The size of the property was perfect for the 14 family members that attended a four day 86th Birthday Celebration. It was great having everybody under one roof for the four nights we were together.

We were in town for a family funeral and needed a home large and intimate enough to gather close family. The property provided a warm retreat for us during a difficult time. Every amenity needed was readily available on site. All age groups, from the toddlers to the seniors, were comfortable and well entertained throughout our 4 day stay. The grounds were private and expansive enough for us to relax while the kids enjoyed the great outdoors. The host was amazing and maintained excellent communication from start to finish. No need for us to stay at the Ritz Carlton when we're in town next time. We've found our home away from home.

Our stay at this tremendous property was amazing. The host was immediately responsive to any requests or concerns.He provided extra baby equipment to support our needs of the family. The house is very spacious and comfortable. There is plenty of room to spread out for gaming, a quiet getaway, toddler play, and lots of other activities. The bedroom is worse expansive and very comfortable. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which is very convenient. The house is very soundproof so there can be lots of activity going on with lots of noise and you don’t hear it throughout the house. The line canal Trail is adjacent to the property and accessible through the gate in the backyard. It is wonderful for walking bike riding or jogging. We enjoyed it immensely! There is plenty of room for parking cars and the garage is accessible. The kitchen is large and well equipped to allow for cooking and meal preparation. All in all this was the perfect stay for our large family!

This is our 2nd time staying here. Great location, big home, close to everything. Host is quick to respond to any questions.

This property is so perfect for a large group. There are lots of gatherings spaces and places to hang out in small groups. Our group was all couples so having large beds and en-suites was awesome!! Jim, thank you for opening your home!

This place was awesome! We had 15 in town to attend a family wedding. It was easy to have family together time and quiet time depending on what you were looking for! We had both insta cart grocery delivery and door dash as the location has many places to choose from. Would definitely stay here again if we were in Denver again.

Everything about our stay was perfect. . We had 5 small families (close relatives) stay here and we never felt crowded. We are already talking about a return visit to this house when we can spend a week without a wedding. I highly recommend! The communication was the best we have had and we rent in Colorado a lot.

Jim’s property was immaculate and perfect in every way for a short getaway with my college best friends and our families. The welcome chocolates and water were much appreciated. The downstairs was full of fun for our children (ages 2-15 years old) and the movie theater was a huge hit for my teenage, movie-buff daughter. The great room and reading nook allowed for the perfect spot for morning coffee and a good book or podcast. The kitchen is a chef’s dream! The trail outback is 71mile long and an easy stroll anytime of day. Plenty of amenities, easy rules, prompt responses and more space you can ever need for a family vacation. I can go on and on about how lovely this property was/is, but I’m just trying to figured out when we can return.

The inside of the house is very big and roomy and had ample room for different activities. The beds were very comfortable. The number of bathrooms was awesome. The house was very well stocked from detergents to towels. I appreciated that. Communication was really simple and easy with the owner. He left a written welcome note with treats. Would stay here again.

Our son got married nearby and this house was perfect for family to stay before and after the wedding. The house was huge! Plenty of space for 20 of us to be together or to find our own quiet area. We were able to host other family and friends for brunch, a pasta supper or just to comes d hang out. The location was perfect.The bike path was enjoyed by all ages. We traveled easily to Rocky Mountain , Garden of the Gods, the Flat Irons, the Botanical Gardens and more. We thoroughly enjoyed our week here & Jim, the host, was awesome when we had questions. We’d love to come back sometime.

House was huge-large enough for the individual families to have their own space. The house was in the city, but felt like the country. The bedrooms, basement and kitchen were perfect (I now want multiple dishwashers in my own kitchen)! House and landscaping need a little tlc, but definitely a 9.5 out of 10.

Our family reunion was so enjoyable in this house. The owner was very accessible and addressed our needs while we were here. The house is well stocked both in the kitchen and bathrooms. The location was amazing as it helped us acclimate to the altitude and be able to enjoy our mountain hikes. Thank you, thank you! We strongly recommend this house and location.

Jim was wonderful to work with on n reservations and requests while staying at his property. The house was big and spacious with a great walking trail behind the house. I would stay here again.

We traveled to Denver for our son’s wedding and needed a place large enough for our whole family. This house was the perfect location and size to accommodate our bunch comfortably. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen was perfect to cook and feed a large group and and was stocked with everything you would need and more. I was really impressed with all the spices provided. The theater room and pool table were fun for all! Our kids loved watching movies and it kept them entertained for hours while the adults enjoyed relaxing on the deck and patios. The host, Jim, is great! He was helpful and available! We could not have had a better experience for such an important event in our lives!!!

This was a really awesome place! It is huge, and has a ton of room for hanging out, playing pools, and watching movies.

The property was as advertised. The location was perfect for us and we were able to visit with extended family staying elsewhere due to all the indoor and outdoor space available at our location.

We traveled in from far and wide to celebrate my mom’s 80th bday. The home was the perfect accommodation!

A big house that was the perfect spot for our business retreat

We had a group of 14 stay here and found the place very comfortable and spacious for everyone with good sleeping spots and amenities!

There were 13 friends in our group, with plenty of room to spread out and plenty of nice gathering areas as well. Nice kitchen for cooking when needed and we thoroughly enjoyed the theatre as well. If we were to come to Denver as a group again, this would be at the top of our list for places to stay. I'd highly recommend staying here for anyone looking for a large place to stay in the Denver area. Very nice!!

So good, quiet, a comfortable bed, peaceful neighborhood. Matt, the host, was incredibly kind and attentive too. There was an issue with the heater at first and Matt was checking in about it every day (even a couple of times a day) trying to fix it. I felt very well taken care of. Thank you!

We came from all over the country & internationally to celebrate with my parents. 12 of us and our small dogs stayed at the property. It was better than the listing! It exceeded our expectations. The space is beautiful, large rooms for gathering & conversing, and spaces for quiet time individually. The host is wonderful, answered our questions promptly, so helpful. The area had a big snowfall the morning before our arrival, and he had the driveway plowed, walks shoveled. It was truly a wonderful time because of the location.
