Ce condo de deuxième étage a été rénové et achevé fin décembre 2018. La propriété est située du côté ouest de Gulf Shore Blvd et à proximité de la jetée et de la plage de Naples.
Ce condo de deuxième étage (a un ascenseur commun) qui a été vidé et est nouveau des goujons. Cette unité offre tous les nouveaux revêtements de sol, de nouvelles salles de bains, une nouvelle cuisine, de nouvelles armoires personnalisées et tous les nouveaux meubles et une décoration à thème échouée à apprécier.
La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size et la pièce secondaire de 2 lits jumeaux extra-longs pouvant également être convertis en lit king-size.
Le salon offre un canapé-lit queen de qualité pour offrir plus d'espace pour une nuit de sommeil confortable.
Il s'agit de la deuxième unité de la propriétaire dans l'immeuble qu'elle possède. Il y a une autre unité au premier étage qui a eu beaucoup de succès auprès des clients.

Quiet and safe neighborhood with a short walk to the beautiful beach, fine dining and exclusive shopping. Our VRBO was clean and well stocked— the property is exactly as pictured. The host was extremely accommodating and communicative. Highly recommend and would definitely stay at this property again!

This unit is adorable and our communication with the owner made the entire process and stay seamless. It had everything we needed for a week at the beach without having to bring our own stuff. The location was close to the beach, shopping, and dining. Our family highly recommends it!

Great location! Enjoyed the beach, farmers market and restaurants all within walking distance. Mary was a perfect host, she was upfront and kept me updated on some potential construction work that might have disrupted our stay. I would definitely return!

The location couldn’t have been better, just a short walk to the beach. The rental was clean and well-maintained—all the amenities we needed, with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The highlight was the short walk to the beach, making it so convenient to enjoy the sun and sand. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this rental for a perfect vacation getaway.

Perfect spot not far from the beach. Very clean and cozy. Darling beach decor. Beds were comfortable. The elevator was a plus for lugging things down for some beach time. The water was gorgeous! Thank you for all your hard work to make our play a wonderful memory for old friends!

Condo was nicely decorated and clean. Owner provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location can't be beat! Was one of the best vacations our family has had. Would definitely book again.

This was our second stay in this property. We tell everyone we chat with that it couldn't be more perfect. The owner was very responsive to our questions before booking. The decor is Floridian which sets you in vacation mode immediately. We love that we are able to walk everywhere. The newly renovated pool was an added surprise.

My wife and I are real beach people from NJ and Mary has her Condo decorated so beautiful in a beach vibe. Location is great. Mary is a great host so many amenities included thank you Mary for the nice bottle of Josh (white)

We had a wonderful time in this condo right by the beach and so close to the restaurants and shops. The condo was perfect for our family, the kids loved the pool and beach.

This very comfortable condo is about 150 feet from the beach in one direction, and 150 feet from a number of excellent restaurants in the opposite direction. It’s also about a 20-minute walk from 5th Avenue. Mary, the host, was super helpful and generous. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the place
