Ce condo de deuxième étage a été rénové et achevé fin décembre 2018. La propriété est située du côté ouest de Gulf Shore Blvd et à proximité de la jetée et de la plage de Naples.
Ce condo de deuxième étage (a un ascenseur commun) qui a été vidé et est nouveau des goujons. Cette unité offre tous les nouveaux revêtements de sol, de nouvelles salles de bains, une nouvelle cuisine, de nouvelles armoires personnalisées et tous les nouveaux meubles et une décoration à thème échouée à apprécier.
La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size et la pièce secondaire de 2 lits jumeaux extra-longs pouvant également être convertis en lit king-size.
Le salon offre un canapé-lit queen de qualité pour offrir plus d'espace pour une nuit de sommeil confortable.
Il s'agit de la deuxième unité de la propriétaire dans l'immeuble qu'elle possède. Il y a une autre unité au premier étage qui a eu beaucoup de succès auprès des clients.

Quiet and safe neighborhood with a short walk to the beautiful beach, fine dining and exclusive shopping. Our VRBO was clean and well stocked— the property is exactly as pictured. The host was extremely accommodating and communicative. Highly recommend and would definitely stay at this property again!

This unit is adorable and our communication with the owner made the entire process and stay seamless. It had everything we needed for a week at the beach without having to bring our own stuff. The location was close to the beach, shopping, and dining. Our family highly recommends it!

Great location! Enjoyed the beach, farmers market and restaurants all within walking distance. Mary was a perfect host, she was upfront and kept me updated on some potential construction work that might have disrupted our stay. I would definitely return!

The location couldn’t have been better, just a short walk to the beach. The rental was clean and well-maintained—all the amenities we needed, with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The highlight was the short walk to the beach, making it so convenient to enjoy the sun and sand. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this rental for a perfect vacation getaway.

Perfect spot not far from the beach. Very clean and cozy. Darling beach decor. Beds were comfortable. The elevator was a plus for lugging things down for some beach time. The water was gorgeous! Thank you for all your hard work to make our play a wonderful memory for old friends!

This was our second stay in this property. We tell everyone we chat with that it couldn't be more perfect. The owner was very responsive to our questions before booking. The decor is Floridian which sets you in vacation mode immediately. We love that we are able to walk everywhere. The newly renovated pool was an added surprise.

Wonderful stay in Naples
We had a wonderful time in this condo right by the beach and so close to the restaurants and shops. The condo was perfect for our family, the kids loved the pool and beach.
The condo was larger than I expected and had everything we could possible need. It was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Thank you for a great holiday!

What a wonderful place for our family vacation! The condo is beautiful, clean, welcoming, and offers a very short walk to the beach and 3rd Ave. Mary offered all the amenities you could possibly need or want, and her communication was fabulous. We highly recommend and hope to visit again.

Can't beat the location!
I can't say enough about the location of this property. One block to the beach and 1 block to all the shops and restaurants on 3rd Street. The unit had a high quality remodel done in the last couple of years and is in really nice shape!

This very comfortable condo is about 150 feet from the beach in one direction, and 150 feet from a number of excellent restaurants in the opposite direction. It’s also about a 20-minute walk from 5th Avenue. Mary, the host, was super helpful and generous. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the place

The unit is immaculate and beautifully finished.
Plenty of towels and fully stocked kitchenware.
Short Walking distance to town and beach make the location spectacular. Mary is a great host and was responsive to our questions.

Happy with our stay
The owner Mary was a pleasure to work with. The condo is very comfortable and all the amenities you would need which says a lot about how generous the owner is to her guests.
This was our first visit to Naples and the location is wonderful.

GREAT HOST
We had a great stay! Mary really thought of everything. She answered all of my questions ahead of time, and was very accommodating with all of our requests! We travelled with our 1.5 year old and we were provided, beach toys, chairs, an inflatable bath tub (she even provided a bar of soap for my son, as well as a bath toy)!! We really enjoyed our stay!

We loved our stay at this rental! It was clean, spacious, bright, beautifully decorated. The owner thought of everything you would ever need for your beach vacation. The location was also a huge bonus-walking distance to the beach, lots of shops, farmer’s market, and many good restaurants. We will definitely come back here.

I’ve stayed at The Mariner many times and this unit is my favorite! Decorated so nicely and very clean!

Perfection in a little package
Three women celebrating 60th birthdays had a wonderful stay here. Soooooo convenient to beach and shops and restaurants. Beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Perfect size for us particularly since we chose not to cook anything beyond coffee and light breakfast. Kitchen is close but very well appointed and Mary has thought of everything in terms of extra items to make your stay easy- beach chairs, cart, umbrella , towels, toys and cooler. Could not have been better choose for us for 4 nights.

Wow! This was a fantastic travel experience! The location is EVERYTHING! Steps from the gorgeous beach (we saw several dolphins!), steps from excellent restaurants/stores/cafes in Naples and the rental until was so well equipped with items for the beach etc! So much TLC was definitely put into the property - no detail left behind! Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!
