is completely sound proof.

Great townhouse
This townhome was very spacious and worked really well for our group of 5, which included 3 adults and 2 older children. Plenty of room to spread out, yet a great living room and kitchen on the main level to hang out together. Location was great, also. We walked to Brenda's and the coffee shop and everything else was an easy drive.

Deep Creek Townhouse
Super clean property in fantastic condition. Plenty of room to spread out and gorgeous view of the lake. The road the property is on is very busy and noisy; wish I had known that. So not necessarily a quiet weekend escape like I hoped. That said, being “in town” was also useful as we could walk to pizza, Subway, coffee shop and kayak rental place. My family with teens really loved this place overall.

We would definitely recommend this townhome! It was perfect for our weekend stay. Plenty of space for the 5 of us. I was very impressed with how clean everything was and it was in a great location, easy access to the highway, close to everything, and great view of the lake.The master bedroom does face the highway but it was not an issue for us. We would defiantly stay here again!

Lovely spacious townhome in the heart of Deep creek Lake. The house was immaculate as well. The hot tub was perfect after our days spent boating and paddle boarding ( plus the dock was directly across the street!) will be back again for ski season

My girlfriends and I were looking for a place to go. We looked at a cruise and New Orleans and both ended up being very expensive. We found this place by chance. None of us had ever even been to Maryland. The community was quaint. The house was clean and beautiful. It had a great view of the lake and was just across the street from it. We all had a great weekend! Hot tub, balcony, and a huge kitchen were a few of our favorite parts. Close by you can rent boats, SUP, kayaks, etc. There is a coffee shop and Brenda's Pizza which was delicious. For being unknown to us before the trip, we had a GREAT time at Deep Creek Lake. All 7 of us fit perfectly.Also had a small maintenance issue with a toilet and hot tub we noticed the first night. They came out early the next morning to fix it.

We really enjoyed this townhome. The home decor was just as pictured, it looked even better in person actually. All the appliances and electronics worked, and the kitchen was well-stocked. We were very conveniently located to the Wisp Ski Resort, a couple of restaurants, the grocery store, etc. The Wifi worked well without issue. I have no complaints and would rent this property again!

This house is just Ok. Unless you bring two small kids, it is hard to fit 8 people sleeping. A futon is counted as two sleeping spaces, which certainly are not. Indeed, I would not count a futon as a sleeping space. The living room does not fit eight people, demonstrating that the house is not meant for 8!!! The other thing is the noise. Being so close to the highway, every passing car is heard within, specially early in the morning. The kitchen is comfortable and well equipped. It is easily accessible and close to restaurants and recreation areas. We could not use the tub because the water didn’t smell right. The property was very clean and well maintained.
